“THE HEART IS YOUR HIGHER INTELLIGENCE.”
From Love Without End: Jesus Speaks by Glenda Green

Love. Today is all about Love, the strongest force in the Universe that is gentle and kind.
Lorna Byrne sees angels. She has written seven books about them. Her memoir is Angels in My Hair.
Her video today is one of the best teachings on mediation I’ve seen.
The other gift for you is from Leo Buscaglia, who was affectionately called the “Love Doctor.” He taught a course at USC called “Love 101” and wrote several books. His book, Love, was one of my favorites, and I used to carry it around with me– also Living, Loving & Learning.
Enjoy this article by Leo Buscaglia that a friend sent me. It says it All.
GOD’S WIFE
An eye witness account from New York City , on a cold day in December, some years ago: A little boy, about 10-years-old, was standing before a shoe store on the roadway, barefooted, peering through the window, and shivering with cold.
A lady approached the young boy and said, ‘My, but you’re in such deep thought staring in that window!’
‘I was asking God to give me a pair of shoes,’ was the boy’s reply.
The lady took him by the hand, went into the store, and asked the clerk to get half a dozen pairs of socks for the boy. She then asked if he could give her a basin of water and a towel. He quickly brought them to her.
She took the little fellow to the back part of the store and, removing her gloves, knelt down, washed his little feet, and dried them with the towel.
By this time, the clerk had returned with the socks. Placing a pair upon the boy’s feet, she purchased him a pair of shoes.
She tied up the remaining pairs of socks and gave them to him. She patted him on the head and said, ‘No doubt, you will be more comfortable now.’
As she turned to go, the astonished kid caught her by the hand and, looking up into her face with tears in his eyes, asked her:
‘Are you God’s wife?’
Our inner being, our inner child who is innocent, is all love, like these children.
Love,
Nina
Music and song, chanting, humming, toning or drumming have a unique way of transmitting Love. The love of music is not limited to humans. Music is love, and like love is everywhere present.
In the photo above, the cows came to the fence to hear the music being played on the radio. Hana and her husband Brian noticed them run to the fence to hear the music as they were canoeing on the Teton River.
So tender.
I love cows.
Years ago I decided I would only buy milk from dairies where the cows were treated more than humanely, but very well. I visited several dairies in Northern California and found the Strauss Dairy. The cows roam freely on rolling hills of green pastures that are reminiscent of Ireland. So beautiful. The cows seem very content and are well cared for. The milk is amazing and comes in returnable bottles.
Cows are all Love. They give their milk freely with Grace.
The photo above and the video below inspired me to share simple but very potent ideas for us to Live:
Let Go and Let God.
Let Love do its job.
Cows are so good at being themselves. They are out in nature transmitting love as they graze.
Sananda often reminds me to just Be the Love that I am. Being in the stillness allows our own Divine Presence to well up and inspire us to create, be joyful and feel peace.
Thank you to all the Cows on Earth and for their beautiful milk, cheese and butter.
I once passed a semi truck painted with a beautiful pasture scene, including cows, with the writing: Kerigold Butter, the reason Irish Eyes are smiling.
I’m of Irish descent and I agree that pure creamery butter, milk and cheese from “happy cows” makes me smile.
I have always loved Love: Divine Mother Father Love, romantic love, brother-sister Love. Spiritual Love, family love, friendship love, pet love, and love of Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature. I love our elementals: Earth, Air, Fire and Water, and Humanity. We have been called “the fifth element.” Today I will focus on love of water.
Water is Love in the elemental realm.
Water washes away our sadness through cleansing and renewing tears. Our morning showers are a true gift of our modern world as they get us ready for this Day. I’m sure you can think of thousands of ways, as I can, that demonstrate water’s love. One is the water cycle, or circle.
L O V E. The letters are the symbols of love forwards and backwards.
Forwards, the L points to the circle, O, which in sacred geometry is Love: wholeness, never ending, inclusive, the vibration or frequency of Divine Love being all in all. The V holds the Love, while the E gives it the energy to manifest.
E V O L is the spelling backward. Love helps us evolve our personality into our true self, which is LOVE. We are created out of Love, and are still Love.
