Water

Water is Love in the elemental kingdoms.

We have the ability to solve our drought by being willing to see things differently.

Each of the short videos today show that with awareness, seeing things differently and changing our habits, just a little bit, we can help our dear Mother Earth and ourselves to be healthier and more in balance.

The elementals love us and want to work with us. Just holding a glass of water in your hands, loving it and thanking it has a huge impact. Thanking the air and clear blue sky will uplift you and the sylphs of the air.

Water is all one, as are trees, air, fire and Grandmother Earth, so one small act of kindness affects the whole.

Each little stream, creek, pond, river and the ocean all have over-lighting Devas helping to heal and clear them. Ondine’s work in the deep ocean, and sprites, where the ocean waves meet the shore. There are nymphs that watch over ponds, rivers and streams. Your garden hose water also has tiny beings loving the water and helping your garden flowers.

Heaven on Earth is being established by individuals discovering that they can affect their health, homes and lives in beautiful nourishing ways by working with the Devas and Nature Sprits. The Findhorn Eco Village, in Scotland, is a thriving example of what can be accomplished by working with the Spirit of Nature and following the intuitive guidance received.

The Findhorn Garden Book, by Dorothy MacLean and the Caddys, Eileen and Peter, teaches us how to be in tune with our gardens. Also To Hear the Angels Sing by Dorothy MacLean.

I had a miraculous time when I got to visit Findhorn in 1980. The best for me was learning how to tune into and meet Pan, the Non-Localized Spirit of Nature. We hiked to the forest where there was a rushing river and sat on rocks along the banks. Our facilitator guided us in a meditation to meet Pan. We all had very unique experiences to share. All these years later that is my most vivid memory of our week-long stay.

I received the feelings and ideas of how important working with the elementals and nature spirits is for Humanity and the Earth. A wonderful book, Encounters with Nature Spirits, by R. Ogilvie Crombie, teaches and inspires us. His experiences are extraordinary and seem quite normal in the telling. He was a friend and guide for Findhorn for many years though he lived in Edinburgh, Scotland.

I love teaching people how to see fairies. I know the flower fairies and pixies are the ones who have inspired high teas, with the beautiful painted tea cups and all of the food and very small decorated sweets, cakes, cream (fairies’ favorite) and little sandwiches that are served in the garden. Wonderful.

What is your dream of Heaven on Earth? Now is the time to create it.

Before enlightenment, “Chop wood; Carry Water.” After enlightenment, “Chop Wood; Carry Water.”

A book by this name was very popular in the 1980s.

I find its message still very true.

I have loved studying and learning from Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature and the elemental kingdoms for most of my adult life.

Earth, Fire, Water and Air. I look at these elements through the lens of Divine Love. Earth is life. Fire is truth. Water is love. Air is the Elemental breath that gives rise to the connection, health and Divine Intelligence in all things.

We have entered the Golden Age of Aquarius which has as its overall governing principle, LOVE. Unconditional love, and comprehensive Divine Love.

WATER is Love in the elemental kingdoms. When you truly know this, you will want to help the waters on earth.

The healing powers of water are a well known fact, and those powers are becoming more widely used.

Now it is our turn to give back to the waters.

The water cycle itself is very magical and mystical. It is a closed circle and infinite in expression. A circle in Taoist Philosophy and sacred geometry is Love. The circle contains all and is empty at the same time.

Water as a Divine Mystery is an extraordinary life giving, nourishing, cleansing, renewing gift for us all. Let’s help the waters and cherish their gift in deep GratItude.

I support and am deeply grateful for Water.Org. This organization with leadership from Matt Damon and many others, has the goal of furnishing safe drinking water for 771 million people.

You may want to support them with funding, prayers or involvement in a way that works for you.

Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature, the Animal Kingdoms, the Nature Kingdoms, the Elemental Kingdoms and the Waters thank you.

Water, Walking and Words

In the video above Oprah interviews Thich Nhat Hanh, or Thay, as his followers call him.

Many years ago I saw this interview, and the part that stayed with me is when Oprah tells Thay that just being in his presence she feels less stress and more peaceful. She asks him if he always feels peace and he responds, “That is my practice.”

