Co-creation

We are in a highly creative time, NOW.

You can give yourself a highly effective home study course by using the principles in these books.

Creating Money, by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer

Money and the Law of Attraction, by Esther and Jerry Hicks

Ask and It is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks

And,

The Tao of Allowing, by G.P. Walsh

Many years ago I taught a year-long course for 16 participants. I titled it Spiritual Prosperity. We met twice a month in my home and used the top three books among several others as our texts. The Tao of Allowing is a most important current addition. We must know we are allowed to allow and receive our good.

We were all Channels and Healers and accustomed to working with the Divine in meditation, prayer, and using our intuition. This Course was about creating miracles in our lives and bringing to fruition our purposes and desires.

We gave each other support and reported our personal miracles to each other, sometimes daily.

It was a joyful, fun, and rewarding class for me to give– to hear the participants’ stories of receiving the fruition of long held desires that they thought were impossible to accomplish.

I’m sharing these ideas today so you can utilize these thoughts and feelings to co-create and manifest your own desires.

Determine your current, heart felt soul desires first. Ask the Universe of good, your Source, the Divine as clearly as you can, your wishes. Then  Allow it so you can receive it.

Your feelings are your guide.

There really is only one important question for you to ask: ‘How can I bring myself into vibrational alignment with the desires that my experience has produced?

And the answer is simple:  “Pay attention to the way you feel and deliberately choose thoughts —about everything—that feel good to you when you think them.”- Esther and Jerry Hicks

Happy creating,
Nina

Paradise Is Where You Are

“Wherever my travels may lead, paradise is where I am.” ― Voltaire

Esther and Jerry Hicks have been teaching the principles of deliberate creation for about three decades.

I have loved  their “Teachings of Abraham” as they are simple to apply and get results. I’ve felt that they definitely come from a higher place. After all of these years, also, their work has helped shift the consciousness of hundreds of thousands of people.

I have used their book Ask and It Is Given in classes I have taught. My favorite part is “going up the emotional ladder” and how to shift negatives to positives, knowing how important your feelings are. Their books are all a reminder of the power of the Law of Attraction. ‘What is like unto itself is drawn.”

The little book I’m highlighting today is Manifest Your Desires: 365 Ways to Make Your Dreams a Reality, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, The Teachings of Abraham.

I wanted to share a couple of passages that are some of my favorites. Source is Father Mother God, or the Universe of Love light and well Being without any Religious charge on the word. I also like this little book because of the colors and Nature Art. Every day is a different color, the infinite variety of nature.

Two passages from the book:

I have found in my own experience that taking the time to go up the emotional scale until I am feeling love and appreciation makes all the difference in my day. The Hicks  teach that every morning, when you awaken have a rampage of appreciation, create your own book of positive aspects, and meditate for 15 minutes. I have found that doing this consistently makes all the difference in my awareness to move towards my good and create amazing moments and miracles.

If you haven’t worked with these principles yet, give them a try. We have entered the Golden Age of Aquarius where Love is the Power and Creating heaven on Earth is our purpose.

Have fun and joy in your unique contributions for the good of ALL.

The Golden Age of Aquarius

What we notice increases. What we notice and feel with love increases exponentially.

I enjoy noticing and feeling appreciation for great and small signs that the Aquarian Age is here NOW.

The account of change in the corporate world in the video below, expresses all of the main qualities of the new world, The Golden Age of Aquarius, which is here Now.

Love, Oneness, Unity, Teamwork, Cooperation, Prosperity for All, sharing, and caring for  Nature, Grandmother Earth, Creativity, and the power of Now are the main qualities of our New World.

Each of these qualities is infinite in expression and an aspect of The Divine, Our Source and Creator.

Love is the answer.

In my spiritual studies over the years, I have heard the expression, “You can’t out give God.”

As you give from your heart you will receive from the Universe of Good in some surprising and miraculous ways.

This is a very bountiful Universe with plenty of Love, food, Creativity and every Good thing for All sentient Beings.

Dreamer

I have always loved helping my friends and family realize their dreams. I’ve found it to be very fun and exciting to see the smiles and joy when a particular dream that seemed far out of reach is realized.

Prosperity is all about believing in your dreams.

Eckhart Tolle teaches us that often the greatest obstacle to manifestation of our dreams is twofold: we affirm lack in our thinking, and we don’t believe our dreams can come true.

There is a saying among fitness trainers that people will do anything to lose weight and get fit except diet and exercise. In my work I have found that people will do anything to realize their dreams except meditate and change their minds.

