Joy

In the animal kingdoms the hummingbird is the totem of Joy. Whenever a hummingbird comes close to me and I hear its sound and feel its vibration, I do feel Joy. Its colors are so alive, radiant and glistening; so vibrant. Hummingbirds can fly backwards, forwards and straight up so quickly that their flash of color seems to clear away any old, stagnant energy in the air. It’s easy to see why they are the totem of Joy.

Sananda has told me often that if I am feeling Joyful I’m doing my purpose.

Joy contains love, peace, happiness, fun, humor, laughs, creativity, inspiration and is a frequency that strengthens you. Such a small word with a huge impact on our lives.

The thing about Joy it is a gift from Divine Love that is a part of us and always available. It is our presence in the stillness. Joy will bubble up from our beingness when given a chance.

When I first learned to channel higher frequency guides, one of the first questions we would ask of our guides was, “Is it possible to live with Real Joy?” (Opening to Channel, by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer). The guides had many thoughts for us that would help us live with Joy. Because that was a question that always got strong response from our guides, Joy was given an important role in our Spiritual growth and Life Choices. So much so that Sanaya channeled her first book from her guide, Orin, teaching about Joy; Living with Joy by Sanaya Roman.

Take Joy breaks in your day. Joy uplifts, and from that place your creativity will flow.

Some Joy thoughts from the book, Joy, written and compiled by M.H. Clark:
Prepare for Joy and believe in Joy.
“These are the days of miracle and wonder.” Paul Simon
“Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.” Marianne Williamson
“I thank you God for most this amazing day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything which is natural which is infinite which is yes.” E.E. Cummings.

So today, savor Joy.

Below, I included one of my favorite pieces of music, Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy.” It’s even better because it’s a flash mob in a shopping mall in Japan. I never tire of hearing it.

I hope I have given you Joy today.

“The joy that you give to others is the joy that comes back to you.” John Greenleaf Whittier

There are powerful spiritual Laws we can all learn and use.

Emily Dickinson said it: “All I know of Love, is Love is all there is.”

“Be still and know that I am God.” The presence of our Creator wells up within us in the stillness. We feel peace and joy.

I love Eckhart Tolle’s book Stillness Speaks, a wonderful book that affirms this idea.
Meditating is the ideal way to hear your still, small voice. The YouTube video at the end of this blog is a meditation with Eckhart Tolle. It’s not a lecture. You can meditate right along with Eckhart. It brought me so much peace and the feeling that all is well.

God is Love and everywhere present.

“Our only responsibility is to accept the Atonement for ourselves.” Atonement means being at one with our Creator and all that is, Oneness. (Via “A Course in Miracles,” Foundation for Inner Peace.)

“Birds of a feather flock together”– My mom’s favorite expression. Better known as the Law of Attraction.

You are a perfect, unique, innocent, child of God, who loves you beyond your comprehension. You inherited your Father-Mother God’s ability to create. You create by your thoughts, words and feelings. Tell the story to yourself and others, your story, the story that you WANT to live. As we affirm and tell our story the way we want it to be we create it. We need to believe it to see it. — Sananda, Abraham and Saint Germaine

There are two very important components to manifesting, allowing and receiving your Good. One, Forgiveness of yourself and others, and two, BEING in the qualities of gratitude, thanks and appreciation.

Forgiveness returns us to love. A wonderful book by that name, A Return to Love, by Marianne Williamson, teaches us, in depth, how Love does its job as we forgive ourselves and others.

Thanks, Gratitude and Appreciation put us in the vibration of Love where we can create and allow our good. A wonderful book, Ask and It is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, teaches us the nuts and bolts of vibrational creation and manifesting, by using rampages of appreciation and intentionally feeling good by focusing on what we want to create.

Note: we also have the ability to temporarily block our good by un-love, which is in truth a fiction because Love is all there is. We do this by using our free will backwards by criticizing, condemning and complaining. We can quickly jump forward by realizing we are love and have the ability to create a wonderful life for ourselves by returning to Love.

There you have it. Many of the simple yet powerful laws of the Universe that manifest in infinite ways.

So, as Abraham says, through the Hicks material, the most important thing is for us to feel good. As we feel good we can create our desires.

Enjoy the fun, joy and satisfaction of creating your good by letting Love do its job.
