Sounds in Mother Nature, Songs, and Music

Sounds in Mother Nature, Songs, and Music are some of my favorite bridges of love light. We can be instantly uplifted by our favorite Music and Lyrics.

The video today contains one of my favorite songs and favorite artists, Matteo Bocelli.

Disney’s The Lion King movie came out in 1994.

It has special meaning for me as my daughter, Hana, was four years old, and my daughter, Roeya, gave her a Simba Halloween costume that was cherished and worn for fun until it was very outgrown. We all loved the movie, music and its theme of love and care for Nature and Family.

The Lion King went to Broadway in 1997 and has continued there for 21+ years with several wins for Best Musical, global productions and it has been seen by 100 million people.

I have included the lyrics to the song in the video here:

There’s a calm surrender
To the rush of day
When the heat of a rolling wind
Can be turned away
An enchanted moment
And it sees me through
It’s enough for this restless warrior
Just to be with you

And can you feel the love tonight?
It is where we are
It’s enough for this wide-eyed wanderer
That we got this far
And can you feel the love tonight
How it’s laid to rest?
It’s enough to make kings and vagabonds

Believe the very best

There’s a time for everyone
If they only learn
That the twisting kaleidoscope
Moves us all in turn
There’s a rhyme and reason

To the wild outdoors
When the heart of this star-crossed voyager

Beats in time with yours
And can you feel the love tonight?
It is where we are
It’s enough for this wide-eyed wanderer
That we got this far
And can you feel the love tonight
How it’s laid to rest?
It’s enough to make kings and vagabonds
Believe the very best
It’s enough to make kings and vagabonds
Believe the very best

I feel the lyrics are foreshadowing our coming heaven on Grandmother Earth.

Enjoy!

Joy

One of my personal bridges of love light that never fails me is Mother Nature.

The infinite variety of life here on Grandmother Earth provides unlimited opportunities for joy, discovery, healing and wonder.

I can be feeling “blue,” as my mom used to call sadness, and a few minutes being with the spirit of nature brings me back to Joy.

We are made out of Love, which contains joy.

My intention for our new year of 2022 is to cultivate more Joy for myself and others.

The photo above is of a porcupine in the grass, which perfectly camouflages it. My friend once taught me that if you want to spot wildlife, hold a focus toward the horizon and look for movement. That really works. I’m always elated when I can spot a deer or even tiny critters in the wild.

The Diamond light sparkles on the water always bring me joy also.

The bottom photo is of another Joy producer for me, flowers.

For your 2022, you may want to cultivate more joy in your life. Joy helps your body be its healthiest. Joy opens up our creativity. Joy emanates from us to spread happiness to others. Joy inspires.

The following are resources that have helped me cultivate more Joy in my life:

Donna Eden’s “Radiant Circuit” online course and 10 minute energy routine.

All of Eckhart Tolle’s books and online courses.

Green Hope Farm, flower essences and website.

Mission: JOY, Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama.

The Elemental Kingdom, The Spirit of Mother Nature, Earth, Air, Water, Fire.

The Animal and Plant Kingdoms.

Singing “LuLaLuLaLi. Love, Peace, Harmony and Joy.”

Dr. & Master Sha’s  books and website.

We are all unique in the Universe. Cultivating your very own Joy space is well worth your time and effort.

A Higher Perspective

When I was growing up in the 1950s, my mom,  dad,  sister and I would all sit on the couch and watch TV together. Most of the programs were G-rated, even though that was before ratings.

When we were watching and a commercial came on, I would ask my mom, “Is the show over?” I really wanted to see the end and feared I had missed it.

She often teased me about this because I asked that so often.

Now in my adult life I still have that feeling that I am going to miss the “heaven on earth” promised by the Golden Age of Aquarius. That passes quickly as I observe little things that are the beginnings of The New Earth, NOW.

This last Sunday I woke up to a moment of Heaven on Earth as I saw the sunrise and the full moonset. I don’t often get to see the sunrise here in the mountains, as there is often cloud cover or fog in the early morning. Seeing the Full moon set is also a rarity. We had what is called here “a bluebird day.” Spectacular clear blue sky with white barked aspens, which are  leaf-less, giving a stark, beautiful backdrop to the Grand Tetons on the horizon.