Meditation allows our presence, our Divine connection, to well up. We can feel and know we are part of the Divine, not separate. The only thing we have to deal with is our own thoughts. To create the world you love you have every thing you need: thoughts, feelings and belief.

Our way of believing deep down in our convinced mind is our faith. In truth, we are consciousness, which contains everything we could ever want. (Paraphrased from Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra and confirmed by my own experience.)

It’s natural as Divine beings to aim high. To wish for wealth and happiness. To dream of things out of our reach. That is the fun of life, and life is meant to be fun.

The movie Dreamer is a true story that contains every element of manifesting your dreams.

Belief, passion, overcoming seeming insurmountable challenges and fears, and Love. The movie contains everything you need to know about manifesting your dreams. So dust off the dreams you may have set aside for lack of trust and belief, and see how far you can take them. I believe you can go all the way and have the pure joy and bliss of realizing your dreams and also reap the rewards of the Spiritual growth along the way.

Why Manifest Your Good? (Part 4)

Photo by Nina Wilkins: Tea for Two

It’s as simple (though sometimes not easy) as 1, 2, 3. Part 4 is acknowledging yourself as a Divine co-creator. Maybe you are combining one, shifting patterns; two, helping the Earth; and three, sharing your gifts; into One. Your life’s work is You. To know yourself is a Divine Command. Or, maybe each of these aspects leads you on a lifelong journey of discovery. Every part of your being is designed in such a very unique way to assure your success. Your time and place of birth, your parents and family, your name, your culture and ancestry, all contribute to your inner discovery of yourself.

The first time I ever had an astrological reading the practitioner said she didn’t know how I was alive. She exclaimed, “You have no Earth in your chart.” I’m glad I didn’t have that reading until I was 34 years old or I might have been worried. She then went back to reading me through the spiritual symbols and told me everything in my chart pointed to me being a spiritual seeker and channel. A few years later I did open to channel which I have been doing ever since.

I love simplicity, so when Jesus said to Love God with all of your heart and your neighbor as your Self that idea has been my guide. Simple, but often not easy. I made an acronym to help me, SIMPLE: “Spirit Is Mine, Precious Love Energy.” Putting that into practice is a life-long pursuit.

I love the story of the monk who went to his Master and asked, “Teach me a prayer that I might find enlightenment.” The Master agreed and started with, “Our Father.” His student said, “Thank you,” and went off to live his life. He returned to his Master 20 years later as an Enlightened Being and said, “Master I’m ready for the rest of the prayer.” Those two words, Our Father, say it all.

Our lives are an expression of the Divine. This Holiday a wonderful movie, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, has been released. The story of Mr. Rogers is the essence of simple kindness and brotherly love. The casting is perfect with Tom Hanks as Mr. Rogers. The director, Marielle Heller, mentioned in an interview that for her, the most important part of the movie is the scene in the coffee shop where Mr. Rogers asks his interviewer to take a moment of silence in gratitude for those who have helped him. I love knowing that audiences are in that moment together of silent gratitude.

Very potent and real bridges of love and light to our highest good.

A hallmark of Mr. Rogers is profound, compassionate listening. One of the most healing things you can do for children, family and neighbors.

I love that Tom Hanks made an acronym for himself after the movie, WAIT: “Why Am I Talking?” That pause and real listening takes each in the conversation into the Power of Now.

Gratitude is a frequency of Divine Love, and when you are in your heart with thanks you are actually transported to the Divine realms and dimensions; you are in the arms of Love. When you are in this frequency of profound, nonjudgmental listening together, you are both taken higher.

In this place you may experience acceptance, inspiration, peace, support or, best of all, LOVE.

Why Manifest Your Good? (Part 3)

Photo by Nina Wilkins- Violet, the color of Divine Alchemy and Manifestation

We have explored in previous blogs the main attributes of the Divine. Of course all of these attributes are infinite in expression. Our Source, our Divine Creator, is unlimited, but these main qualities give us a working knowledge of who we are as Divine Children. One thought that has helped me in my spiritual unfolding is “I didn’t create myself. I have a very loving Father-Mother God.” We can claim those same Divine qualities as part of ourselves: Principle, Mind, Soul, Spirit, Life, Truth and Love. In manifesting our Good we concentrate on Life, Truth and Love as building blocks for our creations.

In the previous manifesting blogs we spoke of thought patterns, energies and beliefs we agreed to help change, and next specific parts of Mother Nature we chose to help. Now the third part of manifesting is to use our special gifts and talents to create and share.

Contemplate that you are unique not only in the Earth realm but in the Universe. When I meditate on that principle I feel the love of my Creator. The first time Sananda told me I was “the Beloved” I was overwhelmed by the thought. You are “the Beloved.” Sharing and developing your unique gifts, talents, perspectives and Beingness will bring you great joy and success. A life’s work takes a lifetime.

