Mastering the Art of Creating, Allowing and Receiving Your Highest Good

“The
Good that is for you is your God. Do you not move toward your Good?”

-Emma Curtis Hopkins, Scientific Christian Mental Practice

“As you think thoughts that feel good to you, you will be in harmony with who you really are.”
– Abraham, via Esther and Jerry Hicks

Every thing is created out of the divine qualities of Life, Truth and Love.
– Sananda

We are made in the image and likeness of our Creator, hence we are creators.

We can use these principals to create. Self Love is the key to create, allow and receive our good.

We are in a time on our dear Mother Earth that is ripe with a need for our creativity and the power of our collective consciousness to manifest new levels of health, wealth and needed solutions to a myriad of planetary problems. You have the answers, and so do I. The key, as the Hicks have taught us, is releasing resistance and allowing our good. Allowing and receiving our good is Self Love. Our Self Love will radiate love to others.

When I’m in resistance, I struggle to even remember the definition of resistance. Abraham teaches us that resistance is being in a vibration that doesn’t match our Creator’s vibration. Thinking thoughts that stem from fear is resistance. Believing in separation from our Creator and our good is resistance.

I taught a year -long Spiritual Prosperity class with 15 participants on creating and manifesting miracles and our good. We met in my home for a few hours every two weeks. Part of the class was channeled by me from Sananda and my high self, part was a group meditation and channeling from all in our circle, and part was sharing our miracle manifestations and anecdotes of using and demonstrating the prosperity principles we had learned.

One of the very important principles I learned, and keep learning, is noticing and releasing resistance to my good. In the class, each week I would assign homework that was designed to enhance the practical and useful aspects of the Spiritual principles we were studying. What stood out to me was that usually only half or less of our group did the homework or any practice between our meeting times. We had all agreed that we wanted to increase our good, so I kept asking the Divine why this was so.

I realized that the resistance to completing the homework assignments was the same resistance we all had to allowing and receiving our good– the very same resistance that was keeping out our desires for wealth, happiness and a myriad of unmanifested wishes. Resistance is resistance. To me, this was a huge revelation. The quality and vibration of resistance is not conducive to creating our Good regardless of the form it takes. It can be any of the derivatives of fear in their subtle forms; not the fight or flight fear that is for our survival, but qualities that are invisible to us until we root them out.

This type of resistance might be doubt in our abilities, lack of confidence, unworthiness, procrastination, fear of being criticized or a lack of Self Love, to name a few of the popular ones.

I invite you to look at any resistance you may have to creating, allowing and receiving your good. The best way to release resistance is to notice it, put it in the light of love and turn toward what you want to create. Use anything that you have noticed is a bridge of love-light for you. Meditation, music, exercise, or driving in the countryside can put you back in the receiving mode. A funny paradox is your power is not resisting resistance but transforming it into love. Create. Have fun. Sing. Dance. All of these activities release resistance.

There you have it. You will be in the vibration that creates worlds, which is really fun. This is a time when we are being asked to love ourselves in the highest and best way we know how and then increase that little by little every day.

I thank you. What blesses one, blesses all.

The photo for today contains meaningful symbols for me that, when viewed, take me right into my own creativity.

Transformation

By Nina Wilkins

We are in the midst of an incredible, immeasurable, mysterious, miraculous planetary shift of the ages. Wow. Almost too amazing to grasp. This change includes You. Your family, friends, pets, plants, trees, all animals, all species, soil, water, flowers– you name it. Every part of Gaia, Sophia, Virgo, Patcha Mama, our incredible Earth Mother, will transform and is transforming to a higher way of being Love. A higher frequency of Life and our higher spiritual Truths are manifesting all around us.

You may want to start small with these ideas as Sananda has told me often over the years that the planetary changes begin with us. You and I are building the New Earth by the way we live. Our consciousness of good is transmitting light to all around us. He has mentioned many times that the major changes in our world will be grass roots, from ourselves, our self love, to loving and forgiving our human family and to becoming conscious of the fact that we are all connected. We are not separate from our Creator, our Planet and all of her inhabitants including the Unified Universal Love of All.

Dandelions, frogs and butterflies show us by their lives how natural it is to transform into an entirely different form and still be themselves, though an expanded version of their essence. We are transforming into our higher selves as we speak. We are changing into our soul-infused personalities. As we become more aware and awaken to our good, we can make small changes that make a huge difference in our lives. In past blogs I have written about flower essences, charged water, crystals and music as simple and easy ways to help us transform daily.

