Mother Nature Is Now

The Aquarian Age quality of NOW, is easily brought to us by being in Mother Nature.

The YouTube videos for today contain the sounds, colors, beauty and creatures of our amazing Planet. They encourage and inspire us to go out and be in Nature so we can feel and experience the Elemental Kingdoms firsthand.

Now is not a measure of time. It is an awareness of Divine Presence that wells up within us when we are conscious and present.

When we are unconscious our mind often jumps to past or future thinking.

We create our future by BEING conscious and aware in this moment.  We drop into the “Deep  I,” as Eckhart Tolle calls our presence.

Today, if you wish, you can use these short videos to point to your own still, small voice. The sounds and beauty of nature remind us of our own connections to all that is. Our own amazing and miraculous planet that is our home enlivens our being.

In this state of reverence and appreciation we open to our creativity.

Joy easily comes to us. Love and creativity are our true nature.

With these qualities at hand and recognized, the scones we bake are heavenly and very nutritious. The sweater we knit has a warmth and glow within it. The letter we write to a friend has a healing and nurturing quality to it. We may just be inspired to write a book or paint a sunset.

Our lives become radiant and express LOVE.

In the now your presence can well up and you can own what you have won–  your true beingness from which everything springs.

You have won that very unique present, you.

If you don’t experience that precious present of your Divine self you are covered over by time, as Eckhart Tolle teaches us. You are thinking about past or future.

Over the ages spiritual teachers of many denominations or philosophies have taught us about being in the present. Master Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us this day.”

Joel Goldsmith, “The Infinite Way,” has taught us to practice the presence which wells up in the now.

Monks chant “Om na ma shiva ya” to focus their spirit to be aligned with the Divine Now.

Meditation allows for the quieting of the mind, and the Presence within comes to light with joy and peace, now.

Walking slowly and quietly in nature brings you to the Now with the all, Oneness. Listening and watching brings you to this level of consciousness when you are present.

Angels sing praises to the Divine constantly.  No room for anything but gratitude.

In Nature, the tiniest flower seed grows in the dark ever so slowly pushing through the heavy dark earth, moment by moment, Now.

If you would like to experience this level of consciousness, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle is the best guide I can imagine– truly uplifting and transformative. Also, his books Stillness Speaks and A New Earth will point you in the direction of experiencing your Being within.

A fun synchronicity for me is one of the accolades given to The Power of Now. “The most important book in a spiritual life written in the last decade.” —Thunderbird Bookshop, Carmel, California. This was one of my favorite spots to go in the 1980s and 90s, though it closed I believe in 2002.

The Precious Present

Our resident moose, by H.L. Wilkins

One reason I love photographs is the precious present is captured.

I sat down on the couch to take a little break in the sun, which we haven’t seen much of for some time. The bright light came streaming in. I relaxed and stretched out and soon the kitty, Gobbles, who is quite large and long, stretched out on my shoulder and back, purring loudly. Then Hana’s dog, Lola, stretched out on my legs. Within moments we were all sunbathing, and I received a full blown reiki treatment from our pets. In those moments I felt pure peace and comfort. Pure relaxation in the sun.

One of my favorite lyrics to a popular song is “a moment in the Soul will last forever.” Since I was in my beingness, or soul, in that moment, I can draw on that experience over and over because I was in the precious present. Pure delight in the moment can be revisited by memory.

Time is funny that way; it is a paradox. Linear time is a mental construct. Real time is multidimensional, and when it intersects with your inner being becomes presence.

“The precious present allows Presence to bubble up.” —Kudos, 7 spirit Dolphins 🐬

In a book by that name that came out in the ’80s, “The Precious Present,” the students of a master spiritual teacher were at his bedside as he was near passing. He had requested some chocolate cake. They asked him: “Master, you have attained great wisdom in your life. What would you like to tell us?” He replied, “This cake is delicious.”

Eckhart Tolle, one of my favorite spiritual teachers, is on a world tour currently teaching these principles. He has many YouTube videos, which I watch, and each time I love the often long pause he takes before answering questions from the audience. He allows presence to well up and answer the question. I always am uplifted from his work. I hope you will take advantage of this bridge of love light readily available to all.

“Ask yourself: Is there joy, ease, and lightness in what I am doing? If there isn’t, then time is covering up the present moment, and life is perceived as a burden or a struggle.” —Eckhart Tolle

I highly recommend his books, especially “The Power of Now” and “Stillness Speaks.” We are now in the Aquarian Age, and one of the ways we work is by the power of now.

I included these photos of our resident neighborhood baby moose, as I never would have seen her if I hadn’t been present following my intuition. That is one of my favorite parts of synchronicity. I feel I have been given a gift by the Universe of Good.

Our mindfulness and practicing presence is not just for us. It joins us with All in Unity and Oneness—LOVE.

The Power of NOW, a Bridge of Love-Light

I discovered one day that the letters in the word “Now” when reversed equal “WON.” I feel that is so true. When we are in the Now, we are in Real life. We are present. We win, in the highest sense, for our own peace, health, creativity and well-being are included in presence. Most importantly we allow Divine Presence to come through us. Oprah has said that Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now, is one of five books that she always keeps by her bed. His teachings are simple and very necessary for our shift into the higher consciousness of our New Earth.

Years ago I came upon a video of an “Ode to Joy” flash mob in Spain. It made me so happy that I viewed it several times. That flash mob video is included in Eckhart’s teaching video above, so you will receive double the fun and enlightenment. The expressions of the surprised and awed onlookers remind me of the innocence and joy of humanity as a whole.

Joy is our essential nature. We have been created out of Love, and we are still Love. As we contemplate that fact, we are returned to our innocence and the knowing that we are the Beloved of the Divine. We feel this very powerfully in Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy.” My grandson, Cooper, has just learned to play this piece on his recorder, and it gives me the same uplift as when played by a full professional orchestra. The original composer was in the Divine presence when he wrote it, so that essence is still present. That quality of presence is immortal because it is Divine.

It is simple for us to experience presence because it is within us and is our true nature. Meditating for at least 20 minutes brings us to the state of allowing presence to well up in us.

Each morning I have one cup of coffee. I want to be present for enjoying each sip as I love coffee and I only drink one cup a day. Any more and my thinking becomes more dominant than my heart space. Each morning I notice when I become present while drinking, I’m so disappointed when either half of it is gone or sometimes the whole cup is gone before I’m aware. I’ve missed the pleasure, taste and aroma of my favorite beverage by not being present in the Now.

Practicing the Power of Now actually increases time. You become aligned with your highest good. As the presence wells up within you it de-stresses you. Divine ideas flow in. You are in “spaciousness,” as Eckhart teaches.

One discovery I made for myself in this practice is the Now, or moment, is not about linear (or clock) time; it is a Portal to our own Divinity. Babaji teaches us that the only affirmation we ever need is “I am as God created me: perfect, whole, and complete.” When we are in the Now, allowing presence, and we affirm this Truth it becomes more and more real for us. One of the real treasures of this practice.

If you haven’t already, I hope you enjoy Eckhart ‘s book The Power of Now and the video included above.