Sometimes a very valuable contribution we are making is invisible to us because it is us. Our Beingness is a great contribution because there is no one like us.

Our intuition is a gift we all share. Our innocence as a little child is intact and can help us manifest and lead us to our Good. My daughters have demonstrated this to me over a lifetime. On one such occasion, my youngest, when she was three years old, saw a two-wheel bike in the window of a shop when we were out for a walk. This bike I feel any little girl would love and wish for. A pink bicycle with pink and white streamers from the handle bars, a cute woven basket, a bell and training wheels. We were walking with a friend who noticed Hana’s wide eyes and reluctance to leave without the bike. At that point in time it was out of my price range, and I explained we couldn’t take it home. A few days later, in the morning Hana wouldn’t leave our front window.

She stood there for about half an hour, and I asked her if she wanted to go outside and play. “No,” she said “I’m getting a pink present today.” I said, “OK.”

Another 30 minutes went by with her standing expectantly by the window. For a very active three-year-old this was very unusual. Sure enough, a van pulled up that I didn’t recognize and a lovely woman I hadn’t met before stepped out with the bicycle. Hana yelled, “There is my pink present!” The woman was a neighbor of my friend and just wanted to do a random act of kindness. What joy that bike brought to all concerned.

When you want to manifest or create something for yourself, remember what Abraham teaches, “It’s as easy to create a castle as a button.” Ask your inner being, intuition,or inner child, “Does this hold Life for Me? Does it contain or express Love? Is it really true for Me?” When you pause and ask yourself these questions you will manifest your Good.

Have fun with it and allow the Divine Mystery to surprise you with gifts that are just for You, which I find is such a big part of the fun.

Why Manifest Your Good? (Part 2)

Why manifest your good?

Last week’s blog focused on manifesting with the Spirit of Nature. This practice is enlivening and enriching as we are Nature. Not just in our physical body but in our emotions and feelings also.

Not only were we all born with patterns and beliefs to transform and transmute to a higher frequency, such as the scarcity belief, we also agreed to help specific parts of nature and the elementals. I agreed to help the waters, oceans, rivers, streams and the element of water. Water is the frequency of Love in the elemental realms. Also I said I would help the trees, particularly the Oaks and Redwoods. I highly recommend this inspirational card deck by Jane Struthers: The Wisdom of Trees Oracle: Inspirational Cards for Wisdom and Guidance. It not only gives physical knowledge of 73 trees but also inspiration from their devas– also the uses of their leaves, bark, fruits and roots.

Spiritoftrees.org is full of stories about trees and links to other web sites.

Trees are known as “the standing people” by many indigenous cultures. I feel that way about them. They are our great helpers, taking us to the higher realms on Earth. I invite you to be with trees as people, and you may be very surprised when they start talking to you. Trees have helped me open to my intuition and have healed and inspired me.

Today, listen to your inner being and ask which part of Mother Nature and Grandmother Earth you volunteered to assist at this time of the greatest transformation we have ever known. Humanity, the animal kingdoms, the fairy realms, the elementals all rising together in oneness and love.

We work on our goals and our goals work on us. Anything you contribute to nature will return to you in a surprise of goodness. Last week a mourning dove, a universal (and my personal) symbol of Love and Peace, flew right in front of my face and dropped one of its feathers at my feet. That small gift gave me such an uplift in my day as I have learned that feathers are signs of answered prayers.

The infinite variety in nature will give you experiences of beauty, connectedness, inspiration and love for many lifetimes.

The photo above is of a bouquet I won at our local nursery’s party to celebrate the coming holidays. The store had a “wheel of fortune,” and my turn stopped on a free bouquet. I invite you to be in nature in your awareness as a little child and you may receive a gift. Fairies and nature spirits love to surprise and delight. You may even hear their songs.

Why Manifest Your Good?

Because manifesting is fun, creative and loving.

Freesia and the most fragrant rose by Nina Wilkins

Manifesting allows the universe to surprise you with goodness that is meant just for you.

One thought I received from Sondra Ray and Leonard Orr was that everyone was born with a main pattern to heal: the scarcity belief of not enough, failing to get even, birth trauma, the parental disapproval syndrome and lack of self-love, to name the main ones.

In my early spiritual seeking I realized the scarcity belief was something I needed to transform and heal. That quest has led me to a myriad of teachings, books, travels and healings. One skill I have learned along the way is direct manifestation for what I need or want. As I have mentioned in previous blogs, gardens and flowers have healed, inspired and brought me peace.

