Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature and Your Well Being

Nina Wilkins
Nina Wilkins

I love the infinite variety of nature. Every aspect of nature tells me I’m loved by a loving Creator who has provided everything I need for a happy and healthy life. I didn’t always know this. Life leads us all to our own unique discoveries and learning experiences that bring us to our truth and love. Sananda has taught me that everything is created out of  Life, Truth and Love.

My journey has taken me on a path to know that Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature bestow infinite, abundant blessings on us every moment of every day.

Many years ago I discovered that mindfully, silently, walking in nature would bring me to the same peace and stillness that meditating would bring. I would walk for about 20 minutes and then find a bench or rock along the path to sit on and just be. Often I would be refreshed and ready for the next part of my day. Sometimes I would be inspired to call a friend who would greet me with, “You are so telepathic– I was just thinking of you.”

Mostly though, I would marvel at how that simple walk had given me well being and an appreciation of the infinite variety of nature. In this receptive state I could feel the air I was breathing nourishing me. The sun on my back made me feel comforted and relaxed. Every time I walked in this way I saw something new with the flowers and trees or the birds and squirrels or the dogs walking by. Each new thing unique in that moment, not to be seen again. Whether a cloud formation, sunrise or sunset, a bird song, a breeze, a rainbow or the fragrance of a new lilac blossom: each having its moment. Wondrous.

You are that unique Being. Ever changing, discovering your wholeness and connection to your Creator and all that is. Nothing is missing within you. You are blossoming like the rose.

Saint Germaine teaches me that everything we need is at hand. Our abundance, health and well being can be found in the Life, Truth and Love of Nature. Whether you experience Mother Nature as the Outback, Wilderness, Outside, the Wild Jungle, Ocean, Forest, Seashore, lakes, mountains, rivers or streams, deserts, canyons or your home garden, you will find that same Divine Love, Grandmother Earth.

I have learned we can call on the Spirit of Nature and nature spirits (Devas) for a deeper understanding of how to receive and experience more of the abundance and well being nature wants to give us. The Silphs, the air fairies, can help us breathe clearly and deeply. The health-giving air can let us know we have an infinite supply of what we need most to live on the physical plane. The Undines, the water fairies, show us we have plenty of life-giving, cleansing and healing water; pure abundance. Salamanders, or fire fairies, give us warmth and abundant life in spirit, Sunshine. We can’t forget earth fairies, Gnomes. Gnomes help us grow our food and heal our soil and animals. I’m very grateful our New Earth includes a reuniting of these kingdoms. The fairy realms, the earth realms, the heaven realms and an awakened Humanity are united and here for us Now.

The photo above is of ice crystals on the birch tree, not snow. It amazed me. The snow doesn’t stick too well to these trees, so all the crystals amazed me. It had rained with the drops sticking just long enough to freeze as the weather changed that quickly. An hour later, the crystals melted and the trees were bare again.

Your Intuition: Your Bridge to Love and Light

I learned a key to my own intuition while traveling in Australia (Hobart, Tasmania), in the early 1980s. We were with some Australian friends who were showing us around, and one asked if we would like to get a “Noah.” We were puzzled. A Noah? Our friend explained that locals had developed an entire language so that the British would not know what they were speaking about, and it was known as rhyming slang. “An Ale” rhymes with whale, and a common name for a whale is a Noah. Instead of saying, “Let’s get a beer,” you would need to know how the slang works.

Over many years of practice, experience and reflection I began to understand how my own intuition works. It often is two or three steps down from my initial thought. Like rhyming slang. For example, I will have the thought, “Check the clothes dryer,” and then right as I’m at the dryer in the garage I will think, “Open the garage door.”  As I do, right at that moment I see the mailman has just opened my mailbox, so I go and get the mail, which contains several letters with cash and an important notice that I need to act on that day.

I have asked my spirit guides many times why my intuition works that way. Why not just say, “Your mail is here”? They told me there are several elements that are beneficial to this way of intuition.

Privacy, obedience, the joy of experiencing synchronicity, feeling part of the Universe of good, the unified field and practicing faith and trust is my intuition and plain old fun. One quality that I feel has been overlooked in contemporary spiritual teachings is the attribute of the Divine that is mystery. In the higher realms intuition is as common as reason and logic are in our three dimensional world.

