Many years ago when I was choosing the name for my blog, I asked Sananda what would encompass the whole of what he was teaching me. I asked, “What exactly do I do when I’m helping people either with channeling, or prayer or energy work?” and he said, “You are a bridge of love-light.” This made me happy, and he told me that Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature, our innocence as Divine Children and flowers would heal the Earth.
Today I have included several photos that I took at the Carmelite Monastery in Carmel, CA. Each of the flowers have personal significance for me and uplift me when I see them. Bridges of love and lightare personal to ourselves. Each may be one of our infinite variety of choices to uplift us– music, laughing, meditating, praying, dancing, thanking, forgiving, being in the Now… all work wonderfully well.As a collective of humanity, we are reaching higher to awaken to our true higher selves, hence our need for bridges to our Eden; our own unique symbols that help us reach higher. My love of Nature, and her beauty and elements, never fails to lift me higher and make me feel better, best, then inspired, then joy.
May these flowers (and Frog) inspire you to create your very own Heaven on Earth. Since we are all connected, we will all share in our Nova Earth. It is here now.
You and I, along with the animal kingdoms, ocean realm, sky worlds, fairy realms and elementals, are all Bridges of Love Light to heaven. Our Eden, Mother Earth, and all of her inhabitants are very alive and sentient beings and are here to be enjoyed, loved and nurtured
You and I, we, are beloved Bridges of Love and Light from Earth to heaven and back again in a constant movement of sharing our spiritual selves and Earth selves.
Each of us said we would help one of these beings or realms before we were born.I remembered this pre-birth agreement I had, saying I would help the oceans, cetaceans, trees, horses and dogs. You may have remembered your agreement also.If not consciously yet, you may begin having dreams of spirit animals or plants you are especially drawn to. It is fun, simple and satisfying to help our Earth Mother and our Father Sky.
Recognizing our Oneness with Heaven, Mother Earth and Father Sky, opens up infinite possibilities for creating the world we love to live in and share with others.
Trees, the standing people, love to interact with us.My grandson, Cooper, taught me how to hug a tree. He said, “You walk up to a tree and put your flat palm against it.”A great way to start your conversation with a tree!
I love to stand in the middle of fairy ring trees. Trees that grow close together in a circle, leaving just enough room for you to stand in the middle. I love doing this and just being with the spirit of the trees.I sometimes put my back against the tree and feel its life force enlivening and strengthening me. Refreshing and inspiring.
Creating your own ceremonies and rituals with Mother Earth will bring you many benefits. One is what Glenda Green’s book, Love without End: Jesus Speaks, teaches us—innocent perception. We become as children and see Nature innocently.Instead of looking at a tree as we see a TV screen, we innocently perceive it.We feel its essence and discover its true nature and ours. This wonder and oneness transports us to our own innocence and love. We might wonder, how can I make this tree more comfortable? What does it need?I’ve found that when I take the time to perceive in this way, I feel more peace and well-being within myself.
Each one has a wealth of nature research ongoing with infinite variety and ideas on how to understand our Earth Mother and All of her inhabitants, spiritually and physically.
Perelandra is a site that I have visited many times, and I always feel that I have barely scratched the surface. Machaelle Wright’s book Perelandra Soil-less Garden Companion is an exploration in how to see that everything in our lives– our work, home projects, and art– really are gardens. She works in very deep ways with the sprit of nature, and her work is not only revolutionary but very practical, with numerous healing tools and flower essences for sale. The site always sparks new ideas for me and is very healing by its nature of giving and sharing love.
Earth Day is coming up and is the day after Easter this year.A lot to celebrate of the goodness of spring and renewal.I would like to invite you to create an Earth Celebration either for yourself, or family and friends, or to join one of the many group Mother Gaia parties.Gaia is a living Being who also goes by these names: Patcha Mama, Sophia and Virgo.I find when I am loving Mother Nature and calling her by name I’m inspired to give back to her for all she has given me.
These are a few things you might want to include in your party- ceremonies for the sheer joy and fun of it:
Music and dancing. The fairies, leprechauns, gnomes, sprites, undines, Pan, sylphs and Earth Devas love beautiful flute music and string instruments.
Honoring of the four directions; North for clarity and direction on your path, South for innocence fun and your inner child, East for your continued Spiritual Growth and Divine Awakening and West for inspiration and gratitude for all that is and all that you have.
Also include all of the elementals, Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Make up appreciation rituals that can be as simple as making a beautiful meal or putting your bare feet in the earth. As you are aware of these elementals and are appreciating them you may start to see brighter colors in your garden or maybe catch a glimpse of flickering lights around your flowers. Another benefit is the profound feeling of connection with all that is. We are part of the Earth and part of heaven. We are heaven on Earth in form as are all of God’s Creatures and Creations.
