Joy

Such a small word for such a big, wonderful, important feeling.

We are made out of Love, which contains joy.

Esther Hicks, Emmet Fox and Ernest Holmes, to name a few, all teach us the spiritual importance of joy. Esther has spent the last 30 years in books and workshops teaching us how important it is to feel good, to create a life we love to live. The law of attraction demonstrates, always, that like attracts like.

The Hicks material goes as far as to say that feeling good is our number one priority. They give simple instructions: meditate 15 minutes every morning. Do a “rampage of appreciation.” Write in your book of positive aspects. This process is your point of attraction for your good. Appreciation is love, and love is the most important part of attracting your good.

This simple formula, done consistently, will bring you to joy, as joy is your essential self: love.

Joy is within you, as you are love.

Is it that simple?

Yes, I believe it is.

I do feel that joy is your #1 bridge of love-light to your High Self, your higher consciousness: inspiration, intuition, peace, fun, harmony and purpose.

My higher guides always tell me that if I am feeling joy I am doing my purpose.

In the video above, the Dalai Lama and his friend Desmond Tutu are creating a Divine World mission of joy. I have watched the video several times and can’t help but smiling and feeling joy each time. It shows us how radiating joy and laughter is contagious.

In these times we can all use more joy and humor.

This link takes you to their web page for Mission: JOY.

Unicorns

“The art of life is to live in the present moment and to make that moment as perfect as we can by the realization that we are the instruments and expression of God.” – Emmet Fox

Emmet Fox was a spiritual leader, teacher, healer, mystic and minister. He had a large Divine Science congregation in New York City through the Great Depression and 1940s. I have loved and used his book Around the Year with Emmet Fox. It contains 365 days of spiritual interpretations of Bible quotes and inspirations. I was surprised and delighted when I read day 251, and it was about Unicorns. It uplifted me so much that I’m including it here in its entirety.

It is my preamble to a current-day Unicorn documentary pilot from Diana Cooper, who has the “School of White Light.” She has a new book out, Unicorns, which I intend to read.

I hope you will delight in Emmet’s following quote and Diana’s YouTube video below.

The Unicorn

As long as we insist upon telling God His business, nothing very much can come of our prayers.

The ox, the mule, the donkey, will obediently pull your plow and your cart, and take them, where you want to go; but you have to know where that is, and how to get there.

The Unicorn will not do chores.

He will not pull a cart or turn a mill. He will not take orders. The Unicorn knows where he is going, and it is always somewhere that you could not choose because you never heard of it; and in your present consciousness you could not even dream that such a place could exist.

Nevertheless, there are such places, and the Unicorn knows them, and is not interested in anything less. Some day it may happen, probably when you least expect it, that the Unicorn will suddenly appear, at your side, eyes flashing, nostrils quivering, pawing the ground with impatience. When this happens, do not try to put a bridle on him, or to look for some task for him to do. He will not do it, and there will not be time. No sooner, seemingly, has he appeared than off he will go again. So do not pause, but leap upon his back, for he is a flying steed, and he wings his way to the gates of the morning.

On that ride, problems are not solved—they disappear.

Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib? Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? Or will he harrow the valleys after thee?” (Job 39:9-10, King James Version of the Bible)

God Plus One (You or Me) is a Majority.

Photo by Nina Wilkins: Dolphins teach us cooperation, fun, being in the present, Mother love, jumps for joy.

Many years ago I read that and it resonated with me. It just came to my current awareness in this time of need.

An Astrologer I love, Bracha Goldsmith, has written about the astrology of today as opportunity in crisis.

In Around the Year with Emmet Fox, he reminds us: “When you are faced with some negative condition, withdraw your attention from it by building the opposite into your subconscious. Then the undesirable thing falls away like overripe fruit.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:8)”

We can hold a focus for good for ourselves and others, as when you focus on love you are only allowing that frequency into your reality.

We have great power when we acknowledge oneness, especially since that is one of the qualities of the Aquarian Age that we are officially in. Unity, oneness, creativity, the Power of Now, cooperation and the Love connection with your source. The power of LOVE.

I have asked my Creator and my spiritual guides over the years, especially when I have faced challenges in my life, “What is my purpose?” I have received the same answer over the years:
Remain calm; step into the light.
Be still, and know that I am God
Be the Love that you are.
Have fun.
Let go and let God.
Go outside and play.
Love nature. Be in nature. Help nature. Let nature heal, inspire and teach you about LOVE.
Teach about what I Love.

One thing I have learned is that when I accept my self acceptance, love myself and be the love that I am it not only brings me joy, lightness and comfort, I know it makes it easier for you to have those things also. We are all growing together in Love.

As Joe Dispenza, a neurologist, teaches: be in the present and fall in love with your future. Let the past go.

