Co-creation

We are in a highly creative time, NOW.

You can give yourself a highly effective home study course by using the principles in these books.

Creating Money, by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer

Money and the Law of Attraction, by Esther and Jerry Hicks

Ask and It is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks

And,

The Tao of Allowing, by G.P. Walsh

Many years ago I taught a year-long course for 16 participants. I titled it Spiritual Prosperity. We met twice a month in my home and used the top three books among several others as our texts. The Tao of Allowing is a most important current addition. We must know we are allowed to allow and receive our good.

We were all Channels and Healers and accustomed to working with the Divine in meditation, prayer, and using our intuition. This Course was about creating miracles in our lives and bringing to fruition our purposes and desires.

We gave each other support and reported our personal miracles to each other, sometimes daily.

It was a joyful, fun, and rewarding class for me to give– to hear the participants’ stories of receiving the fruition of long held desires that they thought were impossible to accomplish.

I’m sharing these ideas today so you can utilize these thoughts and feelings to co-create and manifest your own desires.

Determine your current, heart felt soul desires first. Ask the Universe of good, your Source, the Divine as clearly as you can, your wishes. Then  Allow it so you can receive it.

Your feelings are your guide.

There really is only one important question for you to ask: ‘How can I bring myself into vibrational alignment with the desires that my experience has produced?

And the answer is simple:  “Pay attention to the way you feel and deliberately choose thoughts —about everything—that feel good to you when you think them.”- Esther and Jerry Hicks

Happy creating,
Nina

Paradise Is Where You Are

“Wherever my travels may lead, paradise is where I am.” ― Voltaire

Esther and Jerry Hicks have been teaching the principles of deliberate creation for about three decades.

I have loved  their “Teachings of Abraham” as they are simple to apply and get results. I’ve felt that they definitely come from a higher place. After all of these years, also, their work has helped shift the consciousness of hundreds of thousands of people.

I have used their book Ask and It Is Given in classes I have taught. My favorite part is “going up the emotional ladder” and how to shift negatives to positives, knowing how important your feelings are. Their books are all a reminder of the power of the Law of Attraction. ‘What is like unto itself is drawn.”

The little book I’m highlighting today is Manifest Your Desires: 365 Ways to Make Your Dreams a Reality, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, The Teachings of Abraham.

I wanted to share a couple of passages that are some of my favorites. Source is Father Mother God, or the Universe of Love light and well Being without any Religious charge on the word. I also like this little book because of the colors and Nature Art. Every day is a different color, the infinite variety of nature.

Two passages from the book:

I have found in my own experience that taking the time to go up the emotional scale until I am feeling love and appreciation makes all the difference in my day. The Hicks  teach that every morning, when you awaken have a rampage of appreciation, create your own book of positive aspects, and meditate for 15 minutes. I have found that doing this consistently makes all the difference in my awareness to move towards my good and create amazing moments and miracles.

If you haven’t worked with these principles yet, give them a try. We have entered the Golden Age of Aquarius where Love is the Power and Creating heaven on Earth is our purpose.

Have fun and joy in your unique contributions for the good of ALL.

Sound

Bobby Hatfield of the Righteous Brothers performs live on the Andy Williams Show, 1965. Unchained Melody. Beautiful and amazing. Enjoy.

We have learned from Abraham, in the Hicks material, how very important it is for us to feel good. One of my favorite books of theirs is Ask and it is Given. A very easy to understand and practice “how to” for raising your vibration.

Esther Hicks has been teaching us for 30 years to make feeling good a priority in our lives so we can attract the life we want to live. Sound, music and singing are a valuable way to raise our vibration so we can feel good.

We have access today to an infinite variety of music, sound and singing on YouTube. Amazing performances like the ones included here are free. Each of these always help me raise my vibration to joy and gratitude.

This year I am going to treat myself to more enlivening sound frequencies. One that I have known about for a while is the F sharp tuning fork. It aligns the heart chakra.

Another is Tibetan bowls and bells. The sounds they give off are frequencies that uplift. The vibrations are also tangible. Crystal Bowls are another powerful transmitter of high frequencies.

I am going to have fun this year learning more about creating with Sound.

The video at the top of this blog is one of my all-time favorites.