I’ve been a professional sensitive for most of my adult life, so practicing and developing my intuition has been an ongoing discipline. My own definition of intuition comes from the word itself: in tu i tion. In, is your inner being. Tu, in many Romance languages means “you”– it’s yours given to your unique self. I, your “I am.” Tion is the movement. It’s not static. Intuition is in the now. Present in this moment.

The practice of learning more about your intuition and using it will bring you many blessings. Following your instincts, your heart, your “still, small voice,” your feelings and inspirations– all part of your intuition– will save you time and wasted effort. The part I like the most is the feeling I’m loved by the Divine. The benevolent unseen forces always present and available to guide us to our good.

The photo above reflects an aspect of intuition that is movement. We are moved to our good if we allow and accept the flow of love. Hana and I came to this spot unexpectedly. A driver stopped to see if we were ok, as it was a very cold day and we were a few miles from town. Hana said, “Oh, I’m just taking a picture of these horses.” He got out of the car, smiled and came over and introduced himself and said, “Those are my horses, and you are welcome to ride them.” That was such a welcoming feeling to our new home in Idaho as Hana had just left a job with horses and was missing them.

Many years ago I learned the importance of movement awareness as an aspect of intuition while assisting in an “Opening to Channel your Spirit Guides” workshop. Our teacher, Duane Packer, told us to allow ourselves to be moved in the room without thinking. Trusting that feeling to move, we would arrive right next to the person who needed assistance with their energy to open to their guides. If we had used our reasoning mind to figure who to help we would have missed the exact moment we were needed. I was always amazed at how that synchronicity worked so well.

These are ways I have practiced my intuition that may help you. We are all unique and have many different ways to hear God, so choose what works for you.

Meditation; trusting your feelings; prayer; quiet time in nature, and walking in nature observing meaningful signs that you know are just for you; learning the art of allowing; creating from your heart; music; doing what feels right even though it is illogical; swimming; beingness in the Now; pets (my horse taught me I was telepathic with him).

Snow

snow

A truly wonderful aspect of snow is the quiet. A blanket of snow brings a feeling of peace. Of course I’m speaking of gently falling snow; everything being covered by that pure white collection of unique-in-all-the-Universe snowflakes. Pure and completely themselves, falling gently to the ground. I’m reminded of Masaru Emoto’s work that I’ve written about in Water Walking and Words. His studies of water, frozen, showing their unique crystalline figures and being receptive to change by words, writing, songs, music and collective prayers are worth your attention. If you haven’t seen his rice experiment on YouTube, I highly recommend it for its sheer simplicity. Anyone can do this experiment. It graphically shows how powerful our words are in affecting our environment and those around us. It also reminds us of our own Divine Gift of being unique in all of the Universe.

Snow, creating a blanket of quiet, helps us find our source in the stillness. If you are not in snow you can visualize a blanket of pure white, glistening, sparkling snow all around you. In your still beingness you can recall winter blessings: slowing down, hot chocolate and singing. Today I’m enclosing (below) one of my favorite websites with a group of snow flakes and a clip from one of my favorite movies for our snowy season.

My friend, Janette, knows she is an incarnate elf. Each year, a week before Christmas, she dresses up in one of her many elf costumes that include tiny bells and multicolored twinkling lights. She has a variety of hats and costumes. She walks around town, running her errands just as though she was in her regular street clothes. She intends to bring laughs and joy to people, and it never fails. We watch the Elf movie together several times during the holiday season and laugh and laugh.

So this winter and Holiday season, I hope you will enjoy the snow even if you just have to imagine it. Water in the elemental realm is love. You contain that same love and purity, that same innocence. And you contain that same Divine Mystery that can allow the life-giving quality of water to be a vapor, mist, liquid or solid. We can be in the dream state (mist), in the spiritual flow (liquid) or grounded in the earth (solid). Each state offers us a different experience of ourselves in the world. The more we become aware of and study water, the more we will appreciate its sacredness. We know that water can be purified and healed by our thoughts, words and prayers– and so can we. So, enjoy a nice hot bath with your favorite flower essence and music, and enjoy the season of peace, joy, love and snow.

