“Wherever my travels may lead, paradise is where I am.” ― Voltaire
Esther and Jerry Hicks have been teaching the principles of deliberate creation for about three decades.
I have loved their “Teachings of Abraham” as they are simple to apply and get results. I’ve felt that they definitely come from a higher place. After all of these years, also, their work has helped shift the consciousness of hundreds of thousands of people.
I have used their book Ask and It Is Given in classes I have taught. My favorite part is “going up the emotional ladder” and how to shift negatives to positives, knowing how important your feelings are. Their books are all a reminder of the power of the Law of Attraction. ‘What is like unto itself is drawn.”
I wanted to share a couple of passages that are some of my favorites. Source is Father Mother God, or the Universe of Love light and well Being without any Religious charge on the word. I also like this little book because of the colors and Nature Art. Every day is a different color, the infinite variety of nature.
Two passages from the book:
I have found in my own experience that taking the time to go up the emotional scale until I am feeling love and appreciation makes all the difference in my day. The Hicks teach that every morning, when you awaken have a rampage of appreciation, create your own book of positive aspects, and meditate for 15 minutes. I have found that doing this consistently makes all the difference in my awareness to move towards my good and create amazing moments and miracles.
If you haven’t worked with these principles yet, give them a try. We have entered the Golden Age of Aquarius where Love is the Power and Creating heaven on Earth is our purpose.
Have fun and joy in your unique contributions for the good of ALL.
One very simple way to bring out our own unique spiritual gifts is through Color.
Our own being is very Colorful. Our aura is ever changing rainbows of light. Color can uplift our mood and give us energy. Today I have included photos of flowers that match our eight Chakras. We have recently added our Soul Star Chakra to our familiar seven. Chakras are our wheels of energy that form our electric body.
In several of my blogs I have mentioned or quoted the Hicks material, The Law of Attraction, and how Abraham teaches the importance of feeling good. Actually, the utmost importance of feeling good. “Think thoughts that make you feel good when you think them” is their powerful teaching.
Color, like music, art, dance and our creativity, can uplift us to a place where we can think thoughts that make us happy. One summer when I lived in Carmel, CA, it was completely overcast and foggy for several weeks. So much so that the local drugstore began selling pink lightbulbs that would uplift, and very bright lights.
Coloring with Crayola brand crayons never fails to uplift me. I love feeling my happy inner child as I just take the time to Color for the fun of it. When I was growing up and was bored or just feeling down, my mom would say, “Why don’t you Color?” Coloring uplifted me enough to get a good idea of what to do next in my day, and that still holds true for me.
A friend of mine, who is a therapist, would practice on me with her Color therapy. She would have me sit quietly with my eyes closed and then would drape me with various vibrantly Colored silk cloths. After each one she would ask me how I felt and what quality or Color it was. I was surprised that a brown cloth made me feel Peace and I thought it was sky blue. I felt the red was green and the sunshine yellow was purple. I really enjoyed the time we spent because it emphasized for me how much the Color of my clothes affected my mood. That was many years ago, and I still close my eyes and feel the Color of my clothes to see if they uplift me.
The simple use of Color to uplift or enhance your mood can make that slight difference to lead you to the next thought or inspiration to keep you spiraling upward to create your good. Color is one of the many reasons I go to gardens to feel inspired. White is every reflected Color. Black is every absorbed Color. Nature’s infinite variety of Color gives us chances to experience Color from sunrise to sunset, moonlight, starlight and the play of light on flowers and trees. The diamond light dancing reflections on the ocean or lakes and streams gives me joy.
The photos above and below are not exact representations of the Colors of our eight Chakras, but they are close enough to remind us we are part of nature and all that is. Looking at favorite Colors or eating foods that are your favorite Colors can enliven you. Color is a valuable Bridge of Love Light.
In addition to singing the Water song, which will bless all Waters and enliven them, we can remember to bless our Water as it rushes out of our tap, in our showers and while Watering our gardens. As we bless our Water, we are acknowledging the Oneness of Love, as Water is Love in the elemental realms. As we acknowledge the elementals, we contribute to the healing of Mother Nature and Grandmother Earth.