The piece at the bottom is “’El Condor Pasa,’ an original Peruvian Folklore (song) popularized by Simon and Garfunkel in 1970. ‘If I could’ is the best known Peruvian song from the Zarzuela El Condor Pasa composed by Daniel Alomia Robles in 1913. From 2004 this piece is a Cultural Heritage of Peru. This theme is considered the second National Anthem of Peru. ‘The Condor flies in both the Americas connecting all Native races.’

Performed by Peruvian musician Alexandro Querevalu with a native Indian flute called Quena and traditional Andes Regalias (poncho) is felt deep within the Soul.”

You may also want to explore sound, music, drumming and singing as it is not only uplifting but gives rise to our Highly creative Soul.

Joy

Such a small word for such a big, wonderful, important feeling.

We are made out of Love, which contains joy.

Esther Hicks, Emmet Fox and Ernest Holmes, to name a few, all teach us the spiritual importance of joy. Esther has spent the last 30 years in books and workshops teaching us how important it is to feel good, to create a life we love to live. The law of attraction demonstrates, always, that like attracts like.

The Hicks material goes as far as to say that feeling good is our number one priority. They give simple instructions: meditate 15 minutes every morning. Do a “rampage of appreciation.” Write in your book of positive aspects. This process is your point of attraction for your good. Appreciation is love, and love is the most important part of attracting your good.

This simple formula, done consistently, will bring you to joy, as joy is your essential self: love.

Joy is within you, as you are love.

Is it that simple?

Yes, I believe it is.

I do feel that joy is your #1 bridge of love-light to your High Self, your higher consciousness: inspiration, intuition, peace, fun, harmony and purpose.

My higher guides always tell me that if I am feeling joy I am doing my purpose.

In the video above, the Dalai Lama and his friend Desmond Tutu are creating a Divine World mission of joy. I have watched the video several times and can’t help but smiling and feeling joy each time. It shows us how radiating joy and laughter is contagious.

In these times we can all use more joy and humor.

This link takes you to their web page for Mission: JOY.

The Golden Age of Aquarius—Continued

When I was growing up and asked my mom for something I really wanted, she would often say: “We’ll see. Let’s let it unfold.” Combined with that thought was the affirmation I had learned in church from Mary Baker Eddy, which was, “Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need.” That affirmation and my mom’s “Let’s let it unfold,” are good ways to understand the Now of our new world. In allowing for our wishes to unfold, we can allow the cooperative components of Universal love to play their part in our manifestations as Abraham, through the Hicks‘ material, teaches. I have seen many demonstrations of Always Meeting My Need just at the perfect time. One such occurrence happened yesterday; I received Summer with the Leprechauns in the mail.

Over the last few years, since about 2011, several of my friends have asked me, “Have you read Summer with the Leprechauns?” I would answer, “No, but I really want to.” I attempted to order it a few times, but the order didn’t go through, and I left it for another time, which is Now. Perfect timing.

Wonderful. So many aspects of our New Earth of communing and learning from the elementals in Ireland are described. The story is very engaging, because the author, Tanis Hellliwell, is experiencing a relationship with a Leprechaun family whose mission is to teach humans the ways of the elementals. I am learning so many new perspectives for helping and healing Mother Earth and assisting the elementals in their work. From the simple ways to chose foods that are good for us and not harmful to the beings that help them grow, to watching what thoughts and emotional energy we send into the world.

I believe this is the perfect time for You to read this book. So much joy and enlightenment.

Another treasure that I just had the good fortune to see is a documentary film on Netflix, My Octopus Teacher. This incredible story would have been unbelievable and relegated to a whimsical “fairy tale” just a few years ago. The viewer gets to experience first hand the relationship the videographer has with an octopus. His skill and sensitivity create such a beautiful documentary that is very inspiring. Our connections with all of creation are documented in a very unique and loving way.

After seeing this beautiful creation and reading Summer with the Leprechauns, I can’t help but feel the urgency for all of us to awaken and realize in a very real sense we are all needed and integral parts of Mother Nature, Divine Love and the elementals .

We are all needed to bring our joy, intelligence and love to be shared by all in our Golden Age, which is present NOW.

Flowers

Woods Rose, photo by Hana Wilkins

The photos for today are of wild roses growing by the creek in our neighborhood. With their pink hue and sun-yellow centers they bring vitality and uplift to you. Their fragrance is subtle and sweet. Since many grow along the path, the sweet breeze carries you along your walk and with the negative ions in the air from the rushing creek nearby your thoughts and feelings are lifted and energized.