I love my Celtic and Irish heritage. I’m sharing an Irish Blessing with you knowing it will go around the world and even faster if you share it also:

May there always be work for your hands to do.
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the Sun always shine on your window pane.
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Mastering the Art of Creating, Manifesting and Receiving Your Good

Divine Prosperity is all around you. These truths will help you let it in if you will allow the change in your beliefs. A belief can be more than just a practiced thought. A belief might have been imprinted on you from a young age by your culture, your family, your friends or, most especially, your mother. Your mom is your early life line, and as a child what she says is law. So these learned beliefs contain your trust in life and also your faith and feelings of love from your mother. The following truths I have learned in creating, manifesting and receiving my good, so I wanted to share them with you.

Accept your self acceptance. (From Babaji in Unified: A Course on Truth and Practical Guidance from Babaji by Roger Lanphear.) Redundant? No. It’s like manifesting a glass of water. You have it, but you must receive it or accept it to have the benefit. You must drink the water.

Eckhart Tolle teaches us the biggest obstacle to receiving our good is affirming lack by saying “I Want,” rather than “I Have.” He reminds us of Jesus teaching, “whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11:24) The second part of that obstacle is that you can’t get yourself to believe it if it hasn’t happened yet in the outer world. When you allow yourself to go deeply in meditation to your own consciousness you will find “all that is” and discover how to receive your good. You can believe it.

Neville Goddard teaches us, “Get in the feeling of the wish Fulfilled” and your wish will manifest.

Saint Germaine teaches us every thing we could wish for is at hand right where we stand.

Mary Reynolds teaches us, “believe it has happened and it has happened”– “Thank you for my gold medal in garden design at the Chelsea flower show.” (Dare to be Wild)

Emmet Fox (Around the Year with Emmet Fox) teaches us the only thing we have to contend with is our own thoughts. We must root out and change beliefs we hold that don’t support our wishes. The most common one is “there is not enough” food, money, love, etc. It’s important to believe I am enough. I have plenty.

Abraham teaches us through the Hicks’ Ask and It Is Given to find ways to feel good and be grateful before the wish is fulfilled by knowing or believing that always, when you ask, it is given.

One of my favorite beautiful demonstrations of believing it has happened, and it has happened, is in the movie The Little Princess. The little girl and her friend are in the very cold attic with no food or blankets, and she describes to her friend in detail the banquet they are about to receive and believing do receive the bounty. Her descriptions are so vivid, you can smell the muffins and hot steaming tea.

Sananda teaches us that the most important thing you can do to receive happiness is to “Be the love that you are.” (Love Without End: Jesus Speaks… by Glenda Green) Abraham teaches us the most important thing to create the life that you want to live is to feel good. Appreciation of all that you have, facilitates both of these: being Love, and feeling good, as it is the same vibration as Love, the most powerful force in the universe.

I invite you to get in the feeling of your wishes fulfilled and feel thankful for them now as though they have manifested. Joy is your birthright.

I chose the photo of the Rose above as gardens have always helped me manifest my good. They give me peace so I can receive Divine inspiration. Also I receive from the spirit of nature the process of seed to flower. Very much happens in the dark, moist earth before the seed germinates. Enjoy each stage of your manifestations as they bring you the magic and Miracles of the Divine Mystery. Manifesting your Goods can be very satisfying and fun.

Spiritual Prosperity, the Unified Field and You (Part Two)

Spiritual Prosperity and the Unified Field

Last week we touched on the amazing subjects of The Unified Field and the seven main attributes of the Divine. Emmet Fox and Deepak Chopra are not the only teachers who have discovered these ideas. I wanted to add clarifications to last week’s blog, and also add to it.

Many religions have discovered the seven main attributes of the Divine and, of course, God is infinite, limitless and unbounded. Unity, Church of Religious Science, Christ Truth League, The Essenes Teachings and Christian Science all teach about these seven attributes, and of course many other religions also.

One aspect of Father-Mother God that I love is Mystery. When people have Divine revelations and feel God’s vast Love they often report that there are no words for the experience. How they received the experience is a Mystery, and often the teaching and learning from that one experience will last a lifetime.

The photo above is a simple expression of one of my own Divine Mystery discoveries. Decades ago I learned that one of my missions on Earth was to heal the scarcity belief. That mission has taken me far and wide with the Spiritual Teachings of Sananda and many other spiritual teachers. One of my favorite quotes from the Sermon on the Mount is, “Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.” (KJV, Luke 12:27)

In working on my scarcity belief it seemed much easier to manifest directly what I needed instead of producing cash. I often carried this quote in my pocket and as much as I was able went to God in prayer for my needs, working on being a “lily of the fields.”