I haven’t missed heaven on earth as it is here now in these serene moments that I get to receive into my awareness.

Thank you, Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature.

Sananda has taught me that we live in a holographic Universe. The great is in the small and the small in the great. Rumi has taught us that the one drop of water contains the whole ocean.

So, my dear readers, we can collect these moments and add them to the collective consciousness of heaven on earth until it is evident for all.

Don’t worry. Be happy. We didn’t miss it.

Be aware of the moments you are adding to the whole. My higher self often reminds me, “one grain of rice” — as a thought, happy feeling, compassion, joy, appreciation, being the love that you are — does add to the creation, no mater how small.

These small actions can tip the scale to goodness for all sentient beings living on earth.

So smile today– laugh, jump, dance or Love all the good that is here just for YOU.

Mother Teresa reminds us: do small things with great love.

You will reap the reward of feeling very good.

The videos today from Lorna Byrne demonstrate how we can help ourselves, and Mother Nature, by growing in LOVE.

We have entered the beautiful Golden Age of Aquarius.

The main qualities of our new time on miraculous Grandmother Earth with her daughter Mother Nature are: The Power of NOW, Working with and healing our Earth and Mother Nature, Prosperity for All Sentient beings to Flourish and Grow, Teamwork, Cooperation, Unity, Oneness, Creativity, and LOVE.

These are the main qualities, though we are not limited to these. Each are infinite in expression.

LOVE is the operative quality. The power of Love.

All of these qualities are available for all of us. When in your quiet, contemplative time, you can acknowledge and put your attention on one or all and they will be more tangible for you. Like the wind behind your back or flowing downstream.

Each of these qualities have a Reality that we can tap into.

The two YouTube videos I’ve included today show amazing people and organizations that embody these qualities and inspire and show us how we, too, can make a huge difference for the Healing of Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature.

The cleaning of the Oceans will allow the fish populations to return with sustainable fishing practices. Our clean Oceans can feed one billion people.

Jane Goodall, in the video below, inspires us at a very deep level. Her work just keeps expanding and growing. She embodies all of the qualities above as a Global teacher for The GOOD. Her last name says it all.

Mother Nature Is Now

The Aquarian Age quality of NOW, is easily brought to us by being in Mother Nature.

The YouTube videos for today contain the sounds, colors, beauty and creatures of our amazing Planet. They encourage and inspire us to go out and be in Nature so we can feel and experience the Elemental Kingdoms firsthand.

Now is not a measure of time. It is an awareness of Divine Presence that wells up within us when we are conscious and present.

When we are unconscious our mind often jumps to past or future thinking.

We create our future by BEING conscious and aware in this moment.  We drop into the “Deep  I,” as Eckhart Tolle calls our presence.

Today, if you wish, you can use these short videos to point to your own still, small voice. The sounds and beauty of nature remind us of our own connections to all that is. Our own amazing and miraculous planet that is our home enlivens our being.

In this state of reverence and appreciation we open to our creativity.

Joy easily comes to us. Love and creativity are our true nature.

With these qualities at hand and recognized, the scones we bake are heavenly and very nutritious. The sweater we knit has a warmth and glow within it. The letter we write to a friend has a healing and nurturing quality to it. We may just be inspired to write a book or paint a sunset.

Our lives become radiant and express LOVE.

Love, Peace, Harmony

A few years ago I wrote and colored these cards with the intention of uplifting my family and friends and the U.S. Postal Service. I felt that if I sent these post cards an anonymous someone– a mail clerk or family member who was not the intended receiver– might see the message and smile. That thought, my own secret invisible garden, made it fun for me to create and send these post cards.

First I would go sit on a bench by one of my favorite Oak trees in the City Park of downtown Carmel, California, and wait until I could feel my inner child’s heart connection with Divine Love and the Spirit of Nature. I wanted the energy of innocence, Love and the Spirit of Nature in the cards, along with the healing color frequencies.

Today, as you look at these cards, my wish is that you receive these frequencies to remind you of your Divinity and that you are cherished and loved.

