The Golden Age of Aquarius—Continued

When I was growing up and asked my mom for something I really wanted, she would often say: “We’ll see. Let’s let it unfold.” Combined with that thought was the affirmation I had learned in church from Mary Baker Eddy, which was, “Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need.” That affirmation and my mom’s “Let’s let it unfold,” are good ways to understand the Now of our new world. In allowing for our wishes to unfold, we can allow the cooperative components of Universal love to play their part in our manifestations as Abraham, through the Hicks‘ material, teaches. I have seen many demonstrations of Always Meeting My Need just at the perfect time. One such occurrence happened yesterday; I received Summer with the Leprechauns in the mail.

Over the last few years, since about 2011, several of my friends have asked me, “Have you read Summer with the Leprechauns?” I would answer, “No, but I really want to.” I attempted to order it a few times, but the order didn’t go through, and I left it for another time, which is Now. Perfect timing.

Wonderful. So many aspects of our New Earth of communing and learning from the elementals in Ireland are described. The story is very engaging, because the author, Tanis Hellliwell, is experiencing a relationship with a Leprechaun family whose mission is to teach humans the ways of the elementals. I am learning so many new perspectives for helping and healing Mother Earth and assisting the elementals in their work. From the simple ways to chose foods that are good for us and not harmful to the beings that help them grow, to watching what thoughts and emotional energy we send into the world.

I believe this is the perfect time for You to read this book. So much joy and enlightenment.

Another treasure that I just had the good fortune to see is a documentary film on Netflix, My Octopus Teacher. This incredible story would have been unbelievable and relegated to a whimsical “fairy tale” just a few years ago. The viewer gets to experience first hand the relationship the videographer has with an octopus. His skill and sensitivity create such a beautiful documentary that is very inspiring. Our connections with all of creation are documented in a very unique and loving way.

After seeing this beautiful creation and reading Summer with the Leprechauns, I can’t help but feel the urgency for all of us to awaken and realize in a very real sense we are all needed and integral parts of Mother Nature, Divine Love and the elementals .

We are all needed to bring our joy, intelligence and love to be shared by all in our Golden Age, which is present NOW.

The Golden Age of Aquarius

We entered the Golden Age of Aquarius last February. Just as when a cold body of water joins a warm body, a current, or swirl, is created. Our old consciousness is meeting the new, and many swirls are being created. To create the world you would love to live in, align with the main qualities of the Golden Age of Aquarius. Each quality is infinite and is supported by the Company of Heaven, as this Age has been called Heaven on Earth.

These are the qualities to have in your awareness, consciousness and beingness so you may out-picture them, or manifest them, in your world: Love is the power and creative force. Love is the leader.

Grandmother Earth and Mother Nature and every living thing, including YOU, are an essential part of our understanding of the qualities of Oneness and Unity, which are the foundation of the Golden Age.

Teamwork and Cooperation are the order of the day as taught to us by Dolphins, Whales, Wolves and infinite expressions of Mother Nature. Observing the oneness of Nature will guide us.

A change in our experience of time. Everything in the New World is Now.

A consciousness of plenty for all. No need to hoard or fear loss. Working with Nature and each other and the power of Love creates plenty.

Creativity. When we meditate and allow our Divine Presence to well up, NOW, our creativity is engaged. The feeling is sublime, and solutions for our own lives occur to us and sparks of joy light up ideas to create for fun, art or our own enjoyment. Fun, sharing and joy spring up.

Working and Playing with Mother Nature’s elementals are a magical, mystical and powerful treat for all of us. Imagine seeing your own guiding elemental for the first time. Whether it is Pan, the non-localized Spirit of Nature; a flower fairy or landscape Deva; a dragon, mermaid, or merman; a tree spirit or unicorn; or the angel of the North Sea– to name just a few– you will be filled with delight and wonder. Such a wonder-full world to look forward to and be in.

We will enjoy these elementals as the Earth’s vibration is rising to meet their high vibration. We share the Earth with them already, and now with humanity’s awakening, we can learn from all of these Divine creations and enjoy their friendship, wisdom, lightness and Love.

So, I invite you to put all of these qualities into your awareness and activities, and enjoy the fruits of your new manifestations.