Such a wonderful way to start the day.

A very fun thing I have done in my life is make friends of plants, trees, flowers and of course the obvious– our beloved pets; dogs, cats, horses, and a very dear hamster.

If you would like to make friends with a flower it is easy and rewarding as flowers love to share their essence with you. Since they have lived on our Grandmother Earth for 114 million years, each has a unique set of patterns, wisdom and frequencies to share.

Step one is to stand or sit next to the flower you choose.
Step two is to appreciate your new friend. Tell her what pleases you– fragrance, color shape or feeling. Flowers love appreciation.
Step three is to just be with her. Be still and breathe in her essence. Just be in a relaxed state of allowing and ask what she would like to share with you. You may receive words to a song, a feeling, a thought or information that will help you.
Step four is to thank her and ask if there is anything you can do to make her more comfortable.
Step five is to enjoy the feeling of having made a new friend.

Flow is the first part of the word flower, and they all have a very special way to return us to Love, our natural flow. Receiving help simply by making a connection with a flower will open the many doors for you to incredible Divine Mysteries in Mother Nature. Trees, Herbs, Butterflies, Hawks, Owls, Deer, Clouds, Streams, Dragonflies, Lady Bugs… to name a few, are all very unique, even among their own species. A world of wonder awaits you to open to a conscious connection with these beings, as we are all already connected in spirit to all that is.

A few years ago I attended a spiritual retreat in nature. We gathered around a tree to thank it for its service of bringing us clean air and shade and asked it how we could help it. Several participants ventured eloquent metaphysical, and fairly complex, ideas of how we could help this lovely being when one of the ladies shouted, “This tree just wants a drink of water!” We all laughed. We just needed to open and allow the wisdom of the tree to come to us.

I have always been uplifted by gardens, forests, oceans and trees. Abraham, through Esther and Jerry Hicks, teaches us the most important thing for us to attract the life we love is to feel good. Mother Nature has never failed to help me feel a little better, then better, until I’m lifted to a place where my creativity starts to flow. That is one of my favorite and best feelings.

Spiritual Prosperity, the Unified Field and You (Part Three)

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” – The Bible (John 1:1, NIV)

That quote from The Bible has inspired many, including me, to wonder “what is the Word that is God”? That question has been like a kōan for me, like “ What is the sound of one hand clapping?” Searching for that “Word” has led me to many spiritual teachings and the Unified Field.

We looked at the main attributes of the Divine last week and the 25 qualities of the Unified Field, and we can draw the conclusion that these are the Words that are God. Though still there is the Divine Mystery of what is “THE Word?”

Esther and Jerry Hicks have discovered in their work with the Teachings of Abraham, that our Source, God, is Vibration, and when we are aligned with this Vibration of our Creator we feel Good. When we feel Good, we attract our Good. Could it be this simple? I believe it is.

So we may draw the conclusion that the “ Word” is Vibration. Movement and Frequencies are Vibrations. Magnetic resonance is a Vibration. The permutations of Frequencies, Magnetism and Vibrations are infinite as our Source, God, is infinite. This is why a favorite melody or song can lift us to a higher state of being. Many spiritual traditions have studied and learned about specific sound Vibrations that heal through the human energy fields: Tibetan Bells, crystal bowls, tuning forks, pianos, guitars and flutes, to name a few. Vibration.

How do these concepts relate to Us and our Lives? Appreciation, Gratitude and Thankfulness are Vibrations that align us with our Divine Source. These qualities are the same Frequency or Vibration as Love. Since Love is the most potent Vibration of Life, we can feel aligned with God through the practice of Appreciation.

I love the Hicks’ expression of having a “rampage of Appreciation.” Often the word “rampage” might be used in a more negative connotation. In my own life, rampages of Appreciation have lifted me out of some very difficult circumstances. One Word of Love and Appreciation can turn us to the direction of our Good.

As you work with your own Spiritual Prosperity, find songs, music, symbols, movements, foods, activities, Art, books or movies that never fail to uplift you with your own unique preferences. Included here is one song that always uplifts me and makes me appreciate my life, The Divine and nature: Morning Has Broken, by Cat Stevens. My favorite lyrics are, “Praise for them springing fresh from the Word,” and “…Eden saw play.” Yes, it is time for us to play.

Appreciate, Love, Sing, Dance or Play. You will be aligned with your Creator and attract your Good.