Other readily available helpers are Herbs. Over the years learning about herbs and flower essences has been my hobby. We are all very unique in our bodies, emotions, beliefs and cultural adaptations, so I invite you to try a variety of herbs that you are drawn to. I have found Traditional Medicinals to be a high quality, reliable and available source of herbal teas. Teas are a good way to learn about herbs and to discover their benefits for You.

I have always loved dandelions. Their herbal profile is stated on the box in the photo below. Also, the Spirit of transformation is part of their essence. Your time will be well spent learning about and using herbs. One of my favorite mail order companies is Monterey Bay Spice Company. They are reasonably priced and have a beautiful online monthly newsletter. They sell herbs, spices and teas.

Every small change for the better we make in our lives will help the collective consciousness rise. Letting go of plastic will help our waters infinitely. Eating organic foods enhances our bodies but also soils and our farmers’ health. Riding bikes is fun and helps our air quality. So, let’s go. We do know what to do and be and it’s not too late.

The Power of NOW, a Bridge of Love-Light

I discovered one day that the letters in the word “Now” when reversed equal “WON.” I feel that is so true. When we are in the Now, we are in Real life. We are present. We win, in the highest sense, for our own peace, health, creativity and well-being are included in presence. Most importantly we allow Divine Presence to come through us. Oprah has said that Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now, is one of five books that she always keeps by her bed. His teachings are simple and very necessary for our shift into the higher consciousness of our New Earth.

Years ago I came upon a video of an “Ode to Joy” flash mob in Spain. It made me so happy that I viewed it several times. That flash mob video is included in Eckhart’s teaching video above, so you will receive double the fun and enlightenment. The expressions of the surprised and awed onlookers remind me of the innocence and joy of humanity as a whole.

Joy is our essential nature. We have been created out of Love, and we are still Love. As we contemplate that fact, we are returned to our innocence and the knowing that we are the Beloved of the Divine. We feel this very powerfully in Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy.” My grandson, Cooper, has just learned to play this piece on his recorder, and it gives me the same uplift as when played by a full professional orchestra. The original composer was in the Divine presence when he wrote it, so that essence is still present. That quality of presence is immortal because it is Divine.

It is simple for us to experience presence because it is within us and is our true nature. Meditating for at least 20 minutes brings us to the state of allowing presence to well up in us.

Each morning I have one cup of coffee. I want to be present for enjoying each sip as I love coffee and I only drink one cup a day. Any more and my thinking becomes more dominant than my heart space. Each morning I notice when I become present while drinking, I’m so disappointed when either half of it is gone or sometimes the whole cup is gone before I’m aware. I’ve missed the pleasure, taste and aroma of my favorite beverage by not being present in the Now.

Practicing the Power of Now actually increases time. You become aligned with your highest good. As the presence wells up within you it de-stresses you. Divine ideas flow in. You are in “spaciousness,” as Eckhart teaches.

One discovery I made for myself in this practice is the Now, or moment, is not about linear (or clock) time; it is a Portal to our own Divinity. Babaji teaches us that the only affirmation we ever need is “I am as God created me: perfect, whole, and complete.” When we are in the Now, allowing presence, and we affirm this Truth it becomes more and more real for us. One of the real treasures of this practice.

If you haven’t already, I hope you enjoy Eckhart ‘s book The Power of Now and the video included above.

Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature and You.

Rock Rose, one of the 5-flower Bach Rescue Remedy
Rock Rose, one of the 5-flower Bach Rescue Remedy

Many years ago when I was choosing the name for my blog, I asked Sananda what would encompass the whole of what he was teaching me. I asked, “What exactly do I do when I’m helping people either with channeling, or prayer or energy work?” and he said, “You are a bridge of love-light.” This made me happy, and he told me that Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature, our innocence as Divine Children and flowers would heal the Earth.

Today I have included several photos that I took at the Carmelite Monastery in Carmel, CA. Each of the flowers have personal significance for me and uplift me when I see them. Bridges of love and light  are personal to ourselves. Each may be one of our infinite variety of choices to uplift us– music, laughing, meditating, praying, dancing, thanking, forgiving, being in the Now… all work wonderfully well. As a collective of humanity, we are reaching higher to awaken to our true higher selves, hence our need for bridges to our Eden; our own unique symbols that help us reach higher. My love of Nature, and her beauty and elements, never fails to lift me higher and make me feel better, best, then inspired, then joy.

May these flowers (and Frog) inspire you to create your very own Heaven on Earth. Since we are all connected, we will all share in our Nova Earth. It is here now.