When I ask my Spiritual teacher, Sananda, how can I best serve my family, friends and Mother Nature, he always gives me the same guidance: be the Love that you are in, Mind, Spirit and actions.
My actions in Love for 2021 will be focused on self love. Self acceptance, being love and loving the elementals.
One way I love the ocean, which when clean and shepherded by wisdom can feed one billion people, is to pray for and tithe to Oceana.Org. This non-profit is actively working for the health of the Ocean and its inhabitants on many fronts. You may read about their many successes on their website.
Soon we will have the technology to clarify and purify Ocean water on a large scale, which will give its health-giving and life-giving qualities to All on our Earth.
“You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one.” – John Lennon.
We have entered the Age of Aquarius, The Water Bearer, where the Power of LOVE is NOW overcoming the Love of Power.
My Dear friend, Janette, often sings this song to the chefs in the kitchen where we have lunch, to people on the street where she lives, and at the beginning of our prayer circle: “Love is the opening door, love is what we came here for. Have your eyes really seen?” Thank you, Janette.
The pictures I took for today are symbols of my Ocean love and a feather, which in many cultural and spiritual traditions means “answered prayers.” The conch shell always reminds me that sound frequencies can bring peace and harmony.
With very much love for you and your family and friends and their family and friends, and their family and friends, continuing around our sacred blue planet with its incredible Oceans of abundant LOVE.
It is the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius, The Water Bearer, Love. This Age is all about Love.
Love as a force for Good. Love as a healer, a salve for our overtaxed nervous systems and emotional bodies. Love as a creative force in our Lives.
The guidance I received for myself for this year is to Love myself, accept myself, be kind to myself and LOVE and cherish all the family, friends and gifts from Mother Nature I have in my life. Maybe that is your guidance, too.
Aquarius is all about communication, teamwork, cooperation. Working, playing and creating for the highest good of all including Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature, will bring you abundance to enjoy and share. This basis of altruism is coming just in time as we see the World around us in Chaos. We are each the change we long for by being and sharing our unique perspectives and gifts. Do, Be, Do, Be, Do. Just Be the Love that you are and everything else will line up for you. Allow your Good.
We are Bridges of Love and Light for each other. Some of my favorite Bridges are my books. Books comprise the bulk of my possessions. One of my new treasured books was given to me for Christmas by one of my daughters, Roeya. I love it. This book has it all: love, joy, beautiful art, wisdom from the heart of a boy, mole, fox and horse. These four beings of Mother Nature tell us all we need to know in pure, simple terms and drawings that uplift and inspire. It is a stunning graphic novel by Charlie Mackesy, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse.
Give your self a real treat and obtain this book.
Charlie Mackesy’s humanity, kindness and spirit shine through every word and drawing.
In addition to this wonderful work he has done a Lithograph project with Nelson Mandela, The Unity Series. His humanity and love for the Earth is also demonstrated by an enterprise he co-runs in Zambia, Mama Buci, which helps low-to-no-income families become Beekeepers.
From the back cover: “Love, friendship and kindness—this book speaks a universal language.” -Bear Grylls ( my favorite wilderness guide and teacher.)
“The world that I am required to inhabit is this one. But the World that I long to inhabit is the one that Charlie Mackesy has created.” -Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat, Pray, Love
I have already read this book from cover to cover three times. Each time I am uplifted and inspired.
Enjoy.
A few years ago I wrote and colored these cards with the intention of uplifting my family and friends and the U.S. Postal Service. I felt that if I sent these post cards an anonymous someone– a mail clerk or family member who was not the intended receiver– might see the message and smile. That thought, my own secret invisible garden, made it fun for me to create and send these post cards.
First I would go sit on a bench by one of my favorite Oak trees in the City Park of downtown Carmel, California, and wait until I could feel my inner child’s heart connection with Divine Love and the Spirit of Nature. I wanted the energy of innocence, Love and the Spirit of Nature in the cards, along with the healing color frequencies.
Today, as you look at these cards, my wish is that you receive these frequencies to remind you of your Divinity and that you are cherished and loved.