That one thought has stayed with me, “That is my practice.” It has inspired me to write about Water, Walking and Words and having that as a practice. I know that walking is the best exercise, fresh spring water one of the best things for our bodies, and words create our experiences in life.

My reasoning is that knowing these simple three things and practicing them can be very beneficial. Thay combines walking with mindfulness and peace. I like to combine walking mindfully with cultivating joy as my practice. When he said cultivating peace is my practice, it gave me not only an overwhelming feeling that peace is possible, but a knowing that we can practice Divine Qualities of kindness, love and joy until they are such a part of us that they radiate from us and are available for others who are in our presence.

The statement, “That is my practice,” frees us to start again when we fall short. When we put our energy and intention, our mindfulness, to a practic,e it will grow, step by step. Our job is to choose where we want to put our energy and intention.

I often ask myself the question, “What do I want to bring into this moment?”

I included the video in the middle today because I feel grateful that our US Embassy, in an official capacity, gave a tribute to Thay. The United States was one of his second homes, and he still has a great following here, along with Plum Village in France.

The last video is a wonderful teaching about worry, which I feel we can all benefit from.

I’ve have listened to many of Thay’s teaching  videos over the years and have received their effect of being bridges of love light to my high self.

What do you want to have as your practice, without any self-judgement or recrimination, just a loving habit that will allow one of the many Divine parts of yourself to grow and flourish?

WATER, WALKING and WORDS, Part 4*

Water is Love in the elemental realms and is Love for You. If you have any doubts about how powerful your thoughts and words are, you might do the rice experiment from Masaru Emoto outlined in this blog.

Water

Any Divine quality is forever. Water has memory and the Divine qualities added to it are forever. Luckily memories, thoughts and words that are not of the Divine fall away and dissipate or are transmuted into light by the natural elements.

When we create with love, some form of our creation will last forever.

I created the simple sand drawing of Love above, knowing the tide would bring the water up to cover it and take the vibration of Love around the world. This simple healing with the power of Love, and the transference of thought into water, combined with the memory of water would add to the healing of the Oceans.

Masaru Emoto calls this the “Hado of Water,” a Japanese term that means healing or spirit of water. He felt the Hado of Water is what inspired and motivated him to do his research with water.

His book, The Healing Power of Water, includes 21 separate articles from many different researchers from the disciplines of Science, Healing and Spirit. I highly recommend this book for its synthesis of amazing findings in the field and the inspiration it gives. The theme reiterated from people of different walks of life, and from around the world in different cultures, is the thought that water is healing, magical, life giving and mystical. William A. Tiller, Ph.D; Petra Bracht, M.D.; Doreen Virtue, Ph.D and William Bloom, PhD. are among some of the authors in this book. I hope you will enjoy this study as much as I have and continue to.

Included in the YouTube video below is a conversation with Dr. Emoto and description of his rice experiment, which you can do at home to demonstrate these principles easily.

Another resource for you is from Patricia Cota-Robles, eraofpeace.org. Her organization offers free of charge a sample of healing water collected from 100 sites around the world where healings have taken place at waterfalls, wells, rivers, lakes and streams. Examples are Lourdes, France; the Ganges in India; Iona Abbey in Scotland and many more.  She sends with it instructions on how to activate this into a larger amount for you to use. You just need to request it, and she will send it to you by mail.

The Divine Mystery of Water

Teton Creek & three peaks of Grand Tetons; Photo by Hana Wilkins

In the elemental realm, Water is the manifestation of Love. You are the manifestation of Love. Divine Love is a mystery in all of her ways. You and I, and many of the manifested beings on our “Blue Marble,” Earth, are made up of a large percentage of Water. It fascinates me that our physical body content of Water nearly equals the percentage of Water that makes up our Dear Earth Mother. As we are the holy, sacred and beloved manifestation of the Divine, so is the Earth and Water.

Years ago I learned that the elements of Hydrogen and Oxygen were not supposed to go together in the scientific arrangement of H2O. That in itself is a mystery. For some reason that makes me happy. Add to that the other unusual properties of Water– that it can be a liquid, solid or gas– and you have the beginning of a study that can take you into infinite spiritual and scientific realms of inquiry. Add to these elements the life-giving and transformative, healing properties of Water, and you have sufficient motivation to help the Waters of the World.

