What is a bridge of love-light?

What is a bridge of love-light?

In the 1970s I attended Sacramento City College. My political science professor always walked very fast and determinedly into the classroom while almost shouting at the same time “so what, who cares, and what does it matter”? He got our attention and the phrase has stuck with me all of these years when I am teaching or writing to ask that question of myself before I begin. What is a bridge of love-light, who cares and what does it matter?

A bridge of love-light has infinite possibilities and is defined more by its result than concrete form. In fact it is often but not always found in the inner and invisible realms of thought, feelings, words, beliefs, concepts, consciousness, Spirit, and the Divine. Wow, that covers a lot of ground. Intentions and affirmations can sometimes also qualify. Laughter is a universal bridge as is smiling and beauty, art and kindness, and of course selfless generosity. When you feel lighter, more compassionate and more joyful you have likely experienced a bridge of love-light. They are most often very individualized as we are all so unique. The beauty of an orchid or a song, or view of a child playing may send chills up your spine but be “lost” on another. So you can see, the what and “so what”? Is infinite.

Who cares?

Well, being a light worker I care and hope you will too when you see how important these often simple bridges are to create. Catching a negative thought and changing it to a positive one, or simply noticing it and letting it go is a very powerful light bridge that affects you and those around you in a very beneficial way. We learn in “A Course in Miracles”(Foundation for Inner Peace) that realizing we can see peace instead of a negative thought or situation does create miracles. As Robert Frost has taught us taking the Road less travelled does make all the difference.

Caring by its nature is a bridge and is Love.

What does it matter?

IMG_0345-2Since you are reading this, you of all people know it couldn’t matter more as you are a light worker and a bridge of love-light simply by your being upon the Earth at this time. Sananda teaches us as the children of the Divine that, Beingness is supreme. When we are being the love that we are, we can’t help but create bridges of love-light in our own worlds that in turn light the whole world and All.

What matters most now is that you enjoy the fruits of your labors of creating the bridges of love-light that have helped humanity awaken to their Divinity. To realize you and your, friends, family and humanity are not separate from Divine Love is the very best effect of creating bridges of love-light that anyone could hope for and achieve.

Some of my own favorite light bridges: smiling at strangers from my heart center, flowers, singing, swimming, teaching, meditation, eating organic raspberries, giving fairy tea parties, making and sharing bread and cakes, watching sunrises and sunsets, being with my family, trees, nature, favorite books, the Ellen Degeneres T.V. Show, Arbonne products, dogs, horses, cats, the Ocean and, Love, love love practicing gratitude and sharing my joy. Plus more.

You can see the list is infinite. My bridges of love-light for you are that you enjoy life, have fun, feel free, and receive all of the love, joy, health and wealth that are here for you.

How Structured Water Can Change Our World, A Video

Water as love carries imprints of the environment, thoughts, feelings around it. Knowing that thoughts create, water can be imprinted with the thoughts of the most powerful divine frequencies: love, forgiveness and gratitude. When you use a structured water, easily imprinted with those thoughts, that carries within your own being and whatever is around, plants, animals, soil…, that message will be carried, which is very powerful and can even reduce major toxicity. These ideas have been explored by Masaru Emoto, and they’re the subject of this video posted to YouTube by Adam Abraham. Enjoy!

Water: Top Secret Masaru Emoto, A Video

The new world is dawning, which includes many simple, but profound, healing methodologies that anyone can learn to use. Nature with its elements is a healer. Water, being the manifestation of love in the elemental realms, has the quality of healing within it. Following up on Monday’s post, I want to share this great video posted on YouTube by “maxinatlanta.” Enjoy!

Flower essences, summary and easy procedure (video) to create your own

As we have learned “Quite simply put flowers heal,”  Dr. Edward Bach.

(Please note:  This article is not intended as Medical Advice, please consult with your health care professional for your specific concern.  This information IS concerned with helping you to experience more well-being, less stress, more consciousness, and more well-ness.)

This article (with some expansion to it) has been taken from the book, “The How and Why of Flower Essences,” by Nina Lee Wilkins copyright 2011.

The single video above shows in a very simple way how to make your own flower essences.  Why bother?

“Every flower bears a starry imprint.”  Paracelsus

Many subtle things happen for you while making and using flower essences.  Flowers represent the Divine Mystery of LOVE.  You may have heard the expression: God laughs in flowers.  Also one of my favorites that has been seen posted in many a garden public and private:

The Lord God planted a garden

In the first white days of the world,

And He set there an angel warden

In a garment of light unfurled.

The kiss of the sun for pardon,

The song of the birds for mirth,

One is nearer God’s heart in a garden

Than anywhere else on earth.