I love this gallery of perfect snowflake photos and this list of great quotes from Elf, both from Mother Nature Network. I hope you’ll click through to enjoy them!

Beauty, Blessings and Bounty

Beauty, Blessings and Bounty

We have an infinite number of ways to bridge the gap from any negative thought, emotion or feeling to an experience of more Love and light. Some of my favorites are seeing, contemplating or remembering the beauty, blessings and bounty I have in my Life. The photo for today is one my younger daughter took at sunset near Teton Creek, Idaho. The whitetail doe posed for us, and we got to see her long fluffy tail– very beautiful.

Beauty in any of its forms has the power to heal us in the blink of an eye. During this winter holiday season we may experience times of intense feelings. To bring myself back to peace I take the time to really see the beauty around me. Sananda has told me that beauty contains Truth. I Love that thought, and I also Love the experience of it. Just being with a beautiful scene, memory or melody can bring us to the Truth that resides within us. That inspiration of our true Beingness can transport us out of any heavy, uncomfortable feelings to Joy. Peace, Love and Joy are part of our soul-infused personality that we can always count on. This holiday season I hope you will take the time to really be blessed by the bounty and beauty of lights, decorations, music, baking with family and friends and singing. Lots of singing.

One of my sister’s expressions that she uses often is “What blesses one blesses All.” When she says that to me I feel so happy because I know that is true. She is a Master at giving. She often sends me boxes of happiness in the mail. Enclosed are her perfect heart-shaped shortbread cookies, her very unique handmade greeting cards filled with loving expressions and usually beautiful clothes. I am instantly smiling and uplifted.

We are all sensitive souls and can feel others’ heartaches at times. Our world is in transition to a kinder and more awakened state, and in the process many negative states and traumas need to be released. At these times giving blessings, receiving blessings and thanking for all of our blessings are our always available bridges to Love-light. Thank you, Charmaine.

If we feel any lack this holiday season we can alleviate that quickly by prayer blessings. I came across a beautiful and powerful one yesterday on YouTube. It’s a meditation with the fairies in Avalon to bless all of God’s creatures on Earth: people, all animals, plants, fish of the sea, insects, trees and the elements. Prayer blessings are very effective because we are all connected. We are one with All that is. We always, all ways, have something to give and bless with. Jokes, smiles, songs, prayers and our own fun and Joy will bless All including us. And, if you really want to bless the world, learn how to make heart-shaped shortbread and give half of them away. The blessings will be multiplied many fold—beyond your imagination!

I like to always include the qualities of Life, Truth and Love in my blogs as I know those are the Divine qualities that we are creating heaven on Earth with. This morning I couldn’t think of another word that started with “B” for the Love aspect, and Hana said, “bounty.” Yes! Bounty.

The Truth of our creations contain beauty. The Life of our creations contain blessings. The Love of our creations contain bounty.

There is a saying, “You can’t out-give God,” because your giving in its heartfelt nature returns to you multiplied. Bounty is one of the Divine qualities of our new Earth and our New World. That bounty is here for us now if we will allow it. Let’s bless ourselves, our family, our friends, the animals, Mother Nature and Grandmother Earth in any and all ways that bring us Joy.

Gentleness, Kindness and Appreciation: The Best Bridges to Love

Idaho Deer

Last week we were driving in the mountains in southeastern Idaho, when this stunning whitetail buck came into view. His gentle, wise eyes met mine, and I felt a peace and gentleness from his gaze. Hana was quick enough to stop and capture the image in this photo. I was reminded that deer carry the quality of gentleness and beauty in the animal kingdom. They are also one of the keepers of the spirit of nature. That moment brought me to peace and a reminder to be gentle with myself and others.

I enjoy watching the Ellen Degeneres show. I always laugh and appreciate that her last word of the show is “ be kind to one another.” A little kindness can change a person’s entire life for the better. I have enclosed a link to a YouTube video that is by an astrologer I enjoy, and this week she has included a channeling from St. Francis of Assisi. It’s very encouraging, as she relates the current cosmic alignments of planets, combined with a wave of love from Divine mother are creating a wave of kindness. I am holding that image of a wave of kindness as I know that is the true reality of humanity.

