You Are a Gift and Bridge of Love and Light to All That Is

Pinkish Red, 1st Chakra; Yellow, 3rd Chakra

One very simple way to bring out our own unique spiritual gifts is through Color.

Our own being is very Colorful. Our aura is ever changing rainbows of light. Color can uplift our mood and give us energy. Today I have included photos of flowers that match our eight Chakras. We have recently added our Soul Star Chakra to our familiar seven. Chakras are our wheels of energy that form our electric body.

Orange, 2nd Chakra; Green, 4th Chakra, Heart

In several of my blogs I have mentioned or quoted the Hicks material, The Law of Attraction, and how Abraham teaches the importance of feeling good. Actually, the utmost importance of feeling good. “Think thoughts that make you feel good when you think them” is their powerful teaching.

Color, like music, art, dance and our creativity, can uplift us to a place where we can think thoughts that make us happy. One summer when I lived in Carmel, CA, it was completely overcast and foggy for several weeks. So much so that the local drugstore began selling pink lightbulbs that would uplift, and very bright lights.

Indigo, 5th Chakra, Your Voice, Your Word

Coloring with Crayola brand crayons never fails to uplift me. I love feeling my happy inner child as I just take the time to Color for the fun of it. When I was growing up and was bored or just feeling down, my mom would say, “Why don’t you Color?” Coloring uplifted me enough to get a good idea of what to do next in my day, and that still holds true for me.

A friend of mine, who is a therapist, would practice on me with her Color therapy. She would have me sit quietly with my eyes closed and then would drape me with various vibrantly Colored silk cloths. After each one she would ask me how I felt and what quality or Color it was. I was surprised that a brown cloth made me feel Peace and I thought it was sky blue. I felt the red was green and the sunshine yellow was purple. I really enjoyed the time we spent because it emphasized for me how much the Color of my clothes affected my mood. That was many years ago, and I still close my eyes and feel the Color of my clothes to see if they uplift me.

6th Chakra, 3rd Eye, White, Celestial Realms and Spirit

The simple use of Color to uplift or enhance your mood can make that slight difference to lead you to the next thought or inspiration to keep you spiraling upward to create your good. Color is one of the many reasons I go to gardens to feel inspired. White is every reflected Color. Black is every absorbed Color. Nature’s infinite variety of Color gives us chances to experience Color from sunrise to sunset, moonlight, starlight and the play of light on flowers and trees. The diamond light dancing reflections on the ocean or lakes and streams gives me joy.

7th, Crown Chakra, Purple, Amethyst

The photos above and below are not exact representations of the Colors of our eight Chakras, but they are close enough to remind us we are part of nature and all that is. Looking at favorite Colors or eating foods that are your favorite Colors can enliven you. Color is a valuable Bridge of Love Light.

Violet, 8th Chackra, Soul Star

The Amazing Healing Properties of Flowers

The amazing healing properties of flowers
Photo by Nina Wilkins: Carmelite Monastery, Carmel, CA

As in the title of this blog, many years ago Sananda told me the earth would be healed by Grandmothers, Flowers and Children, including your child within, who is innocent. Working with him over the years I learned the importance of innocence, our true Divine Nature, the inclusiveness of his teachings and the power of flowers. It’s very easy to understand the healing power of Grandmothers with their wisdom and love for their grandchildren. Today we will speak of the healing power of Flowers.

As shared in a previous article here, Dr. Edward Bach, M.D., was a pioneer in discovering flowers’ essences could help his patients. He stated, “quite simply, flowers heal.” Today, his five-flower remedy, Rescue Remedy, is widely available and used all over the world.

You can easily learn how to make your own flower essences. They are fun to make and easy to use. The video linked here teaches you the basics.

Sananda also taught me that Flowers are some of the strongest beings on earth. Such a paradox seeing how fragile and beautiful they are with almost intoxicating fragrances. He has also taught me that Nova Earth is filled with paradoxes as we move into understanding wholeness and inclusiveness; a shift from duality. He often tells me, “Look toward what you want to create; focus there.”

I would like to help create heaven on Earth, and in my world that means a return to Eden: GARDENS.

Flowers and herbs are the most helpful remedies I have found in the physical world, as they are bridges to heaven or the spiritual world. In an herbal class I took, the instructor had been taught by a shaman who had learned the essences of the herbs with his eyes covered with a cloth. He felt they were holy and that he needed to feel and be spiritually guided as to their purpose.

Flowers can uplift your spirits and just make you feel good, which is a big leap towards wellness. A bouquet by your bedside, or aromatherapy with an essential oil or a flower essence are all helpful to your whole self. Other comforting ways to “feel good,” which we have learned from Abraham and the Hicks’ teachings as being the most important way for us to attract our good, might be walking through a garden.

There are so many ways to enjoy Flowers. They can be dried, preserved with sugar and egg whites and eaten or used to brighten your salad or garnish your favorite dish. I highly recommend watching Chef’s Table “Jeong Kwan,” from season three. Netflix says of the episode: “In South Korea, Buddhist nun, Jeong Kwan, approaches cooking as a spiritual practice. Her meals, including her Lotus Flower tea, have left some of the world’s best chefs in awe.” Watching her make the Lotus Flower tea is a treat and such a great example of enjoying all the sublime attributes of flowers.