–Dorothy Frances Gurney in “Magic Gardens” by Corinne Heline, New Age Press 1944

A metaphysical principle states that all thought is creative.  Take that one step further with the principle that we can only think one thought at a time.  Next, God’s thoughts are real and eternal and are love.  Flowers bring us in tune with this reality as they are from the light.  As you stand still and look to the top or sides of a flower, softly focusing your attention, you may observe this light or aura.

When we work with flower essences we are working with God’s thoughts in spirit, manifested in form here in the physical.  Another way of saying this is that flowers are a manifestation of the light or angelic kingdoms.  We can think of flowers as angels manifest.

Another metaphysical principal we are working with is that God is all Good.  God has created every living thing as a unique manifestation, whether it is a snowflake, bird, or human.  Each is unique in some way.  Flowers are like that.  Each has its own vibrational signature even within its own species.  Roses have unique qualities such as peace and harmony within the same type of plant.  Because of these principles and unique mysterious qualities of the Divine we can tap into the subtle vibrations of a plant and bring that quality to our own being and consciousness.  As we do this we are lifted above the thought-form that caused our distress.

Because we can only think one thought at a time, and because we are connected with all that is, nature, God, and the universe we can utilize the vibration and light of the flower to join with our light and beingness and raise our frequencies.  In doing so we may harmonize our emotional body, which releases any energy that is not of a high vibration such as fear (stress), anxiety etc. which we know, over time, does not bring our birthright of Health. Why flower essences? Part III

Part III

To continue:  “Quite simply put, flowers heal” Dr. Edward Bach

Just beginning to think about flowers as healers has an impact on your consciousness.  Whenever we can take a step back from our worries, aches, pains, fears, or sorrows and know help is at hand in the simplest of forms we have moved slightly out of a negative mind generated space to one a little more positive.  I’ve found that when I just sit in a beautiful nature spot or garden and just “be” for as little as 15 minutes a change will come over me.  Stress and worry will dissipate naturally as the breeze blows old thought -forms away.  If you will just sit and let your thoughts flow by, as when you meditate, and then sit a little longer, maybe 20 minutes it is very likely that you will feel an uplift or sense of peace.  If your mind keeps chattering about all of the things you need to do, just say, “alright, it will all get done better in harmony” just relax for a minute.  Very likely then you will smell a sweet fragrance you hadn’t noticed:  a flower’s perfume that with your mind and thoughts racing you hadn’t noticed or smelled.  Then, maybe an insect, bird or butterfly will land near you.  This is my favorite part of noticing the subtle shift in my own energy, when it is calm and gentle and harmless enough to attract these little beings.  This is the framework or space in which you can receive the subtle energies of flowers.  As we are in this gentle space of communion with nature  we relax, let go of stress and breathe.  Since well-being and love is our core energy we allow our higher-self to give us inspiration on what course to take.  Our intuition is enhanced and inspiring thoughts begin to stream in.  Yes, all of this from breathing deeply,  andrelaxing into a garden or nature. Why flower essences? Part 2

To continue:

Why flower essences?  First, what is a flower essence?  It is the captured living essence of a flower.  It is the vibration of the flower and it’s consciousness.  With this in mind you can intuit that something different is going on in the use of flower essences than we are used to in the ordinary phenomenal world.  Yes, that is true.  Flower essences are a vibrational healing system discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the early part of the 20th Century.  I encourage you to go to the resources section of this blog and click on Bach Centre for more background information on the subject.

The field of vibrational healing is the healing system of the future which is Now.

Flower essences are considered a complementary therapy to homeopathy and other natural healing remedies including spiritual healing.  Spiritual healing starts with the premise that we are connected to a loving source, or creator which has the quality of well-being, hence well-being is our own core state of being.  It is not too far a leap from this knowingness to the idea that a flower could help us, since God, good is everywhere present.

Remember, in our spiritual (metaphysical practice) we always begin with love.  We are love and have God within us.

When we start there. receiving the bond between the plant and human realms is easy to believe.  Just as every human is unique with certain qualities so are flowers unique.  They have a very high ethereal quality and vibration.

Love is inclusive.  When we include and accept flowers into our consciousness as beings of light we can begin to make the evolutionary consciousness leaps that expands our cosmology and world view to allow for God, good to be everywhere present and in expressions that are helpful and good.  Flowers live for appreciation and are teaching us the power of appreciation to help us in every aspect of our lives.  I have loved to watch the improvement, in health, prosperity, and a sense of caring,  of impoverished inner cities with the advent of community gardens.  When a plant or flower or tree is present and alive an area is uplifted.  As more people join together in making the gardens their lives begin to be uplifted also.

It is not much of a stretch for most people to believe in “flower power” as gardening is the number one most popular hobby in the United States.

