Love, Gratitude, Forgiveness

Lola Wilkins by Nina Wilkins

These three qualities are all you need to create your own heaven on Earth. Easter and Earth Day are only one day apart this year.

Living in Carmel by the Sea, California, which is termed “Dog Town USA,” you will often see the bumper sticker “Dog is my Co-Pilot.” It’s easy for your thought to turn to “God is my co-pilot,” and then progress to “God is my Pilot.” Dogs are pure love for sure. I have had the joy and healing from my dogs over the years and they have been a constant and sure sign of how much we are loved by dogs and God.

When we contemplate and meditate on Love, not just as a thought, or word or feeling we can be transported through an open window or door in our consciousness to true power and creativity. We can remember how we create heaven on Earth.

Gratitude is Divine Prosperity. Appreciation never fails to lift you higher and higher towards heaven the more you practice it. Many years ago, I realized one of my main missions in life was to teach Spiritual Prosperity. I discovered that Gratitude, the quality and force of feeling and sincerely being grateful, changed everything to Love, the strongest force in the Universe. I have learned that Gratitude and Love are actually the same vibration and cannot help but attract our good. The photo below, a wild turkey, came to my window when I was meditating on thanking for all of my blessings. I laughed as it is the animal kingdom totem for Gratitude—Thanks Giving.

I love synchronicity. Seeing that sweet bird coming into my prayer made me laugh and lighten up about the tasks at hand.

Forgiveness ties everything together into present-time Love. I love it when friends or acquaintances say “Namaste” to me. The God in me salutes the God in you. Grievances can be released and we remember our Oneness. Now is the time to practice forgiveness in an even deeper way as we move to our experience of Earthly Heaven.

The Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono is one of deep forgiveness. Dr. Hew Len healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients in Hawaii using this process on himself. He saw their files and healed within himself that quality that caused their illness, and then they were healed. He never saw them in person as they were violent. He just saw their files. When we heal ourselves of hatred, anger, rage or any other lower frequencies, everyone around us benefits. The complete story of these miraculous healings is told by Dr. Joe Vitale in his book Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More.

When our own less-than-love qualities are triggered by people or events in our lives, we can practice Ho’oponopono. Mentally say, “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.” We can say it to our inner child, ourselves, the Earth or the person causing the upset that brings up that quality within us.

Dr. Hew Len and Dr. Joe Vitale both have many free videos on YouTube teaching these processes and correlating them with health and wealth. Here’s one from Dr. Len:

Love, Gratitude, and Forgiveness

Love, Gratitude and Forgiveness

Love, Gratitude and Forgiveness are Divine frequencies that hold us in Real Life, not in illusion that is created by our beliefs in separation from the Universe of Good.

When we go to, and are in, Divine frequencies, we are with God. We are then one with God in our own belief. We are always one with God in Reality. When we accept this atonement for ourselves we are fulfilling what A Course in Miracles, Foundation for Inner Peace, states is our only Real responsibility.

Practicing these qualities will never fail to bring you to the next highest vibration you can accept. Soon, even though a moment ago you were in a disturbing feeling, you can keep “turning the other cheek” and focusing on your Good. Your Divinity. Your Goodness. Your Innocence. You can accept your Self Acceptance and know you are Unified with Divine Love.

Both of these courses, A Course in Miracles and Unified: A Course on Truth and Practical Guidance from Babaji (by Roger G. Lanphear), have helped me so much over the years to grow spiritually and to help others heal and find Peace. When Babaji tells us we need to accept our Self Acceptance, at first I thought that was redundant. After reflection I realized that we can have a drink of water, but to accept it we have to drink it. When we accept our Self Acceptance it is so much easier to accept others’.

We are all so unique that only our Creator and ourselves really know us. I feel that is how the Divine calls us home, to Peace, Love and Joy.

Spiritual Prosperity

Thank you letters are a fun way to bring in the expansive energy that allows you to know you are rich beyond measure.

Hafiz, the well known Persian poet, tells us that all the ingredients for a successful life are here for you; mix them, mix them.

I love Yogi Teas. The little paper piece at the end of the tea bag string has a positive thought on it. A good way to start the day. “Thank you” is the life ingredient that brings you into the Real and Eternal richness of life right here, Now.

One of the college courses I took for my teacher training included a section on how to write a thank you letter. A good thank you letter should include three important components. First, one example of what you appreciated. Next, your own personal drawing or art work. Third was a specific example of how the event or gift changed your life for the better. Our professor spent a great deal of time on this and was very enthusiastic about it. We needed to turn in our thank you note for her critique and approval before we mailed it. Step three was where I needed improvement as that part really revealed an inner self knowing that I was embarrassed to share. Another thing I noticed was how fun it was to include my own art in the note. I started feeling happier and better during the process. Thank you creates an aura around us that is highly attractive to our good.

One Prosperity book I read (title forgotten), said to write a thank you note to God and put it in a special closed box as though you had mailed it. One of my favorite processes. Another idea for thank you notes is to write one to yourself and mail it. I asked the participants in my class to do this and received great positive feedback. We wrote specifically to our child within using the three components I had learned. Each of us were so surprised to receive our own letters. You might enjoy this process, and you can also write to a part of yourself that you would like to affirm.

Appreciation sets in motion the Universal Law of increase.  What you notice and focus on in love and gratitude, increases. Over the years I have written many thank you notes to my child within and am always so surprised when it arrives in the mail, especially the ones where I include $5.

When I was in 8th grade the very sophisticated thing to do was buy beautiful stationary and sealing wax to write to a pen pal. I loved looking at every single box of beautiful papers and envelopes. We would include a stick of gum, dime or pressed flower, like a shamrock, in our letters. Stickers hadn’t been invented yet, but in my later years they have added so much fun to letters. My sister, Charmaine, is the best letter and thank you writer. In those times, the 1960s, she had a pen pal for many years. Today she is making her own paper and beautiful cards. What we love expands in wonderful ways.

In this time of texting and emails, it is  such a delight when I receive a thank you note in the mail. Even when it is from someone else. I hope you will try some of these processes for the sheer fun of it.

Happy writing and creating your visions and dreams of Prosperity for all.