Love is the power and leader, so let Love do its job.
Mother Nature is our teacher and the home we share with all of creation.
NOW is our power of Divine Presence.
Unity and Oneness with our Creator, Creation and Humanity are the Reality.
The elementals are teaching us and loving us.
Plenty and abundance for all is the order of the day.
Teamwork and Cooperation with Love provide everything.
Creativity, from our own unique beingness, brings the Golden Age into manifestation for all to share. We are all needed.

There are powerful spiritual Laws we can all learn and use.

Emily Dickinson said it: “All I know of Love, is Love is all there is.”

“Be still and know that I am God.” The presence of our Creator wells up within us in the stillness. We feel peace and joy.

I love Eckhart Tolle’s book Stillness Speaks, a wonderful book that affirms this idea.
Meditating is the ideal way to hear your still, small voice. The YouTube video at the end of this blog is a meditation with Eckhart Tolle. It’s not a lecture. You can meditate right along with Eckhart. It brought me so much peace and the feeling that all is well.

God is Love and everywhere present.

“Our only responsibility is to accept the Atonement for ourselves.” Atonement means being at one with our Creator and all that is, Oneness. (Via “A Course in Miracles,” Foundation for Inner Peace.)

“Birds of a feather flock together”– My mom’s favorite expression. Better known as the Law of Attraction.

You are a perfect, unique, innocent, child of God, who loves you beyond your comprehension. You inherited your Father-Mother God’s ability to create. You create by your thoughts, words and feelings. Tell the story to yourself and others, your story, the story that you WANT to live. As we affirm and tell our story the way we want it to be we create it. We need to believe it to see it. — Sananda, Abraham and Saint Germaine

There are two very important components to manifesting, allowing and receiving your Good. One, Forgiveness of yourself and others, and two, BEING in the qualities of gratitude, thanks and appreciation.

Forgiveness returns us to love. A wonderful book by that name, A Return to Love, by Marianne Williamson, teaches us, in depth, how Love does its job as we forgive ourselves and others.

Thanks, Gratitude and Appreciation put us in the vibration of Love where we can create and allow our good. A wonderful book, Ask and It is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, teaches us the nuts and bolts of vibrational creation and manifesting, by using rampages of appreciation and intentionally feeling good by focusing on what we want to create.

Note: we also have the ability to temporarily block our good by un-love, which is in truth a fiction because Love is all there is. We do this by using our free will backwards by criticizing, condemning and complaining. We can quickly jump forward by realizing we are love and have the ability to create a wonderful life for ourselves by returning to Love.

There you have it. Many of the simple yet powerful laws of the Universe that manifest in infinite ways.

So, as Abraham says, through the Hicks material, the most important thing is for us to feel good. As we feel good we can create our desires.

Enjoy the fun, joy and satisfaction of creating your good by letting Love do its job.

What is a Bridge of Love Light?

We are created out of light and love.

I’m writing about these bridges because they bring us joy, our natural estate, and connections to our high selves, which consciously connect us to our source. When we feel connected to our higher love light we can easily contact and express our creativity. Expressing our creativity at this level is Divine– and very uplifting and fun.

We each have our own unique, individualized bridges. Discovering them is fun. When I ask my inner being what is my most uplifting bridge of love light today, it almost always has to do with Mother Nature, trees, flowers and water. Sometimes, my bridge to a higher feeling tone is cleaning my bathroom. I always say to my high self, “Are you sure that is it?” I do it, and sure enough, it makes me feel super happy. It looks shiny and feels clean. I love shiny things.

Our happiness is important and can come in many surprising ways. I have been following
Abraham’s teachings, Esther and Jerry Hicks, for quite some time. They teach the most important thing is for us to feel good. “Think thoughts that make you feel good.” Sometimes that feels out of reach, so I try their other practices that never fail me. Step one, meditate for 15 minutes every day. Step two, go on a “rampage of appreciation.” Step three, release resistance to your good. Allow your good. These are all very potent bridges to your highest good.

Another powerful bridge is the Power of Now. When we become still, we allow the stillness to bring up our presence, Our Love, Our beingness. From this place of consciousness we can discover our connection to all that is. We become our own bridge of love light, then our appreciation of our creator, Mother Nature, our friends, our talents and our selves, grows by leaps and bounds. Life becomes fun. We feel like singing and dancing.