Exploring the mystical properties of Water can bring you an increase in your intuition, wellness, inspiration and creative abilities. You probably have noticed that you get your best ideas in the shower. I get my best ideas swimming, or being near any body of natural Water. Holding a glass of Water, thanking it and drinking it works well also.

When we study the work of Masaru Emoto we can begin to understand the mystery of Water. He discovered that water has memory. Water responds to our thoughts and feelings of Love in remarkable and powerful healing ways, as demonstrated in his rice experiment and in a myriad of different ways in his book The Healing Power of Water.

A crucial and potent way that our understanding of the practices of using the Divine Mystery of Water is our consciousness raises and shifts. Homeopathic remedies, flower essences, spa treatments, bathing in hot springs or any natural body of Water, have the ability to lift our consciousness and raise our frequency. Something as simple as a hot bath can change our whole outlook, which in turn helps us attract our good. Understanding and using the memory of Water contains infinite ways we can help ourselves and the world’s Water.

Patricia Cota Robles offers sacred healing Water for free on her website, EraOfPeace.org. Waters from 100 sacred wells, rivers or springs from around the world have been collected. Written instructions for the ritual and invocation are included with the package containing the vial of Water. I am always amazed and refreshed just reading about the locations of all of the sites around the globe from which the Waters have been collected. It’s easy and free to order this Water. Enjoy.

I enjoy creating Water ceremonies and rituals for myself and the Oceans. One that always makes me smile and feel my connection with the wholeness of the Waters of the Earth is simple. To a container of the purest Water you have (natural spring Water is best), add your feeling of Love. Hold the container next to your heart and fill it with gratitude for its life-giving and healing properties. Next, if you are near a creek, river, lake or ocean, pour out the Water you have blessed. If you are unable to give your holy Water to a natural body of Water, pour it on your plants. It will find its way to the ocean by its inherent property of being a part of the wholeness of the complete Water cycle. Masaru Emoto teaches us that the Hado, or Spirit of Water, is what prompted him to do his research studies, and that it took him around the World teaching about Water’s Divine Mystery. I Invite you to see what the Hado of Water can do for you. You might be very surprised. Don’t we always love a good mystery?

Snow

snow

A truly wonderful aspect of snow is the quiet. A blanket of snow brings a feeling of peace. Of course I’m speaking of gently falling snow; everything being covered by that pure white collection of unique-in-all-the-Universe snowflakes. Pure and completely themselves, falling gently to the ground. I’m reminded of Masaru Emoto’s work that I’ve written about in Water Walking and Words. His studies of water, frozen, showing their unique crystalline figures and being receptive to change by words, writing, songs, music and collective prayers are worth your attention. If you haven’t seen his rice experiment on YouTube, I highly recommend it for its sheer simplicity. Anyone can do this experiment. It graphically shows how powerful our words are in affecting our environment and those around us. It also reminds us of our own Divine Gift of being unique in all of the Universe.

Snow, creating a blanket of quiet, helps us find our source in the stillness. If you are not in snow you can visualize a blanket of pure white, glistening, sparkling snow all around you. In your still beingness you can recall winter blessings: slowing down, hot chocolate and singing. Today I’m enclosing (below) one of my favorite websites with a group of snow flakes and a clip from one of my favorite movies for our snowy season.

My friend, Janette, knows she is an incarnate elf. Each year, a week before Christmas, she dresses up in one of her many elf costumes that include tiny bells and multicolored twinkling lights. She has a variety of hats and costumes. She walks around town, running her errands just as though she was in her regular street clothes. She intends to bring laughs and joy to people, and it never fails. We watch the Elf movie together several times during the holiday season and laugh and laugh.

So this winter and Holiday season, I hope you will enjoy the snow even if you just have to imagine it. Water in the elemental realm is love. You contain that same love and purity, that same innocence. And you contain that same Divine Mystery that can allow the life-giving quality of water to be a vapor, mist, liquid or solid. We can be in the dream state (mist), in the spiritual flow (liquid) or grounded in the earth (solid). Each state offers us a different experience of ourselves in the world. The more we become aware of and study water, the more we will appreciate its sacredness. We know that water can be purified and healed by our thoughts, words and prayers– and so can we. So, enjoy a nice hot bath with your favorite flower essence and music, and enjoy the season of peace, joy, love and snow.