One day as I was making a High Tea Party for my family and friendsI had the very strong thought from my garden fairies that they were the ones who had inspired tea parties in England and Ireland.Having the beauty of porcelain tea cups, sitting in a flower garden with a sparkling Rose table cloth and napkins set the preamblefor enjoying tiny cakes, clotted cream, scones, berryjam, lemon curd, rainbow crystal sugar and, of course, the dainty watercress sandwiches. Beautiful teapots filled with steaming liquid amber made the celebration complete.I’ve always thought of these as Prosperity Teas.Taking the time to be together and relax in a garden is a very potent and luxurious Earth ceremony. Before I realized the fairies had inspired these gatherings I always became so happy and inspired to create when my sister, Charmaine, ormy friend, Janette, gave one to me. Now I love taking the time for a tea party even more.
So, I hope you will join in with all of the Earth elementals and people to celebrate Earth Day April 22, 2019. You will soon realize every day is Grandmother Earth,Mother Earth, Gaia, Sophia, Virgo Day.You will definitely be inspired by this process to co-create your own heaven on Earth.
I love the infinite variety of nature.Every aspect of nature tells me I’m loved by a loving Creator who has provided everything I need for a happyand healthy life.I didn’t always know this.Life leads us all to our own unique discoveries andlearning experiences that bring us to our truth and love.Sananda has taught me that everything is created out ofLife, Truth and Love.
My journey has taken me on a path to know that Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature bestow infinite, abundant blessings on us every moment of every day.
Many years ago I discovered that mindfully, silently, walking in nature would bring me to the same peace and stillness that meditating would bring. I would walk for about 20 minutes and then find a bench or rock along the path to sit on and just be. Often I would be refreshed and ready for the next part of my day. Sometimes I would be inspired to call a friend who would greet me with, “You are so telepathic– I was just thinking of you.”
Mostly though, I would marvel at how that simple walk had given me well being and an appreciation of the infinite variety of nature. In this receptive state I could feel the air I was breathing nourishing me.The sun on my back made me feel comforted and relaxed.Every time I walked in this way I saw something new with the flowers and trees or the birds and squirrels or the dogs walking by.Each new thing unique in that moment, not to be seen again. Whether a cloud formation, sunrise or sunset, a bird song, a breeze, a rainbow or the fragrance of a new lilac blossom: each having its moment.Wondrous.
You are that unique Being.Ever changing, discovering your wholeness and connection to your Creator and all that is.Nothing is missing within you. You are blossoming like the rose.
Saint Germaine teaches me that everything we need is at hand. Our abundance, health and well being can be found in the Life, Truth and Love of Nature. Whether you experience Mother Nature as the Outback, Wilderness, Outside, the Wild Jungle, Ocean, Forest, Seashore, lakes, mountains, rivers or streams, deserts, canyons or your home garden, you will find that same Divine Love, Grandmother Earth.
I have learned we can call on the Spirit of Nature and nature spirits (Devas) for a deeper understanding of how to receive and experience more of the abundance and well being nature wants to give us.The Silphs, the air fairies, can help us breathe clearly and deeply. The health-giving air can let us know we have an infinite supply of what we need most to live on the physical plane. The Undines, the water fairies, show us we have plenty of life-giving, cleansing and healing water; pure abundance. Salamanders, or fire fairies, give us warmth and abundant life in spirit, Sunshine. We can’t forget earth fairies, Gnomes. Gnomes help us grow our food and heal our soil and animals. I’m very grateful our New Earth includes a reuniting of these kingdoms. The fairy realms, the earth realms, the heaven realms and an awakened Humanity are united and here for us Now.
The photo above is of ice crystals on the birch tree, not snow. It amazed me. The snow doesn’t stick too well to these trees, so all the crystals amazed me. It had rained with the drops sticking just long enough to freeze as the weather changed that quickly. An hour later, the crystals melted and the trees were bare again.
“Some people feel the Rain, others just get wet.” – Bob Marley
When we understand our relationship with feeling, Love and Water we can make great strides in our spiritual growth.
Water is the mystical element and is a demonstration of Love in the physical realm. When we contemplate all that Water is and does the conclusion leads us straight to Love. Water can be a solid, liquid, vapor and merge so eloquently into air that it becomes an invisible dew point. In its natural state, it is colorless and tasteless. Water contains the essence of the Divine Mystery, LOVE.
A vivid reminder of the Divine Aspect of Water came to me while driving through Eastern Oregon. Driving East for miles and hours, on the left side of the highway was Badlands State Park. A very desolate landscape. So much so that you could easily see why the region was called “Bad Lands.” Very dry with no green to be seen. No visible birds or animals, desolate and depressing.