Today, my wish for us all is to discover our bridges. We have entered the Golden Age of Aquarius so we have available to us, with easy access, The Power of Now, LOVE everywhere Present. Creativity supported by the Divine. We are One in Spirit and are realizing this fact. Unity consciousness is helping us to Co-operate and enjoy teamwork and is supported by these new frequencies. These are the main qualities of our new world and each is infinite in expression.

I wish for us to explore and discover our own expressions of the qualities that bring us joy, joy, joy.

Flowers and flower essences never fail me, along with going out to lunch with my daughters and friends, body boarding in the ocean, watching the sun rise and set, seeing the beauty and interconnectedness of Mother Nature, and an infinity of discovery of God’s Good for us All.

My spiritual teacher, Emma Curtis Hopkins teaches: “Everyone knows what their Good is.
Move toward your Good.” Your Good is your own unique bridge of love light. Enjoy more
of your good, as it is infinite and always waiting for your discovery.

A Higher Perspective: You and I Are Bridges of Love-Light With Mother Nature

Symbols, or metaphors, I enjoy for the four directions (these are just a few, as they are infinite): North- top, our trees or the standing people are leading us; East- right, celestite and pearls are reminding us of our pure connection to spirit and that pearls are formed by healing irritations that are transmuted to wisdom; South- bottom, is our Dolphins teaching us to play in the waters of Love; West- left, is discovering our connection to creativity for the Earth and her many elemental kingdoms.

In 1986 I traveled with two friends to the “Gathering of the Children of Light” on Mt. Shasta in California. I had seen a very small little advertisement on the bulletin board of East West
Bookstore, my home away from home, in Menlo Park. All it said was “A gathering on Mt. Shasta: Three days with speakers and channeling; $50.00, including meals.” Pat, Marilyn and I thought: “What fun! We will camp at Crystal Lake and see what the gathering is all about.”

We didn’t know what to expect and were planning for the adventure of going to a new place and being three women out on our own, which was not the norm of the time. How quickly life has changed. Our campsite was breathtaking, with a view of the mountain, and our spirits were very high and joyful. The first morning, we traveled up the Mountain, not quite to Panther Meadows, and came to a clearing with a wooden stage built for the event and a makeshift kitchen. To our surprise there were 300 people there. We kept looking at each other with expressions of, “Wow, how did we get here?”

The three days were nothing short of miraculous. On the first day, at the morning break, I noticed a young man with several people standing around him. I walked over to see that he was holding an optically clear, eight-sided, quartz crystal about 11 inches long. I had never seen anything like it and could see why people were exclaiming at its beauty. He casually said, “Well, everyone needs a metaphor.”

Right after seeing the crystal, I was walking across the grounds with a man I had just met, and we had walked several hundred feet before I realized we had been having an entire conversation telepathically. I was starting to get the gist that this was going to be an amazing three days.

The speakers were the “Who’s Who” of channels at the time, and the gathering was presented by “The Association of Sananda and Sanat Kumara,” A.S.S.K. I had read many of the books authored by these channels and was thrilled to meet them: Virginia Essene, Sister Thedra and Tueta to name a few. The book compiled and published from that event is still available on Amazon: Celestial Raise; ‘Tiers of Light’ Pouring Forth from the Son, compiled by Marcus.

As the days progressed my friends and I were transformed without even realizing it. At the breaks we were treated to amazing meals that seemed to have just materialized for a group of 300 people. Marilyn and Pat and I noticed how quiet and peaceful and harmonious the days were when we noticed several men spaced several yards apart, around the perimeter, doing light work. We hadn’t seen this energy work before, but it was explained to us by one of the volunteers.

We often don’t know when an event or a moment will change our lives and transform us. I stayed an extra day so I could attempt to integrate all I had experienced and to explore the Mountain. A volunteer told me to make sure and visit Panther Meadows, which I did, and was delighted by Alpine meadow wildflowers and an “otherworldly feeling.” Later I found out it was named after St. Germaine’s Spirit-Panther that people had seen there, not realizing the Panther was a spirit.

As I drove home the next day, alone, a song kept playing on the radio, “We are the World, We are the Children.” A very strange thing happened; no matter what channel I turned to, this same song was playing. I had about 300 miles to drive. About every 10 minutes, the entire way, this song came on. I got the message. That was the moment I committed to my World Service, even though I didn’t know what it was going to be. A few months later I formally opened to channel at a workshop given by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer.