We are coming upon one of my favorite holidays, Thanksgiving. Giving thanks is one of the most powerful ways to experience love. Abraham, through all of the Hicks’ materials, teaches us to have a rampage of appreciation to feel Good, and that feeling Good is our most important way to receive our Good. Thanksgiving is our wonderful opportunity to share that feeling with many other people. The atmosphere of gratitude fills the air. We allow ourselves to give and receive thanks from our family and friends and have the chance to affirm abundance for all. With this wave of kindness at hand we will have the opportunity to sustain Thanksgiving all year long.

Many blessings and Happy Thanksgiving.

The Divine Mystery of Trees

mystery of trees

First graders, six- and seven-year-olds, know that trees are people, too. I had the joy of observing this fact one summer when I taught a series of Nature Camps for children. We went to a local park that had seven young coast redwood trees, and I had seven young participants. The instructions for the children were simple: choose a tree, name it, be with it for a while and ask it what would make it more comfortable. All of the children went right to work with no questions asked. Some quickly gathered rocks from the creek bed to make a circle of protection around their tree, and others went to the fountain to get their adopted tree water. I was delighted to hear the names they chose and how quickly each had made friends with their tree and why they had chosen the names.

Many indigenous people call trees the standing people. I feel this way, too.

A few summers ago I was camping in a new place and felt uneasy. My tent was near a very old oak tree. As I was silently standing by it, all of a sudden I saw a spirit-being who jumped out for just a moment and said: “Don’t worry. I will protect you.” Wow.

I had known about dryads, tree spirits, but I had never seen one. That feeling of protection, wonder and the Divine Mystery of Mother Nature stayed with me and brought me comfort.

A delightful book, How to Catch a Fairy, by Gilly Sergiev, reports: “Every tree, bush, or thicket growing has a female dryad and hamadryad spirit joined to it. Able to separate from its wooden host the dryads are the ancient guardians of trees, much communicated with and contacted by Druids for inspiration and advice.”

I hadn’t discovered this book until months after I had the experience with the Dryad near my campsite oak tree. The photo in that book is very similar to the one I had seen, only mine had jet black hair and the one in the book has light auburn hair.

Eckhart Tolle, in Stillness Speaks, reports “Through you nature becomes aware of itself. Nature has been waiting for you, as it were, for millions of years.”

You will easily communicate with trees if you allow a few moments of silence standing next to one. Even better, if there is grass or moist, soft earth underneath your new friend, stand barefoot. Five minutes is plenty to breathe in the prana and enjoy any inspiration or thoughts you receive. Or, ask the tree, “How can I make you more comfortable?” This will get the conversation going. My wish is that you will continue this practice and enjoy the peace, wisdom and joy it will give you.

The photos accompanying this post are of trees in my front yard. Each has a very special healing frequency that I take advantage of often. I asked that they send that bridge of love-light to you. They are two of the 85 varieties of Eucalyptus trees. Eucalyptus can have a bad reputation for breaking limbs, falling over and being messy, though that is only one very common variety. Check into the other 84 varieties that are beautiful with gorgeous flowers and fragrances and not as many “vices.”

Another valuable new (2017) booklet you may enjoy as much as I have is The Wisdom of Trees Oracle: Oracle Cards for Wisdom and Guidance by Jane Struthers. This booklet comes with a deck of beautifully illustrated cards. The booklet contains a section for each of 40 trees on their history, scientific facts, legends around each and message from the Deva of each. Also, Jane explains in detail how to tune into trees. Highly recommended. The quality of the cards, the art and the research included in an easy-to-understand format is that of a much more expensive deck with booklet. Enjoy. The trees are missing you.

Kudos — 7 Spirit Dolphins

painting done by my youngest daughter, Hana when she was 14
Painting by my youngest daughter, Hana, when she was 14.