Often in my life I have received inspiration, healing and a sense of Peace from Mother Nature. Animals, Flowers, Trees, the Ocean, Dolphins, Whales and sweet breezes carried by the Sylphs have been a creative force in my life.

One animal that has appeared to me when I needed it most is the Deer. In the Animal Kingdom, Deer represent gentleness. They also are highly aware of what is around them in the forest and have a keen sense of hearing. I’ve loved when I have had the opportunity of watching deer unnoticed by them. If they receive a hint of danger they start moving gently and quietly until sure, then their quick run and jumps bring them to safety. One of my favorite qualities of deer is their sensitivity to innocence, as is shown by the YouTube video here. Lately, every day I find videos of fawns finding a door open to someone’s home or available deck and they curl up and take a nap. As you watch this video, allow your own innocence to be realized. You are Loved.

Last year I discovered an Archangel Animal Oracle Card deck from Diana Cooper. It is very uplifting and increases our awareness of the beauty, power and Soul of the Animal Kingdom. We are uplifted and healed by animals, domesticated and wild, every day, whether we are aware of it or not. Their service to humanity is immeasurable in the true sense of that word. One of my favorite parts of this deck is Diana tells us of the service each animal gives to our Grandmother Earth, and Mother Nature, who we are part of.

Pick some of your favorite animals that live on land or in the Sea and send them love and gratitude from your heart. They will receive it and benefit greatly.

I recently viewed these documentaries on Netflix: Kiss the Ground, showing current real-life ways scientists, ranchers and farmers are restoring soil, which is a major component of reducing Global Carbon emissions. Brave Blue World: Racing to Solve Our Water Crisis. This amazing documentary travels the globe showing the innovations to sustainable and sanitary water solutions. It is inspiring and hopeful, which also motivates individual creative water solutions. Alongside this is Down to Earth, Zac Efron’s documentary series, especially the one in Paris, showing their progress with Sustainable Water Solutions.

Each of these documentaries is well worth your viewing time.

A Higher Perspective: Butterflies

“Ah, but a man’s reach should exceed his grasp, Or what’s a heaven for?”
– Robert Browning

We are all in the midst of a global transformation. We are bridging heaven to earth and earth to heaven. This time period has been called “the great awakening.”

God works in mysterious ways. Who knew that part of this bridge to heaven on earth would be a mass “cocooning” of humanity?

Butterflies are such great teachers of this process. I have loved them since I was very young. My sister and I would make little homes for the caterpillars and would think that we were communicating with them. I still feel that is true. Going from walking on the ground to becoming a creature of flight takes courage. Spinning a cocoon completely around yourself and being alone, confined to a small space, in the dark, while your body is completely changing is no small feat. Your reward when you manage to break out of this casing is freedom– a beautiful creature of flight and lightness of being.

Monarch butterflies have always been my favorites. Pacific Grove, California, “Butterfly Town, USA,” has a Monarch butterfly sanctuary. My grandsons attended a school for parents and babies up to the age of three, Parents Place, which was just across the street from this sanctuary. One day while Cooper’s younger brother, Logan, was attending his class, Cooper, not quite three years old, and I walked through the sanctuary. We were right in the middle of it when we sat on a bench and observed one of the miracles of these creatures. We looked up in the trees and couldn’t really see them as they were hanging down, attached to the leaves, with their wings closed. As we sat quietly we were treated to a breathtaking spectacle. All of the sudden, hundreds of monarchs took flight right in front of us. So very beautiful. Cooper was wide-eyed along with me.

Monarchs are one of the strongest of butterflies as they migrate thousands of miles, even crossing oceans, landing on twigs or little pieces of seaweed to rest. Their life cycle is amazing, as is ours. Humanity is transforming as we speak. We have the opportunity, now, to transmute old beliefs into the new qualities of the Golden Age we have just entered.

While we are cocooning, sheltering in place, maybe meditating for the first time, being more than doing and resting, new thoughts and beliefs can emerge. These activities make new ways of a better, freer, life more possible. Love, cooperation, unity, oneness, freedom, creativity and loving Mother Nature are some of the qualities we can take advantage of in our new world. These spiritual qualities are present for us now.