We are in the time now of a Global Transformation. People are opening their hearts and realizing they have a spiritual purpose, even though they don’t quite know what it is. Keep listening to your inner high self, and you will hear step-by-step what to do. Be Love, and you will see you have never been separated from your Creator, your fellow man or Mother Nature.

A Higher Perspective: Butterflies

“Ah, but a man’s reach should exceed his grasp, Or what’s a heaven for?”
– Robert Browning

We are all in the midst of a global transformation. We are bridging heaven to earth and earth to heaven. This time period has been called “the great awakening.”

God works in mysterious ways. Who knew that part of this bridge to heaven on earth would be a mass “cocooning” of humanity?

Butterflies are such great teachers of this process. I have loved them since I was very young. My sister and I would make little homes for the caterpillars and would think that we were communicating with them. I still feel that is true. Going from walking on the ground to becoming a creature of flight takes courage. Spinning a cocoon completely around yourself and being alone, confined to a small space, in the dark, while your body is completely changing is no small feat. Your reward when you manage to break out of this casing is freedom– a beautiful creature of flight and lightness of being.

Monarch butterflies have always been my favorites. Pacific Grove, California, “Butterfly Town, USA,” has a Monarch butterfly sanctuary. My grandsons attended a school for parents and babies up to the age of three, Parents Place, which was just across the street from this sanctuary. One day while Cooper’s younger brother, Logan, was attending his class, Cooper, not quite three years old, and I walked through the sanctuary. We were right in the middle of it when we sat on a bench and observed one of the miracles of these creatures. We looked up in the trees and couldn’t really see them as they were hanging down, attached to the leaves, with their wings closed. As we sat quietly we were treated to a breathtaking spectacle. All of the sudden, hundreds of monarchs took flight right in front of us. So very beautiful. Cooper was wide-eyed along with me.

Monarchs are one of the strongest of butterflies as they migrate thousands of miles, even crossing oceans, landing on twigs or little pieces of seaweed to rest. Their life cycle is amazing, as is ours. Humanity is transforming as we speak. We have the opportunity, now, to transmute old beliefs into the new qualities of the Golden Age we have just entered.

While we are cocooning, sheltering in place, maybe meditating for the first time, being more than doing and resting, new thoughts and beliefs can emerge. These activities make new ways of a better, freer, life more possible. Love, cooperation, unity, oneness, freedom, creativity and loving Mother Nature are some of the qualities we can take advantage of in our new world. These spiritual qualities are present for us now.

There is one very important aspect, though, that we need to remember. Just as the butterflies can only fly if they break through the cocoon (chrysalis) on their own, we are like that. Sananda told me many years ago, “The changes on earth will be grassroots; individuals, families and communities.” We can enter this new world gracefully by aligning with these qualities ourselves within our own unique beingness. We are all needed– especially LOVE of ourselves, family, friends and our Grandmother Earth, Mother Nature.

Each animal, insect, plant and tree carry unique spiritual qualities that are here to help us. Butterflies carry the qualities of transmutation, transformation, courage, beauty and freedom, to name a few. Their service is as pollinators. So, this spring, why not plant flowers and herbs that will attract and help our fellow beings of the light. For Monarchs: milkweed, chives and Siberian wallflower.

A Higher Perspective: Horses

Roeya, age 17, County Cork, Ireland

A friend once told me, “Life is just better with a Horse in it.”

I have had a lifelong love affair with horses, and it keeps getting better all of the time. My very first memory was when I was about four years old. I saw a little book at the grocery store that had a horse on the cover. I remember it because of the feeling I had. It was a feeling of pure joy. I didn’t want to leave that photo. It took me until I was into my 30s until I got my first horse.

These photos are of my daughters, Roeya, age 17 in County Cork, Ireland, and Hana, age 10, in Carmel Valley, California. Roeya and I had a super fun trip to Ireland. We attended the Dublin Horse show with my intent that I would break the spell of not having a horse. It worked; as soon as I returned I managed to get my first horse, H.R. I didn’t learn until I had owned him for two years that H.R. stood for “High Regard.”

Blog Hana Wilkins with Nugget

High Regard taught me so much about Will, Power and Beauty. These are some of the main qualities that horses posses, as well as High Regard. I needed to learn about all of these qualities. For me, the main quality was a loving relationship. He taught me that I was telepathic.