It turns out that Glads grew wild in the Middle East and are thought to be the lilies of the field that Jesus referred to in the Sermon on the Mount. I found this out recently when one of my friends gave me this bouquet, pictured above. She asked me the meaning of Gladiolas. I didn’t know, and the very next day I was led to a beautiful book at a resale shop titled, The Meaning of Flowers: Myth, Language & Lore by Gretchen Scoble and Ann Field. I laughed when I found the quote in it about Gladiolas being the lilies of the field. I had always had a much happier feeling when I saw glads than I had when I saw lilies. My own Divine Mystery revealed. In the meaning of flowers they stand for natural Grace. The Divine has special gifts that are unique to each of us. The Divine Mystery of receiving those gifts brings me so much joy.

Also note that one of Emmet Fox’s most popular books is The Sermon on the Mount: The Key to Success in Life. To clarify Deepak Chopra’s book quoted last week, Creating Affluence: Wealth Consciousness in the Field of All Possibilities, the 25 qualities of the Unified Field came about when his teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation, asked physicists to describe this quantum field. It turns out these 25 qualities are also the qualities of Brahman, the Source, as described in the Vedas.

I invite you to hold your attention on any of the 25 qualities or the main attributes of Life, Truth, Love, Principle, Mind, Soul, Spirit. Last week I correlated them according to my own experience, though you may have your own unique way. The benefit is the power of attention.

Holding thought on these qualities reminds us we are not separate from our Source, The Divine.

It is God’s Pleasure to give us the Kingdom. Yay!

Another wonderful book that explores quantum mechanics and spiritual truths is Dancing Wu Li Masters: An Overview of the New Physics, by Gary Zukav. One of my favorites.

Spiritual Prosperity, the Unified Field and You

These subjects can be studied for lifetimes because the spiritual wisdom they contain is infinite and immortal. Understanding and practicing these principles in your own life will create the wealth, Peace, happiness and good feelings you desire. Today I am presenting correlations from two very potent and concentrated teachings from Emmet Fox,  Around the Year with Emmet Fox: A Book of Daily Readings and Deepak Chopra, M.D., Creating Affluence: Wealth Consciousness in the Field of All Possibilities.

In previous blogs we have discovered that everything is created out of our Divine Qualities of Life, Truth and Love, because these qualities are part of the Unified Field that holds the spiritual substance of qualities that create worlds. The Divine Qualities of Principle, Mind, Soul and Spirit are always present as the spiritual force and intelligence so we may create with Life, Truth and Love. These teachings, when applied to our own life circumstances, right where we stand upon the Earth, never fail to manifest beautiful results.

“No matter what problem you may have to face today, there is a solution, because you have nothing to deal with but your own thoughts.” – Emmet Fox

“Affluence, unboundedness, and abundance are our natural state. We just need to restore the memory of what we already know.” – Deepak Chopra

The combination of Divine Qualities are our compounds to create with, which is very much like the infinite variety of color produced by mixing paint or noticing the infinite variety of life manifested in Mother Nature. Wisdom is the perfect balance of Intelligence and Love. Beauty is the perfect balance of Life, Truth and Love, that gives us the feeling of our Divine Nature. The connection with all that is, that Emmet teaches us, “Thou canst not pluck a flower without the trembling of a star.”

Today I am going to correlate the qualities of the Unified Field with the seven main attributes of the Divine. I have found this helpful, though you may synthesize these in a different way. I hope you will enjoy creating in your own way, which will give you that feeling of channeling your Divine Self and being a beloved part of all that is.

In the Unified Field of Creating Affluence, and in the Divine Qualities, mentioned in Emmet Fox’s work:

Principle correlates with: Total potential of natural law. Infinite organizing power. Fully awake within itself. Infinite correlation. Perfect orderliness.

Mind correlates with: Infinite dynamism. Infinite creativity. Pure knowledge.

Soul correlates with: Unboundedness. Perfect balance. Self-sufficiency.

Spirit correlates with: Infinite Silence. Harmonizing. All possibilities.

Life correlates with: Evolutionary. Self-referral.

Truth correlates with: Invincibility. Immortality. Unmanifest.

Love correlates with: Nourishing. Integrating. Simplicity. Purifying. Freedom. Bliss. Love is the most powerful and greatest quality of all.

Since you are a Divine Child you can claim these qualities as being part of you and part of your connection with all that is. Deepak teaches us that we just need to have our attention on one of the qualities to bring it into our life. We don’t have to study it, just have our attention on it.

Sananda teaches me every day to face and put my attention on what I want to create, not what I don’t want.

There you have it: your golden keys to create your world that you want to step into.

I chose the photos for today as they demonstrate Divine Mother Love, Beauty and the infinite variety of Mother Nature.