One such garden is in Findhorn, an intentional community, which, now, more than 33 years later, is an Ecovillage. Findhorn was founded by Eileen and Peter Caddy (The Findhorn Garden: Pioneering a New Vision of Man and Nature in Cooperation) and Dorothy Maclean. The amazing thing they accomplished was to found a community by listening to their spiritual guides, Divas, and the Spirit of nature. Findhorn is located on the North Sea in Scotland. When Eileen and Dorothy received spiritual guidance to plant a garden, they thought they were not hearing correctly. That location is cold, windy and with beach sand for soil. They channeled the guidance and Peter carried out the instructions. With just these three and their children having the courage to follow their guidance they grew plants, trees and vegetables. The garden was so amazing it drew gardeners from Edinburgh to find out how this was possible and ask “what were they doing?”

The principles were all around working with the Spirit of nature and the Divas, or Earth Angels. In working in this way they learned how to directly manifest what they needed for themselves and the garden. Soon, they attracted a new member to their team, David Spangler, who has since written several books about manifestation.

The fun part for me about learning to manifest is feeling loved by the Universe. Now, today, Abraham, through the Hicks materials, is teaching thousands of people how to manifest their desires. I love their thought that it is as easy to manifest a castle as a button. Also that in 17 seconds you can feel better by directing your thoughts to ideas that make you feel good.

Another very powerful teaching is by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer, Creating Money: Attracting Abundance.

These thoughts and beliefs have worked for me over the years:

  • “Everything is at hand.” – Saint Germaine
  • All Substance is Spiritual. “Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need.” – Mary Baker Eddy.
  • “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” Jesus (Matthew 21:22)
  • Use delight as motivation and gratitude and appreciation to allow and receive your good.
  • Thank before it has come.

So over the last 33 years I have discovered and used all of the tools, thoughts and beliefs to overcome the scarcity belief: meditation, prayer, visualization, channeling high level guides, books, workshops, travel, teaching workshops and visiting incredible gardens and nature spots. Now, Sananda has told me that I have overcome the scarcity belief; he doesn’t want me to believe it. It has been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful for the lessons and manifesting more than I could have ever wished for materially and Divinely.

A very small Hallmark book I used to read my daughter, Roeya, still comes into my awareness and hers, as it was simple, tender, loving kindness, the best manifestations of all: Let me love the little things (Hallmark editions), by Helen Lowrie Marshall.

Dear God, please give to me
A thankful heart for little things
For sunshine on my kitchen floor
For news the postman brings
For memories in the making
Things the children do and say
That I will smile about, perhaps
Some future, lonelier day.
Grant me appreciation
Of the small joys that are mine
The children’s birthday parties
My honeysuckle vine
The clean, fresh smell
Of clothes just washed
The ivy on my wall
The children’s thrilled delight
To wake and find the first snowfall.
For robins in the springtime
And autumn’s crispy weather
For leaves that crunch
Friends in for lunch
And laughter shared together.
Give me enthusiasm
To greet each brand new day
With an honest joy in living
As I go my simple way
I do not ask contentment
That would ambition stay
But let me love the little things
I find along the way.

Mastering the Art of Creating, Manifesting and Receiving Your Good

Divine Prosperity is all around you. These truths will help you let it in if you will allow the change in your beliefs. A belief can be more than just a practiced thought. A belief might have been imprinted on you from a young age by your culture, your family, your friends or, most especially, your mother. Your mom is your early life line, and as a child what she says is law. So these learned beliefs contain your trust in life and also your faith and feelings of love from your mother. The following truths I have learned in creating, manifesting and receiving my good, so I wanted to share them with you.

Accept your self acceptance. (From Babaji in Unified: A Course on Truth and Practical Guidance from Babaji by Roger Lanphear.) Redundant? No. It’s like manifesting a glass of water. You have it, but you must receive it or accept it to have the benefit. You must drink the water.

Eckhart Tolle teaches us the biggest obstacle to receiving our good is affirming lack by saying “I Want,” rather than “I Have.” He reminds us of Jesus teaching, “whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11:24) The second part of that obstacle is that you can’t get yourself to believe it if it hasn’t happened yet in the outer world. When you allow yourself to go deeply in meditation to your own consciousness you will find “all that is” and discover how to receive your good. You can believe it.

Neville Goddard teaches us, “Get in the feeling of the wish Fulfilled” and your wish will manifest.

Saint Germaine teaches us every thing we could wish for is at hand right where we stand.