Flowers never fail to uplift me. Today the photos are of cultivated and wild flowers in Idaho and Wyoming. Petunias are very popular in this part of the world. Their fragrance is so sweet and vivid colors are stunning. The wild ones here are growing at 9,600 feet by God’s Grace. So lovely.

Mastering the Art of Creating, Allowing and Receiving Your Highest Good

“The
Good that is for you is your God. Do you not move toward your Good?”

-Emma Curtis Hopkins, Scientific Christian Mental Practice

“As you think thoughts that feel good to you, you will be in harmony with who you really are.”
– Abraham, via Esther and Jerry Hicks

Every thing is created out of the divine qualities of Life, Truth and Love.
– Sananda

We are made in the image and likeness of our Creator, hence we are creators.

We can use these principals to create. Self Love is the key to create, allow and receive our good.

We are in a time on our dear Mother Earth that is ripe with a need for our creativity and the power of our collective consciousness to manifest new levels of health, wealth and needed solutions to a myriad of planetary problems. You have the answers, and so do I. The key, as the Hicks have taught us, is releasing resistance and allowing our good. Allowing and receiving our good is Self Love. Our Self Love will radiate love to others.

When I’m in resistance, I struggle to even remember the definition of resistance. Abraham teaches us that resistance is being in a vibration that doesn’t match our Creator’s vibration. Thinking thoughts that stem from fear is resistance. Believing in separation from our Creator and our good is resistance.

I taught a year -long Spiritual Prosperity class with 15 participants on creating and manifesting miracles and our good. We met in my home for a few hours every two weeks. Part of the class was channeled by me from Sananda and my high self, part was a group meditation and channeling from all in our circle, and part was sharing our miracle manifestations and anecdotes of using and demonstrating the prosperity principles we had learned.

One of the very important principles I learned, and keep learning, is noticing and releasing resistance to my good. In the class, each week I would assign homework that was designed to enhance the practical and useful aspects of the Spiritual principles we were studying. What stood out to me was that usually only half or less of our group did the homework or any practice between our meeting times. We had all agreed that we wanted to increase our good, so I kept asking the Divine why this was so.

I realized that the resistance to completing the homework assignments was the same resistance we all had to allowing and receiving our good– the very same resistance that was keeping out our desires for wealth, happiness and a myriad of unmanifested wishes. Resistance is resistance. To me, this was a huge revelation. The quality and vibration of resistance is not conducive to creating our Good regardless of the form it takes. It can be any of the derivatives of fear in their subtle forms; not the fight or flight fear that is for our survival, but qualities that are invisible to us until we root them out.

This type of resistance might be doubt in our abilities, lack of confidence, unworthiness, procrastination, fear of being criticized or a lack of Self Love, to name a few of the popular ones.

I invite you to look at any resistance you may have to creating, allowing and receiving your good. The best way to release resistance is to notice it, put it in the light of love and turn toward what you want to create. Use anything that you have noticed is a bridge of love-light for you. Meditation, music, exercise, or driving in the countryside can put you back in the receiving mode. A funny paradox is your power is not resisting resistance but transforming it into love. Create. Have fun. Sing. Dance. All of these activities release resistance.

There you have it. You will be in the vibration that creates worlds, which is really fun. This is a time when we are being asked to love ourselves in the highest and best way we know how and then increase that little by little every day.

I thank you. What blesses one, blesses all.

The photo for today contains meaningful symbols for me that, when viewed, take me right into my own creativity.

The Amazing Healing Properties of Flowers

The amazing healing properties of flowers
Photo by Nina Wilkins: Carmelite Monastery, Carmel, CA

As in the title of this blog, many years ago Sananda told me the earth would be healed by Grandmothers, Flowers and Children, including your child within, who is innocent. Working with him over the years I learned the importance of innocence, our true Divine Nature, the inclusiveness of his teachings and the power of flowers. It’s very easy to understand the healing power of Grandmothers with their wisdom and love for their grandchildren. Today we will speak of the healing power of Flowers.

As shared in a previous article here, Dr. Edward Bach, M.D., was a pioneer in discovering flowers’ essences could help his patients. He stated, “quite simply, flowers heal.” Today, his five-flower remedy, Rescue Remedy, is widely available and used all over the world.

You can easily learn how to make your own flower essences. They are fun to make and easy to use. The video linked here teaches you the basics.