When acknowledging the life-giving element of Water and thanking it, we also begin to remember to thank all of the other elements: Earth, Air and Fire.
Stand on the Earth barefoot and feel the Life surging up and giving you wellness. Breathe in the refreshing sustenance of Air and thank it. Breathe deeply and feel the Prana giving you peace of mind. Take a Sun bath and feel the warmth of the sun, Fire, bringing you a clearing and remembrance of your Spiritual Nature and deep connection with your Creator.
Each element deserves our Love and care and acknowledgement. This simple act will contribute to Humanity’s awakening and the remembrance that we are all caretakers of Divine Mother Nature and Grandmother Earth.
Remembering to thank the Elementals can bring us to a remembrance of the gifts and power of the four Directions. The South reminds us of our childlike innocence and to play and create fun every day. The North reminds us that we always have direction, guidance, clarity and the stars above to refresh our dreams. The West feeds our creativity and gives us a sense of discovery and adventure, along with enlivening our creativity. The East helps us know we are growing Spiritually.
Each Element and Direction also have Devas, Nature Spirits and Angels working with them, just as you have your Guardian Angel working with you always and forever.
God has given us all for us to receive and take care of. As we do these simple acts we are aligned with our Good and expressing our true Divinity.
With Love and Appreciation for You. Love, Nina
Another Miracle of Water is its sound. The sounds of ocean waves, rushing Waterfalls, and the lapping of Water in a quiet bay all have the ability to calm or invigorate us. Fountains have a unique soothing sound. Hearing the sound of a stone plopping down in a river can transport us to our childhood fun of skipping rocks. Sitting next to a calm lake can take us into a serene meditation. The Sound of silence and deep quiet that comes from walking in new-fallen snow easily allows reflection and inner stillness.
We can reciprocate these miracles of sound that Water gives us by singing to it. As we sing to Water many wonderful things happen. As we sing to Water we open to, and allow for, the possibility of the oneness we share not only with Water but all of the elements, Mother Nature and our family, friends and the Universe of Love. Singing to Water is a way to bring more Joy to all concerned.
I had a friend who (back in the day when we all had answering machines) had in his outgoing message, “Please sing Your message.” I would always laugh and then I would sing my message even though I am not a good singer. That simple little act of singing uplifted me.
As the Law of Attraction would have it, just yesterday, I came across the video below. Singing to Water. Wonderful. For just moments a day we can all send the love and thanks to Water that it gives to us. A very real way to tell ourselves that we are part of the whole Universe of good. Understanding this higher and Cosmic consciousness can help us be more aware in our own consciousness of new ways to enhance our own wellness. Sound is a very potent way for us to feel good; music, drumming, singing, listening to our favorite songs, can uplift. Some of my favorites are whale songs and dolphin clicks and whistles. The didgeridoo makes me feel part of Mother Nature. Water is like that; it is cleared and uplifted by our love songs.
I invite you today to sing to Water as instructed in the video below. Thank you. I have transcribed the song for you:
Sing the Water Song
Sing to the Water four times, once in each direction. East, South, West, North. Phonetic Lyrics: Nee bee wah bow En die en Aah Key mis kquee Nee bee wah bow Hey ya hey ya hey ya hey Hey ya hey ya hey ya hey Hey ya hey ya hey ya ho.
There are powerful spiritual Laws we can all learn and use.
Emily Dickinson said it: “All I know of Love, is Love is all there is.”
“Be still and know that I am God.” The presence of our Creator wells up within us in the stillness. We feel peace and joy.
I love Eckhart Tolle’s book Stillness Speaks, a wonderful book that affirms this idea.
Meditating is the ideal way to hear your still, small voice. The YouTube video at the end of this blog is a meditation with Eckhart Tolle. It’s not a lecture. You can meditate right along with Eckhart. It brought me so much peace and the feeling that all is well.
God is Love and everywhere present.
“Our only responsibility is to accept the Atonement for ourselves.” Atonement means being at one with our Creator and all that is, Oneness. (Via “A Course in Miracles,” Foundation for Inner Peace.)
“Birds of a feather flock together”– My mom’s favorite expression. Better known as the Law of Attraction.