There is one very important aspect, though, that we need to remember. Just as the butterflies can only fly if they break through the cocoon (chrysalis) on their own, we are like that. Sananda told me many years ago, “The changes on earth will be grassroots; individuals, families and communities.” We can enter this new world gracefully by aligning with these qualities ourselves within our own unique beingness. We are all needed– especially LOVE of ourselves, family, friends and our Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature.

Each animal, insect, plant and tree carry unique spiritual qualities that are here to help us. Butterflies carry the qualities of transmutation, transformation, courage, beauty and freedom, to name a few. Their service is as pollinators. So, this spring, why not plant flowers and herbs that will attract and help our fellow beings of the light. For Monarchs: milkweed, chives and Siberian wallflower.

Why Manifest Your Good? (Part 2)

Why manifest your good?

Last week’s blog focused on manifesting with the Spirit of Nature. This practice is enlivening and enriching as we are Nature. Not just in our physical body but in our emotions and feelings also.

Not only were we all born with patterns and beliefs to transform and transmute to a higher frequency, such as the scarcity belief, we also agreed to help specific parts of nature and the elementals. I agreed to help the waters, oceans, rivers, streams and the element of water. Water is the frequency of Love in the elemental realms. Also I said I would help the trees, particularly the Oaks and Redwoods. I highly recommend this inspirational card deck by Jane Struthers: The Wisdom of Trees Oracle: Inspirational Cards for Wisdom and Guidance. It not only gives physical knowledge of 73 trees but also inspiration from their devas– also the uses of their leaves, bark, fruits and roots.

Spiritoftrees.org is full of stories about trees and links to other web sites.

Trees are known as “the standing people” by many indigenous cultures. I feel that way about them. They are our great helpers, taking us to the higher realms on Earth. I invite you to be with trees as people, and you may be very surprised when they start talking to you. Trees have helped me open to my intuition and have healed and inspired me.

Today, listen to your inner being and ask which part of Mother Nature and Grandmother Earth you volunteered to assist at this time of the greatest transformation we have ever known. Humanity, the animal kingdoms, the fairy realms, the elementals all rising together in oneness and love.

We work on our goals and our goals work on us. Anything you contribute to nature will return to you in a surprise of goodness. Last week a mourning dove, a universal (and my personal) symbol of Love and Peace, flew right in front of my face and dropped one of its feathers at my feet. That small gift gave me such an uplift in my day as I have learned that feathers are signs of answered prayers.

The infinite variety in nature will give you experiences of beauty, connectedness, inspiration and love for many lifetimes.

The photo above is of a bouquet I won at our local nursery’s party to celebrate the coming holidays. The store had a “wheel of fortune,” and my turn stopped on a free bouquet. I invite you to be in nature in your awareness as a little child and you may receive a gift. Fairies and nature spirits love to surprise and delight. You may even hear their songs.

Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature and You

Earth Day is coming up and is the day after Easter this year. A lot to celebrate of the goodness of spring and renewal. I would like to invite you to create an Earth Celebration either for yourself, or family and friends, or to join one of the many group Mother Gaia parties. Gaia is a living Being who also goes by these names: Patcha Mama, Sophia and Virgo. I find when I am loving Mother Nature and calling her by name I’m inspired to give back to her for all she has given me.

These are a few things you might want to include in your party- ceremonies for the sheer joy and fun of it:

  • Music and dancing. The fairies, leprechauns, gnomes, sprites, undines, Pan, sylphs and Earth Devas love beautiful flute music and string instruments.
  • Honoring of the four directions; North for clarity and direction on your path, South for innocence fun and your inner child, East for your continued Spiritual Growth and Divine Awakening and West for inspiration and gratitude for all that is and all that you have.
  • Also include all of the elementals, Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Make up appreciation rituals that can be as simple as making a beautiful meal or putting your bare feet in the earth. As you are aware of these elementals and are appreciating them you may start to see brighter colors in your garden or maybe catch a glimpse of flickering lights around your flowers. Another benefit is the profound feeling of connection with all that is. We are part of the Earth and part of heaven. We are heaven on Earth in form as are all of God’s Creatures and Creations.