There is a legend that says 12 times in humanity’s history the Golden Dolphins have wanted to share their secrets, and 12 times humanity was deemed not ready. Now is the 13th time, and humanity is ready to receive the wisdom of the ages for creating a Nova Earth, a heaven on Mother, or Grandmother, Earth. You, Dear Heart, are here to create that Paradise, and the Dolphins in Spirit or in body are here to help you.

So, let’s get started.

You are as innocent as the Dolphin’s smile. You are a Divine Child. In that part of you, your child within, you can receive messages from the Dolphin consciousness as they have abilities to communicate telepathically, as you do. Water is the wonderful Love medium that helps us receive Spiritual messages, whether in the deep ocean or taking a bath or shower. The Golden, or Spirit, Dolphins want us to remember our Oneness with all that is. Awakening to all of our mystical and miracle abilities will happen when we understand that these abilities are commanded by Love, with our understanding our Oneness. Telepathy, psychic awareness, psychokinesis and advanced manifesting techniques will do no harm when commanded by Love.

Dolphins are very willing and eager to teach us about the power and joy of conscious group awareness and creativity. Working together towards common goals we will have so much more time left over for fun. Dolphins work together to move a school of fish close to shore, encircling them so their meal is easy to catch and there is plenty for all– with time left over for play and fun.

When I first began channeling, I learned easily how to channel Sananda, though my main obstacle was doubt and my feeling of being unworthy. With practice, healing and Spiritual growth over the years, this practice and ability became very real and very helpful for myself, friends and family. Channeling Dolphins is an entirely different story that is still being written.

Kudos has taught me in ways that have taken me years to understand. A couple of years after opening to channel I felt compelled to learn how to scuba dive. Fun. Yay! Joy— until our third open-Water dive. Our new instructor decided to take us to an advanced dive spot that our previous teacher had told us not to dive until we were experienced. Fear crept in, and I wondered why she was taking us to this spot when our lessons included taking off our masks and dropping and and retrieving our weight belts. The ocean surge above us became so strong (we were down about 25 feet) that it was dizzying. My fear turned to terror as I felt drowning may be a possibility, when I heard the sweetest sound in my awareness. It was Kudos.

They said: “We didn’t bring you here to drown you. We want you to feel us in our element.” I regained calm and finished the lessons. The next dive was pure bliss.

About a week later we had our deep-Water, 60-feet dive. For this dive, I understood what Kudos was teaching me: the peace, beauty, silence and bliss of the deep ocean. Indescribable.

One fun part was seeing all of the sea life alive and swimming. The kelp beds swaying, clams, sea snails, star fish, sand dollars and scallops all moving and colorful. Fish and baby sea lions nipping at our fins. All together and moving. Such a contrast to the weathered and bleached lifeless forms on the beach. Movement, harmony, silence, peace and beauty were my rewards for trusting Kudos’ guidance. I can remember every moment of that dive, even though it was 30 years ago.

A wonderful book that can take you into the Spirit of Dolphins energetically is Angels of the Sea: Sacred Dolphin Art of Atlantis, by Michele Gold. One of my favorite books of all time. She manifested her trip to the Bahamas to swim with Wild Dolphins all with the help of Spirit Dolphin guidance.

Her art translates her experiences in vivid images that take the viewer into the Dolphin world and consciousness.

LOVE, Feelings and Water

LOVE, Feelings and Water

“Some people feel the Rain, others just get wet.”  – Bob Marley

When we understand our relationship with feeling, Love and Water we can make great strides in our spiritual growth.

Water is the mystical element and is a demonstration of Love in the physical realm. When we contemplate all that Water is and does the conclusion leads us straight to Love. Water can be a solid, liquid, vapor and merge so eloquently into air that it becomes an invisible dew point. In its natural state, it is colorless and tasteless. Water contains the essence of the Divine Mystery, LOVE.

A vivid reminder of the Divine Aspect of Water came to me while driving through Eastern Oregon. Driving East for miles and hours, on the left side of the highway was Badlands State Park. A very desolate landscape. So much so that you could easily see why the region was called “Bad Lands.” Very dry with no green to be seen. No visible birds or animals, desolate and depressing.