I love this gallery of perfect snowflake photos and this list of great quotes from Elf, both from Mother Nature Network. I hope you’ll click through to enjoy them!

Water Walking Words 6

WATER, WALKING and WORDS, Part 6

Florence Scovel Shinn in her wonderfully powerful book, “The Game of Life and How to Play It,” teaches us that our word is our wand.

Dr. Zhi Gang Sha in his book, “Divine Soul Songs: Sacred Practical Treasures to Heal, Rejuvenate, and Transform You, Humanity, Mother Earth, and All Universes,” demonstrates how chanting “lu la lu la li,” meaning “Love, Peace and Harmony,” can change your life for the better.

I had the pleasure of meeting him many years ago in a workshop he was presenting. I felt and knew then, he was a genuine, real master spiritual teacher. He has many books and International Organizations teaching these simple practices of Words. Positive Words. Singing Love, Peace, Harmony. He has recorded many testimonials in his books of all manner of healings, by doing the simple practices of positive, loving Words.

Why are Words so powerful?

The Bible teaches us:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. (Psalm 107:20)

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.(Isaiah 55:11).

Our Words are very powerful because we are Divine Children. We are Creators. We are Love, and Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Affirmations and chanting positive Words align us with our Divine Source our powerful thoughts, and keep out fear, doubt and negativity that we don’t want in our Reality. Aren’t you most happy when you are creating? Singing, dancing, writing, gardening and being the Love that you are creates worlds.

When I am in a negative space, anger or doubt, disappointment or hurt feelings, I know I don’t want to stay there. I choose, as quickly as I can, positive “I am” statements. “I am Love. I am Peace. I am as God created me: perfect, whole and complete.” After a time, I can feel the inner Peace that allows the good ideas from the Divine to flow in. Solutions to the problems causing the upset arise. Rest from the worry allows the healing light to come in.  Little by little I see my part in the conflict and can forgive and move on. It really is that simple, though sometimes we are caught up in our “rightness,” which makes it seem not easy. Even one thought in the right direction can bring us to our peace, because peace is always available to us. Esther and Jerry Hicks, in their many books on the teachings of Abraham, tell us it only takes 17 seconds of positive thinking to redirect yourself into the positive flow of wellbeing.

Since we have been created out of Love, and we are still Love, let’s Love ourselves, our friends, our enemies and our Creator. What a concept. Let’s see what will happen when we do.

WATER, WALKING and WORDS, Part 5

As we continue in our simple, yet very powerful, practice of Water, Walking and Words, we can notice the benefits starting to flow into many areas of our Life. Creativity, peace and the Love of Mother Nature can all be sparked by this process. I was taught that the main attributes of the Divine are Principle, Mind, Soul, Spirit, Life, Truth and Love. Sananda has taught me that on this plane the main qualities we have to co-create with the Divine are Life,  Truth and Love. They are the golden triangle of creation.

Principle, Mind, Soul and Spirit are infinite and always in place.

We can translate Life, Truth and Love into an infinite myriad of creations and find the Joy of creation just as we did as a child coloring with crayons on a pure white sheet of paper. Life, Truth and Love easily translate to Water, Walking and Words (but of course are not limited to these aspects). Water is Love in the Elemental sense, Truth is our Words and Walking, or Movement, is Life. In a very Real sense this is being in the flow or allowing our good.

As we are flowing, allowing our good and being in the Life-giving breath of Mother Nature, we can be transported to feeling thankful for the flowers, trees, sky and Us. Our beingness. This Presence allows us to awaken to our Good. The feeling of being an integral part of, and not separate from, all that is can inspire us to Love ourselves, our neighbors, including the stars and trees, and the Divine.

In many native cultures trees are called the Standing People and are revered for their unconditional service to humanity and our beautiful blue and green planet. As we allow our mindfulness of our connections with all that is, we see and feel that trees, animals, bees and birds are each unique sentient beings with their own part to play in unfolding The Divine Plan for Heaven on Earth.