When we open to the possibility of this Universe being extremely friendly with an abundance of helpers at so many levels and forms we can begin to open to our good as Divine children.

As Dr. Bach discovered, “Quite simply put, flowers heal.”

Why flower essences?

Remember, in our metaphysical and Spiritual practice we always begin with Love.  Love is the most powerful force in the universe.  Why flower essences?  Flowers are a Divine expression of Love and are a bridge to your well-being and health.

Traditionally, we’ve taken flowers to sit on a loved one’s bed side table to encourage health, not even knowing that more than their fragrance, beauty, and color, their very essence heals.  Flowers are from the light, the Angelic and Devic world of love.  Their beingness IS love-light.

The hit play, and then movie ,”Steel Magnolias” had the essence of flowers correct: Stength in beauty, love, gentleness, wisdom ,and humor, while loving life through joy and  all of its heartaches.  The Divine feminine (which is also contained within men) and embodies in women, is expressed as strenth in love with beauty, grace ,and sweet fragrance, like flowers.

With this in mind, you may begin to understand how flower essences work.  Their essence is from the light realms and work on a vibrational level.  They work with your emotions, thoughts, consciousness and body to attain balance and peace.  We know from many recent medical reports that the root cause of most illness or dis-ease is stress.  So it follows that when you attain peace, your natural well-being surfaces and health along with it.

When we have peace and balance in our emotions our own immune system can heal us naturally.  When you use flower essences you are mentally telegraphing the angelic and devic kingdom for specific help.  Angels are in the spirit world all around us and the Devas are on the physical plane though just not visible to most humans as their vibration is so high. Kudos–7 Spirit Dolphins

You may have heard reports, as they are very common, of people having spiritual, uplifting, miraculous, and healing experiences when they swim with wild or captive dolphins.  Today, I’d like to share with you a way you might have these experiences without being in the water with dolphins.

Many years ago I attended a spiritual healing workshop in Jackson Hole, WY.  This was a time before I had opened to channel.  In the evening after our workshop session we, about 20 participants, sat in a circle to share our wisdom.  As we went around the circle several of the participants told me they saw spirit dolphins swimming around my head.  That was news to me.  I grew up in San Clemente, CA, surfing and swimming in the ocean almost daily and hadn’t really noticed dolphins that much.  The thought of spirit dophins swimming around my head seemed strange to me even though I knew I was intuitive and could feel what animals were saying; cats, dogs, and horses mainly. I really didn’t know what to make of spirit dolphins.  A couple of years later I formally opened to channel and found I was channeling Sananda and Kudos, 7-spirit dolphins.  I didn’t really have any clue as to how to  channel dolphins. All I knew was what people told me when I was channeling.  They felt and clairvoyantly saw the dolphins and felt uplifted and happy.

The first thing they taught me was how they think in wholeness.  The glass is neither half empty nor half full.  It is completely full; half full of something and half full of air and we need air.  Continue reading Kudos–7 Spirit Dolphins

Spiritual Prosperity -Delight as Motivation

Remember, the overall theme of this blog is Spiritual Prosperity with a Foundation in Metaphysical Practice.  As I mentioned before, I start my practice with Love, and Kudos tells me to jump.  Jumping makes me laugh.  Not taking myself to seriously is key. You might wonder what Dolphins have to do with this.  As I promised last week, I would give you another attracting quality to your good, and a repelling one.  An attracting quality that the dolphins demonstrate for us is delight as motivation.  Fun, play, and exhuberance are emanated from most dolphins.  A repelling quality is greed.  One aspect of greed is the feeling or thought of “not enough.”  Remember we can only think one thought at a time so to let go of greed we can be in attracting thoughts, feelings, and qualities.  Dolphins love to swim, play, make love and eat herring.  They fish in group cooperation and each gets fed.  They live in many attracting qualities: delight, joy, fun, and play. Spiritual Prosperity-the Law of Attraction

When I was a child and went to Sunday school we were taught that “Love reflects love.”  As I grew up my mother told me often “birds of a feather flock together.”  I was also told that “like attracts like.”  What I didn’t know then was that  those expressions are testimony to the “Law of Attraction.”   Jesus taught us this principle when he said, “to those that have ,it is given, and to those who have not it is taken away.”In my young mind that statement didn’t seem fair.   I thought we should give to those that have not.  I didn’t understand the law of attraction.  Yes, giving is appropriate and an attracting quality to good,  though we each have to learn and discern what we are attracting by our thoughts, actions, and feelings, as that is what we will get more of.  The expression “nothing succeeds like success ,” is another way we discover this principle.

This law is as reliable as gravity and can cause us distress and consternation in our lives if we don’t understand it,  or, joy and fulfillment when we do. Continue reading Spiritual Prosperity-the Law of Attraction