One day as I was making a High Tea Party for my family and friends I had the very strong thought from my garden fairies that they were the ones who had inspired tea parties in England and Ireland. Having the beauty of porcelain tea cups, sitting in a flower garden with a sparkling Rose table cloth and napkins set the preamble for enjoying tiny cakes, clotted cream, scones, berry  jam, lemon curd, rainbow crystal sugar and, of course, the dainty watercress sandwiches. Beautiful teapots filled with steaming liquid amber made the celebration complete. I’ve always thought of these as Prosperity Teas. Taking the time to be together and relax in a garden is a very potent and luxurious Earth ceremony. Before I realized the fairies had inspired these gatherings I always became so happy and inspired to create when my sister, Charmaine, or my friend, Janette, gave one to me. Now I love taking the time for a tea party even more.

So, I hope you will join in with all of the Earth elementals and people to celebrate Earth Day April 22, 2019. You will soon realize every day is Grandmother Earth, Mother Earth, Gaia, Sophia, Virgo Day. You will definitely be inspired by this process to co-create your own heaven on Earth.

In the video below you will meet Carol Weakland and the Leprechauns. I discovered her recently, and I love her work.

Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature and Your Well Being

Nina Wilkins
Nina Wilkins

I love the infinite variety of nature. Every aspect of nature tells me I’m loved by a loving Creator who has provided everything I need for a happy and healthy life. I didn’t always know this. Life leads us all to our own unique discoveries and learning experiences that bring us to our truth and love. Sananda has taught me that everything is created out of  Life, Truth and Love.

My journey has taken me on a path to know that Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature bestow infinite, abundant blessings on us every moment of every day.

Many years ago I discovered that mindfully, silently, walking in nature would bring me to the same peace and stillness that meditating would bring. I would walk for about 20 minutes and then find a bench or rock along the path to sit on and just be. Often I would be refreshed and ready for the next part of my day. Sometimes I would be inspired to call a friend who would greet me with, “You are so telepathic– I was just thinking of you.”

Mostly though, I would marvel at how that simple walk had given me well being and an appreciation of the infinite variety of nature. In this receptive state I could feel the air I was breathing nourishing me. The sun on my back made me feel comforted and relaxed. Every time I walked in this way I saw something new with the flowers and trees or the birds and squirrels or the dogs walking by. Each new thing unique in that moment, not to be seen again. Whether a cloud formation, sunrise or sunset, a bird song, a breeze, a rainbow or the fragrance of a new lilac blossom: each having its moment. Wondrous.

You are that unique Being. Ever changing, discovering your wholeness and connection to your Creator and all that is. Nothing is missing within you. You are blossoming like the rose.

Saint Germaine teaches me that everything we need is at hand. Our abundance, health and well being can be found in the Life, Truth and Love of Nature. Whether you experience Mother Nature as the Outback, Wilderness, Outside, the Wild Jungle, Ocean, Forest, Seashore, lakes, mountains, rivers or streams, deserts, canyons or your home garden, you will find that same Divine Love, Grandmother Earth.

I have learned we can call on the Spirit of Nature and nature spirits (Devas) for a deeper understanding of how to receive and experience more of the abundance and well being nature wants to give us. The Silphs, the air fairies, can help us breathe clearly and deeply. The health-giving air can let us know we have an infinite supply of what we need most to live on the physical plane. The Undines, the water fairies, show us we have plenty of life-giving, cleansing and healing water; pure abundance. Salamanders, or fire fairies, give us warmth and abundant life in spirit, Sunshine. We can’t forget earth fairies, Gnomes. Gnomes help us grow our food and heal our soil and animals. I’m very grateful our New Earth includes a reuniting of these kingdoms. The fairy realms, the earth realms, the heaven realms and an awakened Humanity are united and here for us Now.

The photo above is of ice crystals on the birch tree, not snow. It amazed me. The snow doesn’t stick too well to these trees, so all the crystals amazed me. It had rained with the drops sticking just long enough to freeze as the weather changed that quickly. An hour later, the crystals melted and the trees were bare again.