At that time, the thought of the day was that the rider told the horse what to do and it was non-negotiable. I had a different way. For the first half of the ride I would tell H.R. where to go, and the second half he could choose our trail. I was rewarded one day as I wanted to go left but he wanted to go right. We went right, as it was his turn, and we came upon a doe with her fawn. H.R. walked right up to the mama deer, and they touched noses. That was such a blessing for me.

Over the next few years our relationship grew, and I began trusting our telepathic communication more. By now I allowed him to have his home in a 50 acre pasture, rather than a stall. It was quite a hike to go and catch him. I thought one day, “I will tell H.R. I’m coming for a ride, telepathically.” It worked. I drove out to the ranch, and there he was standing at the gate. Some days I would forget to send the telepathic message and he would be far up the hill standing under the oak tree with his two palomino girlfriends.

The photo of Hana, age 10, is with her first horse, Nugget. She got up at 5:00 am that morning with so much excitement to be with her very own first horse. Nugget couldn’t be ridden, though he gave her so much love as she groomed and cared for him until the next year when she got her second horse, Cheyenne.

There are many ways to enjoy the gifts of horses without owning one. Many SPCAs have horses, and you can volunteer to care for them. There are also many non-profit organizations that care for abandoned and neglected horses. Elisa Wallace has some amazing YouTube videos of her training and rehabilitation work with wild mustangs.

My favorite virtual way of being with horses is YouTube videos, like Warwick
Schiller’s shown below, and movies. My favorite movies are The Black Stallion, Seabiscuit and Secretariat. All of these movies demonstrate the close friendship and love you can have with a horse.

There are many groups now that do Horse Therapy for any number of ailments. For me, being with any horse has always been therapeutic. The smell of the hay, hearing my horse eat and even the smells of the barn: leather, manure and the horses themselves.

Recently Hana volunteered at HAPI Trails, a nonprofit. At her orientation they told her, “Come anytime, even if you just need to smell the horses.”

Rein Dance is an international organization for therapeutic and recreational riding, and PATH Intl. certifies instructors… to name a couple I’m aware of.

God Plus One (You or Me) is a Majority.

Photo by Nina Wilkins: Dolphins teach us cooperation, fun, being in the present, Mother love, jumps for joy.

Many years ago I read that and it resonated with me. It just came to my current awareness in this time of need.

An Astrologer I love, Bracha Goldsmith, has written about the astrology of today as opportunity in crisis.

In Around the Year with Emmet Fox, he reminds us: “When you are faced with some negative condition, withdraw your attention from it by building the opposite into your subconscious. Then the undesirable thing falls away like overripe fruit.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:8)”

We can hold a focus for good for ourselves and others, as when you focus on love you are only allowing that frequency into your reality.

We have great power when we acknowledge oneness, especially since that is one of the qualities of the Aquarian Age that we are officially in. Unity, oneness, creativity, the Power of Now, cooperation and the Love connection with your source. The power of LOVE.

I have asked my Creator and my spiritual guides over the years, especially when I have faced challenges in my life, “What is my purpose?” I have received the same answer over the years:
Remain calm; step into the light.
Be still, and know that I am God
Be the Love that you are.
Have fun.
Let go and let God.
Go outside and play.
Love nature. Be in nature. Help nature. Let nature heal, inspire and teach you about LOVE.
Teach about what I Love.

One thing I have learned is that when I accept my self acceptance, love myself and be the love that I am it not only brings me joy, lightness and comfort, I know it makes it easier for you to have those things also. We are all growing together in Love.

As Joe Dispenza, a neurologist, teaches: be in the present and fall in love with your future. Let the past go.

I love my Celtic and Irish heritage. I’m sharing an Irish Blessing with you knowing it will go around the world and even faster if you share it also:

May there always be work for your hands to do.
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the Sun always shine on your window pane.
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

A Higher Perspective

As I have often repeated, my Sacramento City College Political Science professor’s exclamation as he almost ran into our classroom: “So what? Who cares? And why does it matter?” A wakeup call for sure. We are all integral parts of an incredible Earth Rising and awakening. Humanity is on the brink of an entirely new way of being in the world. Love, Unity, Peace, Cooperation, Oneness, Creativity, Joy, Fun, Caring for all of Earth’s inhabitants are what matters most NOW.