Gem Water

Amethyst, quartz and rose quartz crystals and clear water for making Gem Water. Photo by Nina Wilkins

I love water.

Last week’s blog, The Divine Mystery of Water, taught us that water is the manifestation of Love in the elemental realm. Also, Masaru Emoto’s research discovered that water has memory.

Water as a medium can create wonderful elixirs from the light and energy frequencies of crystals.

A few months ago I was ordering a crystal healing book, but I mistakenly ordered Gem Water: How to Prepare and Use More than 130 Crystal Waters for Therapeutic Treatments, by Michael Gienger and Joachim Goebel. What a perfect mistake. I love this book. It is well researched and very simple to use. It contains precise, succinct and invaluable descriptions of crystals with their mineralogy, healing properties, indications, preparation and category (weak or strong).

The information in this small book is as comprehensive as those given in much larger and more extensive books. I appreciate this so much as I love simplicity.

This book teaches how to make crystal-infused water by several different methods: placing crystals directly in water ( I don’t advise until you are confident in your knowledge), boiling, evaporation, test tube and transferring energy from crystals. All of these methods are good.

For today, I chose the transferring energy from crystals (my photo above). I’m an energy worker but a beginner in making gem waters. I know this method is effective.

I chose the basic mixture as it is one I have used in my channeling and energy work without the water. Amethyst, clear Quartz and Rose Quartz. This combination helps with clarity, love and well-being. I use the Amethyst for opening my crown chakra and Quartz for amplifying love and light. I love Rose Quartz for my love connection to Divine Mother, Self love and kindness.

If you have an interest in crystals, even if just for their beauty, I feel you would enjoy this process and book very much.

I very much enjoy the consciousness expansion I receive using crystals, and I’m always reminded of how much Mother Earth loves us.

Jump, Play, Love

I first met Kudos, 7 Spirit  Dolphins, in 1983 at a Healing workshop in Jackson, Wyoming.  After one of the lectures, the presenter had us sit in a circle and pass around a speaking stick. The “stick” was a long (about 10 inches), clear crystal wand. I had never seen anything like it.

At that time, public speaking terrified me– especially impromptu, with people I had never met. We proceeded around the circle of 20 participants, and I was fascinated by what people had to say about the question, “What simple thing could you do to make your life better?” I loved hearing the different points of view, but noticed how long, complex and difficult each person’s answer to the question was. Then, it was a 12-year-old boy’s turn. He quickly answered saying,” I would try new things, and meet new people and be in nature having fun.”

All of us, the adults in the circle, laughed and agreed: that is it! Each of the adults had had long, drawn-out responses with many pauses in their answers. All these years later, his is the only response I remember.

After the close of the circle, several of the participants came up to me to tell me I had Spirit Dolphins swimming around the top of my head. I was surprised and amazed and didn’t really know what to do with that information. I had always loved surfing, the Oceans and Dolphins, but I didn’t really understand I could channel Dolphins until I took an Opening to channel workshop in 1987 with Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. Again, several of the other participants saw the Spirit Dolphins around me. “Wow,” I thought, “what should I do with this?”

Over and over again I would hear, “Jump, Play, Love, swim and eat herring.” Over the many years, that is the only verbal guidance I have received from them except one other phrase: “The legend of the Golden Dolphin. Twelve Times in Humanity’s history, the Golden Dolphins have wanted to share their knowledge with Humanity but realized they weren’t ready. Now is the 13th time, and Humanity is ready.”

The other unusual aspect of that circle that has unfolded in my life, and grown exponentially since then, is my resonance and channeling abilities with Kudos. They have helped me develop my telepathy, energy work, clairaudience, clairsencience, empathy and channeling ability all on nonverbal levels. They have helped me enormously in my ability to feel and communicate with the Spirit of nature and understand that everything is connected.

So far, that is what I have received. I’m guessing more will be revealed as we move more into Nova Earth, Oneness, Love, Creativity, Co-operation, Joy, Fun and Unity.

In the meantime of now I am following their guidance to Jump, Play, Love, Have Fun and Eat herring. My favorite.

Silence, Stillness and Simplicity

Carmel Beach – Photo by Hana Wilkins

Three words that carry so much power in our lives. These states can often be overlooked in our busy, noisy world. Each, when practiced regularly can bring us to the realization that our happiness comes from within.

“Be still, and know that I am God” says it all. Silence is golden.

Stillness Speaks, Eckhart Tolle’s powerful book, reminds us of our Divine Presence within.