So when you want to create something wonderful in your Life ask yourself, “What is the Life of it?” Does a trip to Alaska have the feeling of Life for you? Does it have a feeling of Love?  Is it True for you? On large creations ask yourself these questions over a period of two-to-three weeks. Your Water, Walking and Words practice will give you the time and presence to see if your wishes are Real for you.

Twelve of your most powerful words to use in your creations with the Divine and Mother Earth are thank you, I Love you, Love, peace, harmony, joy, unity, oneness and fun.

Thank you.

WATER, WALKING and WORDS, Part 3

We create our own reality through thoughts, feelings, faith, cherished love, pictures and WORDS. Our words are our command, as they contain air one of our sacred connections to our Divine Creator, the sound frequency when Spoken, and the thought-symbol-feeling quality that creates worlds.

So, combine the health-giving properties of pure spring water (not in plastic), charged by holding it in your hands, with the feeling of love and gratitude, the well-being properties of walking and the creative power of words, and you have a simple practice to enhance every aspect of your life.

The Universe responds especially to our words, “I am” and “I will.” When you add affirmations to your walks, you will add to your manifestations. “I am that, I am joy,” will lighten your feeling tone. “I am that, I am love,” will help you awaken to your good. “I am that, I am free,” will help you expand your horizons and become inspired.

Also walking in silent mindfulness may give you Peace and a solution to a problem you have been working on. Notice how thoughts and words make you feel as that is a key to your well being. You can easily change thoughts and words that make you feel bad to others that lift your spirit.

Simplicity is one of my favorite qualities. I have been a healing practitioner for most of my life (Prayer, Healing the child within, Channeling, Laughing, Love and Energy Work). I’m always looking for the most effective, fun, simple and creative ways to do things.

I hope you will enjoy your walks in Mother Nature with your pure water at hand and either the sounds of nature, silence, affirmations of your choice or a combination of all. When I walk I like to include, every now and then, jumping, skipping and hopping. Also, the feeling of lazy wandering, stopping every now and then to just breathe and take it all in. Observing the infinite variety of colors, textures, birds, flowers and trees just makes me happy.

“When we walk, we naturally go to the fields and woods: what would become of us, if we walked only in a garden or mall?” (from Walking: A Journal, by Henry David Thoreau)

WATER, WALKING and WORDS, Part 2

Walking in Nature is your number one Key to Well-Being.

Our bodies are designed to move. Everything in Nature is in constant movement, even if just at the atomic level as in rocks. Breezes, clouds, rivers, oceans, ice flows, leaves, grasses, animals and ….. Us.

We are in constant movement. A very popular Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, teaches many around the world about Being here now while walking (You Are Here, Shambala Press 2009). This alone is a healing, as we are designed to be Joy at our core. Another popular spiritual teacher, Eckhart Tolle, wrote one of my favorite books about Nature, Stillness Speaks. He writes, “Nature has been waiting for us as it were, for millions of years.”

The movement of walking in Mother Nature enhances all of our systems, heart, lungs, muscles, etc, though the most beneficial part is well-being even if just for a moment. When you walk silently in Nature for just 20 minutes, you arrive at the same frequency of inner peace that you would having meditated, sitting in a room, for the same length of time. The added benefit of being outside is Prana, the energy of pure air from trees, sunshine, flowers, plants, water and the Spirit of Mother Nature. We are designed to walk.

As we see the horizon in the distance, our body and emotions balance themselves. Sananda teaches us to contemplate infinity every day which we do as we see the horizon or star gaze. Watching the sun rise connects you to Mother Earth, and the sunset prepares you for a restful sleep. These activities are so simple but contribute to our wellness, on so many levels, reminding us we are a part of the Whole Earth and universe. We are not looking at nature as a photograph, but are immersed in Mother Nature and are very much a part of it, not separate or isolated from all that is. We each have a very unique part to play upon this alive world.

The photo I took is a Mimosa tree that just for the moment caught the rays of sunlight. I live for the joy of these moments and hope you will, too, in discovering such a simple and fun way to enhance your peace, health, well being, inspiration, clarity and a renewed love of birds, trees, animals and the Elemental world.

Next week… Words.