When you make your flower essence, make sure you have identified the flower correctly. Some of the most beautiful flowers are poisonous. Also make sure they are organic. Don’t collect or forage from roadsides. I learned this the hard way when I had my sister and her husband for dinner. I was excited to make them one of my favorite rice dishes that contained a large amount of dill weed. I saw large bunches along the roadside and was so excited to collect them. When it was time to serve the rice it had a dark green color and smelled of licorice. It turned out I had collected anise, which looks very much like dill! So, off we went to Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour for dinner.

Gentleness, Kindness and Appreciation: The Best Bridges to Love

Idaho Deer

Last week we were driving in the mountains in southeastern Idaho, when this stunning whitetail buck came into view. His gentle, wise eyes met mine, and I felt a peace and gentleness from his gaze. Hana was quick enough to stop and capture the image in this photo. I was reminded that deer carry the quality of gentleness and beauty in the animal kingdom. They are also one of the keepers of the spirit of nature. That moment brought me to peace and a reminder to be gentle with myself and others.

I enjoy watching the Ellen Degeneres show. I always laugh and appreciate that her last word of the show is “ be kind to one another.” A little kindness can change a person’s entire life for the better. I have enclosed a link to a YouTube video that is by an astrologer I enjoy, and this week she has included a channeling from St. Francis of Assisi. It’s very encouraging, as she relates the current cosmic alignments of planets, combined with a wave of love from Divine mother are creating a wave of kindness. I am holding that image of a wave of kindness as I know that is the true reality of humanity.

We are coming upon one of my favorite holidays, Thanksgiving. Giving thanks is one of the most powerful ways to experience love. Abraham, through all of the Hicks’ materials, teaches us to have a rampage of appreciation to feel Good, and that feeling Good is our most important way to receive our Good. Thanksgiving is our wonderful opportunity to share that feeling with many other people. The atmosphere of gratitude fills the air. We allow ourselves to give and receive thanks from our family and friends and have the chance to affirm abundance for all. With this wave of kindness at hand we will have the opportunity to sustain Thanksgiving all year long.

Many blessings and Happy Thanksgiving.

Spiritual Prosperity

Prosperity for All is the Cornerstone of Nova Earth

Spiritual Prosperity is our Divine Heritage.

Take away a belief in scarcity held by many on Earth, and take away the fear of “not enough” money, love, food, homes, etc., and you will have a very good starting point for creating great Prosperity.

Spiritual Prosperity includes health, financial freedom, right work, higher purpose, peace and the joy of living. Moment by moment you have the ability to create this for yourself.

I had the joy of being one of the assistants to Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer (Creating Money) at their Creating Money Workshop. One hundred participants sat expectantly waiting for the information and processes to be given as it was discovered that almost all of the participants were healers or teachers in various spiritual or alternative traditions. Money was elusive to us. The workshop did not disappoint. The principles learned are simple and easy to practice. It does require practice, as your thoughts, words, feelings and beliefs about money are creating your reality of it.

To start: Change the belief that money isn’t spiritual, and rescind any vows of poverty you have taken.

Next, learn the qualities that attract money ( from Creating Money). Qualities include your thoughts and feelings. Attracting qualities are: Gratitude and thanks, Clarity of intent, Higher Purpose, Self-love, Joy, Enthusiasm, Delight as Motivation, openness to receive, Connection to spirit, faith trust persistence, Directed Will, Releasing fears, Focus and commitment, following inner guidance and positive affirmations and beliefs about money.

The good thing is you don’t have to be or master all of these qualities, but you do need to be in at least one or two most of the time. They are the antidote to the mass consciousness belief in scarcity and have the power to attract your good and Money.

Esther and Jerry Hicks have written many books on these laws of attraction, and the ones I choose often are appreciation, gratitude and thanks. They speak of having a rampage of appreciation (Ask and it is Given). The first time I read “have a rampage of appreciation,” I laughed, as the word rampage usually meant something negative or angry. I enjoyed the paradox that you can have a very positive rampage of appreciation, thanks and gratitude.

This always makes me happy and uplifted. In this state I receive ideas that lead to all kinds of good.

For years I worked cleaning a real estate office. On every desk there was a small upright sign that said “Attitude is Everything.” I would lean over to empty each waste basket, and as I was standing up I would see the sign over and over again. That was the highest-producing office in the area and a reminder for me to stay in gratitude. The wonderful part of using these principles is the realization that you can change your life for the better any time and any place by simply changing your beliefs and qualities of thought and feeling.

Spiritual Prosperity-the Law of Attraction

When I was a child and went to Sunday school we were taught that “Love reflects love.”  As I grew up my mother told me often “birds of a feather flock together.”  I was also told that “like attracts like.”  What I didn’t know then was that  those expressions are testimony to the “Law of Attraction.”   Jesus taught us this principle when he said, “to those that have ,it is given, and to those who have not it is taken away.”In my young mind that statement didn’t seem fair.   I thought we should give to those that have not.  I didn’t understand the law of attraction.  Yes, giving is appropriate and an attracting quality to good,  though we each have to learn and discern what we are attracting by our thoughts, actions, and feelings, as that is what we will get more of.  The expression “nothing succeeds like success ,” is another way we discover this principle.

This law is as reliable as gravity and can cause us distress and consternation in our lives if we don’t understand it,  or, joy and fulfillment when we do. Continue reading Spiritual Prosperity-the Law of Attraction