Often in my life I have received inspiration, healing and a sense of Peace from Mother Nature. Animals, Flowers, Trees, the Ocean, Dolphins, Whales and sweet breezes carried by the Sylphs have been a creative force in my life.
One animal that has appeared to me when I needed it most is the Deer. In the Animal Kingdom, Deer represent gentleness. They also are highly aware of what is around them in the forest and have a keen sense of hearing. I’ve loved when I have had the opportunity of watching deer unnoticed by them. If they receive a hint of danger they start moving gently and quietly until sure, then their quick run and jumps bring them to safety. One of my favorite qualities of deer is their sensitivity to innocence, as is shown by the YouTube video here. Lately, every day I find videos of fawns finding a door open to someone’s home or available deck and they curl up and take a nap. As you watch this video, allow your own innocence to be realized. You are Loved.
Last year I discovered an Archangel Animal Oracle Card deck from Diana Cooper. It is very uplifting and increases our awareness of the beauty, power and Soul of the Animal Kingdom. We are uplifted and healed by animals, domesticated and wild, every day, whether we are aware of it or not. Their service to humanity is immeasurable in the true sense of that word. One of my favorite parts of this deck is Diana tells us of the service each animal gives to our Grandmother Earth, and Mother Nature, who we are part of.
Pick some of your favorite animals that live on land or in the Sea and send them love and gratitude from your heart. They will receive it and benefit greatly.
I recently viewed these documentaries on Netflix: Kiss the Ground, showing current real-life ways scientists, ranchers and farmers are restoring soil, which is a major component of reducing Global Carbon emissions. Brave Blue World: Racing to Solve Our Water Crisis. This amazing documentary travels the globe showing the innovations to sustainable and sanitary water solutions. It is inspiring and hopeful, which also motivates individual creative water solutions. Alongside this is Down to Earth, Zac Efron’s documentary series, especially the one in Paris, showing their progress with Sustainable Water Solutions.
Each of these documentaries is well worth your viewing time.
Last week we discovered how simple it is to create Love, Peace and Harmony in our lives. These qualities help us have more health, happiness and contentment.
I want to share my favorite forms of these practices that have been my personal bridges of love-light. I love joy, fun and happiness. These activities of light have helped me truly and immeasurably to be happy, be joy and be myself.
Often friends tell me of the upset and anxiety in their lives and I ask, “Do you meditate?” As often the response is, “No, I don’t have time.” My favorite response I borrowed from a zen proverb: “You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you’re too busy; then you should sit for an hour.”
I’ve experienced over and over that mediating gives me more time in my day. Synchronicity, serendipity, harmony and peace of mind create the space for great ideas and solutions to problems. Who to call, when to go and where; your own Divine intuition enhanced and louder.
My favorite forms are Mindful Walking, sitting on a bench in a garden, Tai chi, taking an almost-nap in the sun, sitting on the sand at the ocean’s edge, walking on the beach or, as the Japanese say, “forest bathing.” Choose a form that works for you. You don’t have to be formally meditating as a Zen Monk to receive the many benefits of stilling your mind and being in your heart– as Eckhart Tolle teaches us in Stillness Speaks.
What I learned from his holiness, The Dalai Lama, is that what he gets from meditation is “nothing.” What he doesn’t get is what is important: he doesn’t get get anger, anxiety and a lack of peace of mind.
He teaches us: “The source of a happy life is within us… Peace of mind is within us; it requires that we develop a warm heart and use our intelligence. People often don’t realize that warmheartedness, compassion, and love are actually factors for our survival.” (From The Dalai Lama on Why Leaders Should Be Mindful, Selfless, and Compassionate, by The he Dalai Lama with Rasmus Hougaard, published in the Harvard Business Review February 20, 2019.)
The photo above demonstrates stillness in movement. The creek is flowing and still and clear at the same time. For me, the clear mirror image in the photo’s picture of stillness is how we reflect our Creator in the stillness. We hear our “still small voice.”
To take up where we left off last week, join hearts and Souls together, Love, Peace and Harmony.
Your heart is your higher intelligence. People all over the world are waking up to this thought.
“Follow your heart” is a common recommendation in these times that resonates with this truth as a prescription for happiness, health and spiritual growth.