On the right side of the highway the scene was the complete opposite. Wind turbines had provided the electricity to pump Water from the nearby creek to create a lush and thriving green farming landscape. Lots of activity with the prosperous feeling of a rich farm and cattle ranch. The flowers, green alfalfa, horses and bustling farm activities made me feel happy. Water had turned The so-called Badlands into a beautiful and productive lively landscape.

We know this to be true, that Water is life. An important part of our spiritual growth is to let Water help us heal our emotional body, our feelings. Our feelings, our Love nature, hold the keys to our connections with our truth and our own mystical Divinity. Water is One, and connects us with all that is. The Persian poet Rumi remarks: “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” We are like that. We are one with All in our spirit. Water teaches us that oneness.

One of my favorite articles about Water is found in Restoring the Earth: Visionary Solutions from the Bioneers, by Kenny Ausubel. A contributing author is Jennifer Greene. Though her article is only 10 pages long it is concentrated wisdom of the holy aspects of Water gleaned from a lifetime of studying Water. Each time I read her article I learn something more and am inspired to do more of my own research with Water as Love and the Divine Mystery. Water, Love, is always available and part of me—Oneness in form.

The introductory paragraph holds the keys to the profound beingness of Water.

In this sacred element of nature, she reveals a magical dance of cosmic forces played out through this remarkable vessel of universal dissolution that is so forgiving, yet powerful enough to wear down a rock over time with its Watery persistence.

We can hold our glass of Water with Love and gratitude and make that Water more pure, and healthful and add to the Love of all Water.  As we respect and Love Water, our own feeling nature will be healed and will contribute to the healing of humanity and Grandmother Earth.

The photo above is of Water, air, Earth and fire, our sacred elements transmitting Love to You. Rose quartz for Divine Love, clear quartz to transmit and increase the Love and amethyst to awaken our crown chakra, Spirit.

Channeling Your High Self

Photo and mandala by Nina Wilkins
Photo and Mandala by Nina Wilkins

My Channeling teachers, Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer, told me Channeling is not for the faint of heart. Over the last 30 years of being a professional Channel, I have found that to be true. Along the way my heart has been strengthened in ways I could not have imagined. The work of practicing Channeling has brought me healing, peace, fun, compassion and very many unexpected joyful manifestations. If You are drawn to learning this skill and practicing it, I feel sure Channeling will enhance Your life and spiritual growth.

I once heard an Olympic coach say that it takes 10 years, four hours a day, to build an Olympic athlete. I told this to my friend, Janette, and we decided then to practice Channeling every day for 10 years, and we did. The time spent was well worth the effort on so many levels.

If You are not drawn to Channeling an Ascended Master, or High Level guide, maybe Your interest lies in connecting more strongly with Your High Self. A dear friend of mine, Max, was a minister and incredible professional artist. Her religion taught her not to listen to a Channel. We were close friends, and I needed practice, so she willingly let me give her readings and then she gave me feedback. Over many months she saw the benefit and validity of my Channeling and became more open to it. She came to realize that she was Channeling an artist, Paolo Veronese, who had been helping her with her painting.

The times require us to open to our spiritual gifts for our own peace of mind and to help others find calm during these turbulent times. Channeling a High Level guide does not interfere with Your own free will but enhances it. Conscious Channeling, not trance Channeling, is what I’m speaking of. Your intuition and awareness are strengthened, confirmed and affirmed with this practice.

One day I was out running errands and hoping to receive money in the mail. I looked in my P.O. Box, and it was empty so I decided to do the things that didn’t require cash. I left the post office and was about a half mile away when I felt I had to go back and check again. I did. When I opened my box, right at that exact moment the clerk’s hand reached in and gave me the letter with the cash. That had never happened before or since. Just at that moment I opened my box, he put the letter in. I laughed, and so did he. I live for these synchronicities and small miracles. My day completely changed as I had the financial ability then to complete my list with a smile and feeling my Divine Guidance.