You are a perfect, unique, innocent, child of God, who loves you beyond your comprehension. You inherited your Father-Mother God’s ability to create. You create by your thoughts, words and feelings. Tell the story to yourself and others, your story, the story that you WANT to live. As we affirm and tell our story the way we want it to be we create it. We need to believe it to see it. — Sananda, Abraham and Saint Germaine
There are two very important components to manifesting, allowing and receiving your Good. One, Forgiveness of yourself and others, and two, BEING in the qualities of gratitude, thanks and appreciation.
Forgiveness returns us to love. A wonderful book by that name, A Return to Love, by Marianne Williamson, teaches us, in depth, how Love does its job as we forgive ourselves and others.
Thanks, Gratitude and Appreciation put us in the vibration of Love where we can create and allow our good. A wonderful book, Ask and It is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, teaches us the nuts and bolts of vibrational creation and manifesting, by using rampages of appreciation and intentionally feeling good by focusing on what we want to create.
Note: we also have the ability to temporarily block our good by un-love, which is in truth a fiction because Love is all there is. We do this by using our free will backwards by criticizing, condemning and complaining. We can quickly jump forward by realizing we are love and have the ability to create a wonderful life for ourselves by returning to Love.
There you have it. Many of the simple yet powerful laws of the Universe that manifest in infinite ways.
So, as Abraham says, through the Hicks material, the most important thing is for us to feel good. As we feel good we can create our desires.
Enjoy the fun, joy and satisfaction of creating your good by letting Love do its job.
Sananda has taught me that everything is created out of the Divine Qualities of Life, Truth and Love. When you are creating even the simplest thing, such as a cup of tea, or making an entire feast, ask yourself, “Does this contain Life for me?” “Is it True for me?” “Will it feel like Love?” When we ask ourselves these questions for our large or small projects, they will take on the frequencies of our High Self. Our Divine Presence will be imbued in the smallest or greatest of our co-creations with the Divine.
I love gardens so much. The first time I experienced a “secret garden” in Corona Del Mar, California, I was 14 years old. It was a magical place with a spectacular garden and tea room. The gift store had very special Scandinavian tea pots and housewares. Every single thing in the tea service was special. Melt-in-your-mouth pastries, tea that I had never tasted before, real cream and sparkling colored sugar. It was an experience that was very close to a tea ceremony or ritual. Magical.
Since that time, gardens have always healed, inspired and brought me peace. Tea parties continue to bring me joy and love. These simple activities contain Life, Truth and Love when created with Presence.
As we create, now, with the beautiful frequencies of our Earth Rising, we can make the simplest things sacraments and gifts to ourselves and every one around us. Everything takes on the radiance of the Divine when we take the time to notice and Be in our High Selves.
The photos for today’s blog still make me happy when I see them because that was a particularly joyful day for me. I was just out walking in Carmel, California, for the fun of it. The flowers contain the memories of that day and the radiance. If you close your eyes you can feel the celebration and joy of the fairies on the flowers telling them “grow, grow.”
I invite you to search for and discover your own secret garden just for the fun of it. Or, even better, co-create one with your own Divine qualities of Life, Truth and Love. You may be surprised by the fairies, tree spirits and gnomes dancing around you, inspiring you to write poems, or paint or… discover your own infinite creativity.
As we learned in the previous blog, the first law of the Unified Field is “Total Potential of Natural Law.”
These Laws are functioning 24/7 without us doing anything. What we do have an effect on in our lives is our creative abilities. When we work with the Unified Field we have the opportunity to experience miracles on a daily basis. We create with our Divine attributes of Life, Truth and Love with knowing we are one with the Divine and Mother Earth.
We create Spiritual Prosperity through our understanding that we are not separate from our Creator, Mother Earth and the Universe of Good. Esther and Jerry Hicks in their many books and workshops on the Law of Attraction teach us how important our feelings are because like attracts like. Remember in the Unified Field, the wave (thought) becomes a particle (material) when we put our attention on it.