Our hearts contain Love, Peace and Harmony. Our hearts are our connection to Divine Love. When we allow the Peace of the moment, we can travel to our heart center easily. Breathing slowly and deeply with our palms over our heart, one or both hands, we can find the comfort and safety of our infinite and eternal connection with our Divine Creator. Doing this with your attention, without distractions, can take you to that sacred part of your self that is the Peace that “passeth” all understanding. In just five minutes you most likely have lowered your blood pressure, found less or no stress, and have reset and reconnected to your Creative core.
Sananda has taught me that this Sacred Heart connection can help you discover root causes of problems you are facing and be prompted by ideas of possible solutions. Einstein has taught us that we can’t solve our problems at the level they were created; we have to rise above to a higher perspective. Our heart is our higher intelligence.
Years ago I was introduced to Gregg Braden through his book, Walking between the Worlds: the Science of Compassion. This book helped me so much on my own Spiritual Path as I realized I had been doing that for quite some time in my Channeling Career. Now is the time that those two worlds are coming together as Heaven on Earth, and this is being facilitated by all of our Sacred Hearts coming together. Join hearts and Souls together.
One of the truly wonderful parts of this is we, our very unique selves, don’t get lost in the shuffle. We actually become more ourselves. In Love, Peace and Harmony we discover a new sense of freedom and the joy to express ourselves without fear of retribution, criticism or harm. We can add to the collective cosmic consciousness for the betterment and fun of all.
On our beautiful Earth, Gaia, Sophia, Virgo, Patcha Mama, there are many sentient beings whose purpose is to teach us just that. That our hearts are our gateway to all Good. Cetaceans, Flowers, Trees, all of the Elementals, the Animal Kingdom, Fairies and many beings we haven’t discovered yet, are here to help us be part of the grand awakening that is Now. A time that you came to be a part of. You are assisting In the Celestial Rise of Earth and all of her inhabitants. It’s time to Celebrate.
Gregg Braden’s work, along with many others, can help you awaken to your part through his discoveries of the heart’s intelligence. The HeartMath Institute is another of the many teachings available.

Love, Peace and Harmony
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. & Master Sha 18 years ago when I had a booth at the Monterey Psychic Fair. Dr. Sha was listed as one of the lecture presenters. When I saw his name, my intuition told me “he is the genuine article.”
I attended his lecture and was enthralled with his method of presentation and his message of Soul Healing. He had one small paperback book on Soul Healing. Later that week I attended another of his lectures and felt very uplifted, and I loved his message of “heal the Soul first and your mental, spiritual, physical body will follow.”
Dr. Sha’s method of lecturing struck me as being very potent for healing as he spoke enthusiastically and would give a point and then say “ Practice.” He had the audience practice right on the spot: Repeat, “Lu la Lu la Li, love, Peace, Harmony.” Or: stand, join hands, repeat, “Join hearts and souls together, Love, Peace and Harmony.”
His pace was so fast there wasn’t time for doubt. He had us doing Tai Chi movements, and positive mantras of Soul Healing and chanting. He spoke of a future intensive workshop he would be giving, which I really wanted to attend, though my timing wouldn’t allow. I was so enthusiastic about his work that I convinced one of my very good friends to attend.
After the workshop she visited me and gave me all of her notes. I have used them often. That workshop was all about healing through specific sounds. Each chanted word and sound corresponds to a particular part of the body. Now all of these years later he has several New York Times best selling books, several International Organizations and has trained many students worldwide to be teachers of Soul Healing, sound healing and Tao Calligraphy Healing. I am happy to have met him in those early years and have had the opportunity to watch him grow and expand his spiritual teaching to being an international force for Good.
I have several of his books and recordings and always am uplifted when I use them. One aspect of his work that I love is it is non-denominational.
I have enjoyed watching his success over the years. The simplicity of chanting “Love, Peace, Harmony, Lu La Lu La Li, Join Hearts and Souls together,” is definitely catching on. I hope you will check out his website. He has so many tools for healing. Currently he is teaching Tao Calligraphy, the art of healing through painting sacred symbols. He is definitely a Master Healer of our times. The many testimonials of healing, including myself, demonstrate the Spiritual Truth of Soul Healing.