We all matter. Our thoughts, our words, our feelings, our actions are all contributing to the New Earth Reality.

The photos above and below demonstrate a very potent and simple way we can contribute our higher selves’ beingness to all that is: relaxing, napping and being ourselves. Very simple and enjoyable. The top photo is of our friend’s cat, Gobbles, and the bottom is of Gobbles and Hana’s dog, Lola. Dogs are good at napping also.

I just discovered a wise, beautiful and inspiring Oracle Card deck, Archangel Animal Oracle Cards: A 44-Card Deck and Guidebook, by Diana Cooper. In it she writes about 44 different animals. She gives their soul missions, higher self qualities and gifts to the Earth and Humanity. I love her Higher Perspective.

For cat, she gives the qualities of relaxed and independent Archangel Raphael: “All felines originate from Orion, the constellation of enlightenment and wisdom, and are highly evolved fifth-dimensional psychic beings. Domestic cats watch over and protect the homes where they live, while big cats are watchers and protectors of the planet. They are all healers. Cats know how to relax at a deep core level so that they can access pure spiritual guidance and spread this information to humans and animals.”

I have found this to be true in my life and have always loved the cats that have come to live with me. I feel it is of the utmost importance for all of us now to relax, pause, be still and hear our spiritual guidance. We all have Archangels and personal guides, whether ancestors, animals, fairies, trees, flowers, insects, birds, crystals or ascended Masters AND our own High Selves connected to the Divine. We all have Higher guidance; it’s just up to us to be quiet and listen. And, of course, to follow the guidance to the best of our ability, today.

Steve Jobs is quoted as saying, “You can only connect the dots backwards.” I have found this to be so true. We often don’t find out why some information and guidance is given to us until much later. Our task is first to determine that it is higher guidance through our intuition, feelings and instincts, then trust. An invaluable resource is Opening to Channel: How to Connect with Your Guide, by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. Following guidance is a skill that can be learned. This honed skill will help you save time in your pursuits, help you grow spiritually, help you heal and develop compassion for yourself and others.

So, rest, relaxation, meditation, contemplation, stillness and napping are the order of the day. Know yourself, honor yourself, accept yourself and love yourself in the stillness. That calm will translate to peace to those around you and will be a wonderful contribution to the collective; AND all you had to do was take a nap.

Silence, Stillness and Simplicity

Carmel Beach – Photo by Hana Wilkins

Three words that carry so much power in our lives. These states can often be overlooked in our busy, noisy world. Each, when practiced regularly can bring us to the realization that our happiness comes from within.

“Be still, and know that I am God” says it all. Silence is golden.

Stillness Speaks, Eckhart Tolle’s powerful book, reminds us of our Divine Presence within.

Simplicity shows us we can quickly return to our Highest Self just by breathing and touching our heart. (HeartMath Institute, Gregg Braden).

Happiness springs up easily from that stillness within because Joy is our true Nature.

“The Music of Silence” is a beautiful demonstration of these principles. It is an autobiographical movie about the life of one of my all time favorite singers, Andrea Bocelli. His singing and voice/life coach teaches him that in order to have the best depth of quality from his voice he needs to practice Silence.

Andrea has achieved more than his best quality by practicing silence. He has achieved transcendence in his singing. I had the opportunity of seeing one of his live performances. The audience, including me, experienced that transcendence; we cried, felt love and had goosebumps together throughout the performance. Speechless, awed and happy I left that concert feeling the high self and spirit of that incredible beingness of Andrea Bocelli.  Truly inspiring.

When we are in touch with our inner stillness, silence, the simplicity of our God Self has a chance to guide us and bring the smallest and greatest aspects of our lives into transcendence. My mom’s famous Lemon Meringue pie was definitely transcendent. Never to be duplicated. As a child I would join her sitting on the couch and ask her, “What are you doing?” She would respond, “I’m just Being.” “Oh, Being.” I always remembered that feeling that it was OK to just Be. Now I realize that her beingness and stillness went right into her transcendent Lemon Meringue pie and all of her cooking.

We all have very unique, transcendent, Divine qualities to share that can be encouraged to make themselves known by practicing mindfulness, meditation, stillness, simplicity and just Being. My wish is that you will know how incredibly wonderful you are and that you will share your own transcendent qualities even if just for yourself.

Don’t worry. Be happy.