We have the ability to create with our thoughts, feelings and understanding that we are an integral part of the whole of Nature and the Universe of Good. We can easily move toward our Good by knowing ourselves as Good and innocent and asking our selves: “Does what I want to create have Life? Does it contain Love? Is it Tue for me?” Often we try to create from past desires, just out of habit, that hold no interest for us in Our now.
I asked these questions of myself to discover what I could add to the body of Spiritual Prosperity understanding, that included my Love of Nature, and I came up with an Elemental Prosperity meditation.
I invite you to sit quietly in Mother Nature. If not available to you right now, look out your window at the sky. First, breathe deeply and notice that the one element that you cannot live without is air. Thank the element of air and the sylphs for doing such a good job of keeping our air fresh. Notice within yourself that there is plenty of air.
Next is, of course, Water. Thank the Water and notice you have plenty of fresh life-giving, clean Water. Thank the sprites and ondines for taking care of circulating the currents of Water and helping it meander or rush into just the right places.
Next thank the Sun. The fire salamanders. Keeping the fire element for growth, warmth and purification. There is plenty of Sunshine.
Fourth is our dear Gaia, Mother Earth. Where-ever we stand on the Earth is holy ground. Our Mother Earth. Our home. Thank the gnomes and all of the many and varied Earth Elementals for keeping our Earth safe in the onslaught of humanity’s unconsciousness, which is quickly changing now to caring for our Earth who gives us plenty. Plenty of food, shelter, air, fire and Water. Thank you.
You have just done an Elemental Prosperity meditation and a Rampage of Appreciation, which Abraham (in the Hicks’ Law of Attraction book Manifest Your Desires – 365 Ways To Make Your Dreams A Reality) teaches us is the number one way to attract our Good. When we remove our resistance to our Good (any thought or vibration our creator wouldn’t have– refer to the Unified Field), when we Ask, it is Given. You do need to Allow it.
Breathe deeply in thanks. Swim or shower in thanks, make some hot tea in thanks. Stand on the Earth in thanks, and you will be well on your way to creating the Prosperity you Love. Thank you. You have helped bring heaven to Earth.
There is a super wonderful book, “Sharing Nature with Children,” by Joseph Cornell, one of my top-15 books of all time. It has many fun games and exercises to do with children and your child within. One that I love is lying under a tree and looking up, which I did with the photo above. You receive such a different and expanded perspective. Also, when you are laying there, notice if there are any birds. If not, very soon there will be. It’s a magical experiment to do. It makes me happy every time. Within moments of you being there, the birds will come to join you.
Thank you for Allowing the Abundance, Joy, Love and Creativity that are here for you. We are all creating heaven on Earth. Yay, yay, yay!
Last week we spoke of the Law of Attraction and keeping our thoughts and feelings in qualities that attract our good and Prosperity. It’s also very important to know when we are in a state of resistance to our good so we don’t hold our riches, peace, loving relationships and money at bay. “Resistance is thoughts that are different enough in vibrational nature to hinder your natural connection with your Source.” (Ask and it is Given, E. & J. Hicks)
Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer (Creating Money) also teach us the qualities that are resistant to our good and repel Prosperity. These qualities are: Greed, Vague Goals, Self-doubt, Belief that there is not enough, Regret about past mistakes, Spending out of obligation, Feeling the world owes you, fear, Worry and tension over finances, Feeling unfocused, Doing what others say to do with money, and Feeling guilty over spending.
The good news is you can change these thoughts and qualities the moment you notice them. One of the processes Abraham teaches us is “pivoting.” When you notice a resistant thought, pivot. Turn directly away from a repelling quality and toward a positive thought. Sananda teaches us also to turn toward what you want to create.
We have the power to create our good in every moment because Love, our good, is everywhere present. Jump off the list of resistant and repelling qualities and onto the list of attracting qualities, and you will see miracles abounding in your life.
I learned so much in the year-long course I taught on Spiritual Prosperity, and I continue to learn the importance and power of releasing resistance to my good. I noticed that my students who did the assigned homework each week made great progress and the ones who didn’t do their homework stayed in the same place. It was a great realization to me that not doing the homework was the very same resistance that caused the lack of good in the first place. So, jump over to the sunny side of the street and reap all of the benefits and your good.