Simplicity shows us we can quickly return to our Highest Self just by breathing and touching our heart. (HeartMath Institute, Gregg Braden).

Happiness springs up easily from that stillness within because Joy is our true Nature.

“The Music of Silence” is a beautiful demonstration of these principles. It is an autobiographical movie about the life of one of my all time favorite singers, Andrea Bocelli. His singing and voice/life coach teaches him that in order to have the best depth of quality from his voice he needs to practice Silence.

Andrea has achieved more than his best quality by practicing silence. He has achieved transcendence in his singing. I had the opportunity of seeing one of his live performances. The audience, including me, experienced that transcendence; we cried, felt love and had goosebumps together throughout the performance. Speechless, awed and happy I left that concert feeling the high self and spirit of that incredible beingness of Andrea Bocelli.  Truly inspiring.

When we are in touch with our inner stillness, silence, the simplicity of our God Self has a chance to guide us and bring the smallest and greatest aspects of our lives into transcendence. My mom’s famous Lemon Meringue pie was definitely transcendent. Never to be duplicated. As a child I would join her sitting on the couch and ask her, “What are you doing?” She would respond, “I’m just Being.” “Oh, Being.” I always remembered that feeling that it was OK to just Be. Now I realize that her beingness and stillness went right into her transcendent Lemon Meringue pie and all of her cooking.

We all have very unique, transcendent, Divine qualities to share that can be encouraged to make themselves known by practicing mindfulness, meditation, stillness, simplicity and just Being. My wish is that you will know how incredibly wonderful you are and that you will share your own transcendent qualities even if just for yourself.

Don’t worry. Be happy.

Every Day is Earth Day

You and I, along with the animal kingdoms, ocean realm, sky worlds, fairy realms and elementals, are all Bridges of Love Light to heaven. Our Eden, Mother Earth, and all of her inhabitants are very alive and sentient beings and are here to be enjoyed, loved and nurtured

Now.

You and I, we, are beloved Bridges of Love and Light from Earth to heaven and back again in a constant movement of sharing our spiritual selves and Earth selves.

Each of us said we would help one of these beings or realms before we were born. I remembered this pre-birth agreement I had, saying I would help the oceans, cetaceans, trees, horses and dogs. You may have remembered your agreement also. If not consciously yet, you may begin having dreams of spirit animals or plants you are especially drawn to. It is fun, simple and satisfying to help our Earth Mother and our Father Sky.

Recognizing our Oneness with Heaven, Mother Earth and Father Sky, opens up infinite possibilities for creating the world we love to live in and share with others.

Trees, the standing people, love to interact with us. My grandson, Cooper, taught me how to hug a tree. He said, “You walk up to a tree and put your flat palm against it.”  A great way to start your conversation with a tree!

I love to stand in the middle of fairy ring trees. Trees that grow close together in a circle, leaving just enough room for you to stand in the middle. I love doing this and just being with the spirit of the trees. I sometimes put my back against the tree and feel its life force enlivening and strengthening me. Refreshing and inspiring.

Creating your own ceremonies and rituals with Mother Earth will bring you many benefits. One is what Glenda Green’s book, Love without End: Jesus Speaks, teaches us—innocent perception. We become as children and see Nature innocently. Instead of looking at a tree as we see a TV screen, we innocently perceive it. We feel its essence and discover its true nature and ours. This wonder and oneness transports us to our own innocence and love. We might wonder, how can I make this tree more comfortable? What does it need? I’ve found that when I take the time to perceive in this way, I feel more peace and well-being within myself.

Two websites I want to highlight again today are Mother Nature Network and Perelandra.

Each one has a wealth of nature research ongoing with infinite variety and ideas on how to understand our Earth Mother and All of her inhabitants, spiritually and physically.

Perelandra is a site that I have visited many times, and I always feel that I have barely scratched the surface. Machaelle Wright’s book Perelandra Soil-less Garden Companion is an exploration in how to see that everything in our lives– our work, home projects, and art– really are gardens. She works in very deep ways with the sprit of nature, and her work is not only revolutionary but very practical, with numerous healing tools and flower essences for sale. The site always sparks new ideas for me and is very healing by its nature of giving and sharing love.

Love, Gratitude, Forgiveness

Lola Wilkins by Nina Wilkins

These three qualities are all you need to create your own heaven on Earth. Easter and Earth Day are only one day apart this year.

Living in Carmel by the Sea, California, which is termed “Dog Town USA,” you will often see the bumper sticker “Dog is my Co-Pilot.” It’s easy for your thought to turn to “God is my co-pilot,” and then progress to “God is my Pilot.” Dogs are pure love for sure. I have had the joy and healing from my dogs over the years and they have been a constant and sure sign of how much we are loved by dogs and God.