Sananda also taught me that Flowers are some of the strongest beings on earth. Such a paradox seeing how fragile and beautiful they are with almost intoxicating fragrances. He has also taught me that Nova Earth is filled with paradoxes as we move into understanding wholeness and inclusiveness; a shift from duality. He often tells me, “Look toward what you want to create; focus there.”

I would like to help create heaven on Earth, and in my world that means a return to Eden: GARDENS.

Flowers and herbs are the most helpful remedies I have found in the physical world, as they are bridges to heaven or the spiritual world. In an herbal class I took, the instructor had been taught by a shaman who had learned the essences of the herbs with his eyes covered with a cloth. He felt they were holy and that he needed to feel and be spiritually guided as to their purpose.

Flowers can uplift your spirits and just make you feel good, which is a big leap towards wellness. A bouquet by your bedside, or aromatherapy with an essential oil or a flower essence are all helpful to your whole self. Other comforting ways to “feel good,” which we have learned from Abraham and the Hicks’ teachings as being the most important way for us to attract our good, might be walking through a garden.

There are so many ways to enjoy Flowers. They can be dried, preserved with sugar and egg whites and eaten or used to brighten your salad or garnish your favorite dish. I highly recommend watching Chef’s Table “Jeong Kwan,” from season three. Netflix says of the episode: “In South Korea, Buddhist nun, Jeong Kwan, approaches cooking as a spiritual practice. Her meals, including her Lotus Flower tea, have left some of the world’s best chefs in awe.” Watching her make the Lotus Flower tea is a treat and such a great example of enjoying all the sublime attributes of flowers.

When you make your flower essence, make sure you have identified the flower correctly. Some of the most beautiful flowers are poisonous. Also make sure they are organic. Don’t collect or forage from roadsides. I learned this the hard way when I had my sister and her husband for dinner. I was excited to make them one of my favorite rice dishes that contained a large amount of dill weed. I saw large bunches along the roadside and was so excited to collect them. When it was time to serve the rice it had a dark green color and smelled of licorice. It turned out I had collected anise, which looks very much like dill! So, off we went to Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour for dinner.

Water Walking Words 6

WATER, WALKING and WORDS, Part 6

Florence Scovel Shinn in her wonderfully powerful book, “The Game of Life and How to Play It,” teaches us that our word is our wand.

Dr. Zhi Gang Sha in his book, “Divine Soul Songs: Sacred Practical Treasures to Heal, Rejuvenate, and Transform You, Humanity, Mother Earth, and All Universes,” demonstrates how chanting “lu la lu la li,” meaning “Love, Peace and Harmony,” can change your life for the better.

I had the pleasure of meeting him many years ago in a workshop he was presenting. I felt and knew then, he was a genuine, real master spiritual teacher. He has many books and International Organizations teaching these simple practices of Words. Positive Words. Singing Love, Peace, Harmony. He has recorded many testimonials in his books of all manner of healings, by doing the simple practices of positive, loving Words.

Why are Words so powerful?

The Bible teaches us:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. (Psalm 107:20)

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.(Isaiah 55:11).

Our Words are very powerful because we are Divine Children. We are Creators. We are Love, and Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Affirmations and chanting positive Words align us with our Divine Source our powerful thoughts, and keep out fear, doubt and negativity that we don’t want in our Reality. Aren’t you most happy when you are creating? Singing, dancing, writing, gardening and being the Love that you are creates worlds.

When I am in a negative space, anger or doubt, disappointment or hurt feelings, I know I don’t want to stay there. I choose, as quickly as I can, positive “I am” statements. “I am Love. I am Peace. I am as God created me: perfect, whole and complete.” After a time, I can feel the inner Peace that allows the good ideas from the Divine to flow in. Solutions to the problems causing the upset arise. Rest from the worry allows the healing light to come in.  Little by little I see my part in the conflict and can forgive and move on. It really is that simple, though sometimes we are caught up in our “rightness,” which makes it seem not easy. Even one thought in the right direction can bring us to our peace, because peace is always available to us. Esther and Jerry Hicks, in their many books on the teachings of Abraham, tell us it only takes 17 seconds of positive thinking to redirect yourself into the positive flow of wellbeing.

Since we have been created out of Love, and we are still Love, let’s Love ourselves, our friends, our enemies and our Creator. What a concept. Let’s see what will happen when we do.