On the right side of the highway the scene was the complete opposite. Wind turbines had provided the electricity to pump Water from the nearby creek to create a lush and thriving green farming landscape. Lots of activity with the prosperous feeling of a rich farm and cattle ranch. The flowers, green alfalfa, horses and bustling farm activities made me feel happy. Water had turned The so-called Badlands into a beautiful and productive lively landscape.
We know this to be true, that Water is life. An important part of our spiritual growth is to let Water help us heal our emotional body, our feelings. Our feelings, our Love nature, hold the keys to our connections with our truth and our own mystical Divinity. Water is One, and connects us with all that is. The Persian poet Rumi remarks: “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” We are like that. We are one with All in our spirit. Water teaches us that oneness.
One of my favorite articles about Water is found in Restoring the Earth: Visionary Solutions from the Bioneers, by Kenny Ausubel. A contributing author is Jennifer Greene. Though her article is only 10 pages long it is concentrated wisdom of the holy aspects of Water gleaned from a lifetime of studying Water. Each time I read her article I learn something more and am inspired to do more of my own research with Water as Love and the Divine Mystery. Water, Love, is always available and part of me—Oneness in form.
The introductory paragraph holds the keys to the profound beingness of Water.
In this sacred element of nature, she reveals a magical dance of cosmic forces played out through this remarkable vessel of universal dissolution that is so forgiving, yet powerful enough to wear down a rock over time with its Watery persistence.
We can hold our glass of Water with Love and gratitude and make that Water more pure, and healthful and add to the Love of all Water. As we respect and Love Water, our own feeling nature will be healed and will contribute to the healing of humanity and Grandmother Earth.
The photo above is of Water, air, Earth and fire, our sacred elements transmitting Love to You. Rose quartz for Divine Love, clear quartz to transmit and increase the Love and amethyst to awaken our crown chakra, Spirit.
Would you like to have a simple and easy way to feel refreshed, energized and ready for a new day?
When possible do this right at sunrise, or any time of day. Walk into your yard or a natural place and stand barefoot on Grandmother Earth. Turn slowly and thank each of the directions: East, South, West and North. As you do this, sense that each direction has a different quality and feel to it. When I face North, I feel Peaceful, mentally clear and calm. When I face South I feel my child within is ready to play. Facing East always brings me reverence and a willingness to have a new spiritual perspective, even in just small ways. I’ve always loved facing West, as I’ve had the joy of living near the Ocean for most of my life. Looking out to the Western Ocean horizon always brings me expansion, Peace, and creativity.
Next, feel the enlivening Earth energy rising up in you and giving you refreshment. Bend over at the waist, let your arms hang freely and just let go of any worries, doubts or fears. Slowly stand up straight, lift your arms up, open and reach for the sky, and allow the Father Sky Love-Light to fill you up with fresh, life-giving air. Thank each of the Elementals: Air, Water, Fire and Earth for the liveliness they give you.
Next, if you are able to, jump up and down. You are refreshed, reset and ready for a new day.
Today, I’d like to share books and a website that I have found to be valuable. Each have inspired, uplifted and healed me in a very real way.
“In order to enter a deeper relationship with Nature, I was required to become a participant with Nature rather than continue in the role of onlooker. I did not find this at all easy. I was propelled into a metaphysical reality, a reality I did not enter willingly… We come to this planet with a clearly defined destiny, but as soon as we take on human form, we forget it. Life then carries us kicking and screaming toward our perfect goal while we try our hardest to abort the mission.” – Journey into Nature: A Spiritual Adventure by Michael J. Roads
I love this book as it is a real journey into Nature where you meet Pan, the Spirit of Nature, and the beingness of trees, minerals, rivers and dolphins. A truly transformative delight.
The next book came to me as a very welcome surprise one Christmas, from my sister, Charmaine. I had wanted to read it, as in the early 1980’s I had the opportunity of visiting Findhorn in Scotland. The author, Dorothy Maclean, was one of the three founders of the Findhorn community. To Hear the Angels Sing is a book you can read over and over again and feel it is the first time. It is rich with meaning and understanding of the spiritual intelligence and unconditional Love in and of Nature.
“It is said that God is Love. This is so, and as creation becomes more conscious, it expresses greater love. The essence of life, no matter what its consciousness, is Love. This is true of all kingdoms, and man’s greatest contribution to life on the planet is consciously to love, and so to bring health, vigor and beauty to life.” – The Landscape Angel, To Hear the Angels Sing
Today, more than 40 years later, the Findhorn community has become a thriving Ecovillage offering many subjects in Biodynamic gardening and all the principles Findhorn is based on. The main theme is to become beneficial stewards of Grandmother Earth.
Perelandra-ltd.com is a site you could spend days on. It contains Machaelle Wright’s books (some you can read on the site), flower essence products and videos containing her products and lovely views of her Center for Nature Research in Jeffersonton, Virginia. This site is a treasure for sure. Enjoy.