When we contemplate and meditate on Love, not just as a thought, or word or feeling we can be transported through an open window or door in our consciousness to true power and creativity. We can remember how we create heaven on Earth.

Gratitude is Divine Prosperity. Appreciation never fails to lift you higher and higher towards heaven the more you practice it. Many years ago, I realized one of my main missions in life was to teach Spiritual Prosperity. I discovered that Gratitude, the quality and force of feeling and sincerely being grateful, changed everything to Love, the strongest force in the Universe. I have learned that Gratitude and Love are actually the same vibration and cannot help but attract our good. The photo below, a wild turkey, came to my window when I was meditating on thanking for all of my blessings. I laughed as it is the animal kingdom totem for Gratitude—Thanks Giving.

I love synchronicity. Seeing that sweet bird coming into my prayer made me laugh and lighten up about the tasks at hand.

Forgiveness ties everything together into present-time Love. I love it when friends or acquaintances say “Namaste” to me. The God in me salutes the God in you. Grievances can be released and we remember our Oneness. Now is the time to practice forgiveness in an even deeper way as we move to our experience of Earthly Heaven.

The Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono is one of deep forgiveness. Dr. Hew Len healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients in Hawaii using this process on himself. He saw their files and healed within himself that quality that caused their illness, and then they were healed. He never saw them in person as they were violent. He just saw their files. When we heal ourselves of hatred, anger, rage or any other lower frequencies, everyone around us benefits. The complete story of these miraculous healings is told by Dr. Joe Vitale in his book Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More.

When our own less-than-love qualities are triggered by people or events in our lives, we can practice Ho’oponopono. Mentally say, “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.” We can say it to our inner child, ourselves, the Earth or the person causing the upset that brings up that quality within us.

Dr. Hew Len and Dr. Joe Vitale both have many free videos on YouTube teaching these processes and correlating them with health and wealth. Here’s one from Dr. Len:

Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature and You

Earth Day is coming up and is the day after Easter this year. A lot to celebrate of the goodness of spring and renewal. I would like to invite you to create an Earth Celebration either for yourself, or family and friends, or to join one of the many group Mother Gaia parties. Gaia is a living Being who also goes by these names: Patcha Mama, Sophia and Virgo. I find when I am loving Mother Nature and calling her by name I’m inspired to give back to her for all she has given me.

These are a few things you might want to include in your party- ceremonies for the sheer joy and fun of it:

  • Music and dancing. The fairies, leprechauns, gnomes, sprites, undines, Pan, sylphs and Earth Devas love beautiful flute music and string instruments.
  • Honoring of the four directions; North for clarity and direction on your path, South for innocence fun and your inner child, East for your continued Spiritual Growth and Divine Awakening and West for inspiration and gratitude for all that is and all that you have.
  • Also include all of the elementals, Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Make up appreciation rituals that can be as simple as making a beautiful meal or putting your bare feet in the earth. As you are aware of these elementals and are appreciating them you may start to see brighter colors in your garden or maybe catch a glimpse of flickering lights around your flowers. Another benefit is the profound feeling of connection with all that is. We are part of the Earth and part of heaven. We are heaven on Earth in form as are all of God’s Creatures and Creations.

One day as I was making a High Tea Party for my family and friends I had the very strong thought from my garden fairies that they were the ones who had inspired tea parties in England and Ireland. Having the beauty of porcelain tea cups, sitting in a flower garden with a sparkling Rose table cloth and napkins set the preamble for enjoying tiny cakes, clotted cream, scones, berry  jam, lemon curd, rainbow crystal sugar and, of course, the dainty watercress sandwiches. Beautiful teapots filled with steaming liquid amber made the celebration complete. I’ve always thought of these as Prosperity Teas. Taking the time to be together and relax in a garden is a very potent and luxurious Earth ceremony. Before I realized the fairies had inspired these gatherings I always became so happy and inspired to create when my sister, Charmaine, or my friend, Janette, gave one to me. Now I love taking the time for a tea party even more.

So, I hope you will join in with all of the Earth elementals and people to celebrate Earth Day April 22, 2019. You will soon realize every day is Grandmother Earth, Mother Earth, Gaia, Sophia, Virgo Day. You will definitely be inspired by this process to co-create your own heaven on Earth.

In the video below you will meet Carol Weakland and the Leprechauns. I discovered her recently, and I love her work.