There are many types of intuition and we all have most of them, even if they have not awakened yet in our consciousness. In 1982 I took my undergraduate degree in International Relations at San Francisco State University. One of my minors was in a new program, “Nexus, Science and Humanities Convergence.” The new Science at that time, which is common now, was the difference in right- and left-brained thinking. The right being artistic, intuitive, dreamy and mystical, or unexplainable in current cognitive structures; and left hemisphere being logical, scientific, rational and possibly provable and tangible to the normal senses. The many courses I took were not only fascinating but were confirming of what I knew of my own intuition at the time. One overall theme of all of the courses was that we in the West had a split brain, which gave us a split culture. With our whole brain working in many people now, we are creating a whole and healed world.

On a frequency line of color, light and sound there are an infinite variety of notes, colors and light. Radio stations each have their own Channels. Our own physical, mental and emotional chakras have their own unique color frequencies. The combinations of color, music and light are infinite. So are the Channeling frequencies. Meditation, clairvoyance, intuition, Channeling, mediumship, contemplation, Beingness and Your still, small voice are all different frequencies. The skill of consciously channeling a High Level guide through Your own High Self, who is also of a High Frequency when not overshadowed by doubt and disbelief, offers a variety of wisdom according to Your own desires, dreams and interests.

If You would like to learn how to Channel, start with Sanaya and Duane’s book Opening to Channel: How to Connect with Your Guide.

I offer coaching also. You may contact me by clicking here.

The photo above for You includes the light frequencies of Divine Love, rose Quartz, clear Quartz for increasing the Love and amethyst to affirm Your crown chakra. The green Big Sur Jade is for peace and prosperity and a moon stone to awaken Your right brain intuition.

Calling All Unemployed Angels

Calling all unemployed angels

On my spiritual journey I have studied many religious texts, read many spiritual books and have taken many wonderful, meaningful and helpful workshops. Earth life presents many challenges and creates situations that, if we are willing, allow for quantum leaps in our spiritual understanding and growth.

I discovered Angels at a time in my life where all that I had learned seemed too difficult to put into practice. My laundry list of difficulties seemed too overwhelming. In prayer I heard, “Call on Angels.” I had always called on Divine Love. Angels? How do I do that? I was led to a series of books by Terry Lynn Taylor teaching very simple and easy ways to work with Angels– just ask.

Angels opened up a new chapter in my intuitive and channeling practice. Realizing that infinite Love, Grace and creativity are always available to us, along with Healing, I learned that we are given Free Will from our Creator, so we need to ask for help from Angels and our High Self and allow the help that is given. The most wonderful discovery was that all we need do with Angels is ask and allow.

Over the last 30 years I have experienced many miracles on all levels of my life. A funny but very helpful one occurred moments before I was about to teach a Metaphysical class, in my home, for 14 students. I was preparing our lunch when I noticed the sink was clogged and backing up, and then noticed the bathrooms were backing up and everything was clogged and stopped up. I prayed and heard that water corresponds with the emotional body and the students coming were going to heal emotionally. We were all stopped up and blocked in various areas. The picture of having this big mess at our class was so upsetting. I heard, “Call all unemployed, available Angels to clear up the drains.” I did, and within moments I heard a loud pop and all the drains and pipes cleared. The cleanliness and clarity was very important for me to bring in the higher frequencies for our class. Wonderful. So easy: ask the Angels and be willing to  allow your Good to manifest.

Over the years I have learned about specific Angels that have Mastered an infinite variety of subjects from plumbing, to Master Healers, to Prosperity, to any quality in the Universe of Good. The really wonderful thing is all you need to do is ask. You don’t need to know their names, though often they will tell you their names if you listen. We all have at least one guardian Angel that will guide, protect and intercede for us when we are in danger. We need not ask at these times. We do need to ask for help for other times, subjects and situations as Angels will not interfere. They must be invited.

If this subject of asking Angels for help is new for you I’m guessing you will have whole new vistas and positive life experiences open up for you. If it is a reawakening to all the help that is at hand for you, great! Each time we heal or expand, or grow with the help of our High Selves and Angels, everyone we share the Earth with benefits. Even the flowers, trees and pets that live near you perk up and feel the love. I invite you to explore working and playing with Angels. I work with Archangel Michael for protection, Archangel Raphael for Healing, and a variety of Earth Angels for all manner of blessings, clearings and Joy.

Flowers have been called Earth Angels, and I believe that they are.