Mary Reynolds teaches us, “believe it has happened and it has happened”– “Thank you for my gold medal in garden design at the Chelsea flower show.” (Dare to be Wild)

Emmet Fox (Around the Year with Emmet Fox) teaches us the only thing we have to contend with is our own thoughts. We must root out and change beliefs we hold that don’t support our wishes. The most common one is “there is not enough” food, money, love, etc. It’s important to believe I am enough. I have plenty.

Abraham teaches us through the Hicks’ Ask and It Is Given to find ways to feel good and be grateful before the wish is fulfilled by knowing or believing that always, when you ask, it is given.

One of my favorite beautiful demonstrations of believing it has happened, and it has happened, is in the movie The Little Princess. The little girl and her friend are in the very cold attic with no food or blankets, and she describes to her friend in detail the banquet they are about to receive and believing do receive the bounty. Her descriptions are so vivid, you can smell the muffins and hot steaming tea.

Sananda teaches us that the most important thing you can do to receive happiness is to “Be the love that you are.” (Love Without End: Jesus Speaks… by Glenda Green) Abraham teaches us the most important thing to create the life that you want to live is to feel good. Appreciation of all that you have, facilitates both of these: being Love, and feeling good, as it is the same vibration as Love, the most powerful force in the universe.

I invite you to get in the feeling of your wishes fulfilled and feel thankful for them now as though they have manifested. Joy is your birthright.

I chose the photo of the Rose above as gardens have always helped me manifest my good. They give me peace so I can receive Divine inspiration. Also I receive from the spirit of nature the process of seed to flower. Very much happens in the dark, moist earth before the seed germinates. Enjoy each stage of your manifestations as they bring you the magic and Miracles of the Divine Mystery. Manifesting your Goods can be very satisfying and fun.

Your Child Within

Your inner Being, your own unique God Spark, is your Child within.

Your inner Child’s name is Love. Your outer, given name is your key to connecting with your inner being of Divine Presence, which is your creative power and connection to all that is. Practicing this Presence is your Golden Key to Peace, Prosperity, Love, Joy, Fulfillment and Success. Connecting your inner and outer Child, which is practicing the presence of Divine Father Mother God, can be achieved in a myriad of ways.

Look at your given name through the eyes of Love or Spirit. My given name is Nina Lee Wilkins. In many languages Nina means “little Child.” Lee is also an adverb: “merrily, happily, Unconditionally,” etc. Lee also means “harmony.” Wilkins can be separated as Wil and kins. For me, I felt “wil” means “right use of will” and kins, “kinship with all life.” I came to these conclusions through prayer and meditation. This foundation of knowing my own spiritual interpretation of my outer name has helped me follow the declaration in the Bible of “know thyself.”

As we connect our outer name with our inner name, being Love, we have creative resonance. That resonance looks like the infinity sign made of golden light. You can picture that beautiful energy of you and You meeting heart to heart. Two or more gathered in the name of Love holds this Golden Key we are seeking: You and you.

As we know ourselves as Divine Children we have the basis for creating miracles in our lives, because we know we are not separate from our Creator, our Father Mother God. We can claim our own Divine aspects of Life, Truth, Love, Principle, Mind, Soul and Spirit. We have been told by Jesus that a Child shall lead us, and to be as a Child. Our own inner Child will lead us. That innocence is our true essence and our protection.

Some simple ways to activate this creative resonance is to sing both of your names often (your given name and your divine name, which is Love). Sing with as much Self Love, respect, gratitude, caring, empathy and joy as you can muster in your feeling nature. This practice will go far to bring you to the awakening of your highest Good. You will Love yourself in the highest and best way possible.

Another simple practice is to focus on all of the Good of you. Self Love will allow your doubts and fears to just fade away. You will remember your true self and will be blessed with All of the Good you will allow. There is no one like you in all of the Universe. That is how much the Divine Loves and cherishes You.

This last week I had a wonderful, unexpected gift for my inner Child who absolutely Loves flowers and nature. My daughter, Roeya, took me to the San Francisco Botanical Garden–  a feast of beauty and Peace. Wow. If you are in San Francisco your time will be well spent to walk in these spectacular gardens that are within Golden Gate Park. The photo of the Lotus blossom below is such a beautiful symbol of our spiritual growth.

I highly recommend watching Jeong Quan in Chef’s Table, Volume 3. She is a miracle worker for sure. She makes transcendent food. She is a South Korean Buddhist monk, and watching her make lotus blossom tea is a healing in itself. Her story is very compelling on many levels and is available on Netflix.

I hope you will expand your Self Love by caring for your inner Child and enjoy all of the rewards that will bring. Dr. Hew Len shares a beautiful inner Child meditation below. I have listened to this many times and have always felt more connected to my inner Child afterwards.
